Just like visiting. Love the atmosphere and Tangeroa Terrace.

It is not worth the money, I paid 567 per night and the room is just average, the sink smells like old piping, carpet, walls, and furniture is outdated. Hallways are 6 ft tall. Walls are paper thin, like you can literally hear the other guess using the toilet for the #2. I seen people pay the hotel parking which is 30$ and they would act like guests to enter 30 minutes early, but the park won’t open until 8. The pool water is salty which is why many don’t last long in it will make your skin ashy.
FYI!!!! If you go early Don’t let the bell man take your suit case until you have taken everything to go to the park, because your room won’t be ready until 12-3pm you will end up wasting money on things you already have. And they would charge your card 250$ after you are check incase of damages. And don’t tip, they would automatically charge you a gratitude fee for everything. And there is no breakfast available, only the goofy kitchen but get ready to pay 267$ for 2 adults and 2 children, the other restaurant next to the pool is so gross all they do is add a pink flowers to your breakfast and they would charge you 21$ per plate. And no one is friendly like they promote only the front desk is!

Love the turndown room service didn't expect that was great to have! Close to downtown Disney and both parks with a short walk.

Honestly, I just don't get the hype and wish we had stayed at a much cheaper and closer hotel on the other side of Downtown Disney.

Our room was in extremely poor condition. We had a corner room and the ac ducts were SOO loud. 24/7 they were rattling in the main room and bathroom. For a DVC price point, the Value rooms at WDW are much nicer and brighter than this was. Sure the headboard sings, but that's where the fun ends. The 30 minutes early entry is a joke. That shouldn't be the single perk and it's such a long walk when they put you in the very last building that you're already exhausted before the day began. It was almost 1 mile to go from our room in the Frontier building to Soarin'. I'd rather pay less and lose 30 minutes to be nearly right outside the gates. The parks were also empty during peak spring break until about 11am every day so it's not that big of a jump on your days rides.

All of the cast members we interacted with were beyond nice and very helpful.

Can't beat the convenience of staying here while visiting Disneyland. Downtown Disney and the monorail are steps away, and it takes you directly into Tomorrowland. Awesome pool on site, kept up as nice as the park. The rooms are a little dated but still clean and maintained.

Great experience and quality in all aspects.... Would love to visit more often.

Very nicely done rooms, and comfy after a day or 3 of walking

Just awesome, super friendly staff and perfect location for early park access. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful hotel with such thoughtful touches from the designers. Loved the grounds and how spacious everything was. Ended up in a room that was bigger than usual, and we were so comfortable. The winter months meant no swimming so we were unable to check that out but thats okay. Its not super close to the park as you have to walk the entire distance of downtown disney in order to get to the gates, be prepared for that.

Our interaction with the staff was limited but they were ok. They seemed to assume people knew where to go rather than assume it was their first time at the hotel. The room was great. Clean and nicely decorated. Paying for a view of Main St. was not worth it.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 days. The rooms were very clean. I had a lot of nice amenities and it's great to be on property to go to the parks

Had the best time at the Disneyland hotel! The staff were extraordinary! We will definitely be back on our next trip to California. The bellman and valet were also incredibly amazing!

We went to Goofy's kitchen for breakfast but there was no mickey mouse. I took my niece there a few years back and they had princesses and Aladdin I remember it fondly because she crushed hard on Aladdin.

Love this hotel! The staff was so helpful and friendly. Housekeeping even took a moment to help us get into our room when our key wasn't working.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful room and fantastic housekeeping.

For $1500 a night you’d think you might have a microwave, trying to feed 8 people and not spending $50 per meal a microwave would sure come in handy. Also, not enough usb ports. Only one power strip in the living area. None in the bedrooms and unable to get to the power outlets to use an adapter. For the price of the room I think I could probably get nicer accommodations near Disneyland for less.

Exceeded my expectation

Very nice place!! Enough said!!

The best location for vacation and being a few steps from the entrance to Disney Dowtown and access to the 2 parks. There is a good variety of restaurants, a must go to Goofy's Kitchen, very extensive buffet. Reservation is highly recommended.
Pools guarded by lifeguards from the beginning and until the closing of the pools.
It has amazing themed rooms

Everything was great. We did have a problem with lost and found they could not find my item. Other than that it was wonderful
