Please beware about staying here. While the service and rooms were fine, I am convinced the staff stole my cell phone and refused to give it back to me. I lost my cell phone in my room, as I was there all day Saturday relaxing on my balcony by the pool. It went missing that night and I repeatedly called security asking if anyone found it. They told me they had no cell phones. A week later after I purchased a new phone, I saw the phone was turned on and moved to another address, street name Cerrada Palometas. These people are criminals and should not be in the hospitality business.
The resort itself is beautiful and EXTREMELY clean. Staff were all very nice and helpful. We weren’t impressed with the food, but we are pretty picky. I really would give a 7 out of 10, and would recommend to others.
I’ll definitely be back to this resort! The rooms and views were beautiful. Shuttles constantly but if you choose to walk, it wasn’t far. We enjoyed walking around everywhere. The staff are all so friendly, especially the entertainment crew! Benjamin, Jesus and Louis were amazing and so much fun to be around! Whether it was trivia, question of the day, beach volleyball or one of the other many activities they run, you always had a great time! They’re a huge reason why we’ll be back for sure 😄

This is the second time visiting El Dorado Seaside Suites with my wife and we had a good time. There have been some changes since the last time we visited. The resort seems more focused on bringing a calmer environment in the main pool, as opposed to the more lively and entertaining experience the time before. They did however make some updates to the resort that reflected very well. Similar to the last time, the staff was incredible and really bring their best efforts to ensure your stay in enjoyable. We had great times with the entertainment team, such as Luana, Benjamin, Alex, and Maria during salsa lessons, the foam party, and pool volleyball! These individuals are the reason we came back to the resort.
The staff in the gym were also great.

The bartenders Cumi and Miguel at the pool, Lundy at Mezcals, Alicia at Guacamayas, and of course our favorite Sergio at Driftwoods were also great and were very welcoming to all the guests while visiting.

This was the best experience I have had on vacation. Food as great, room service is amazing and room so clean and fresh everyday. We stayed on the seaside part and had a swim out and ocean view. Cumi and Miguel at the pool bar make the best drinks on the resort. Entertainment at the pool on the seaside with Luana and Alejandro was fun and engaging. The beach on the Palms side is so calm and beautiful. We definitely be back.
My husband and I returned to El Dorado Seaside Suites this past week and had a wonderful time. There have been some changes since the last time we visited. As a young couple and as members we were a little disappointed to see that the fun vibe was toned down at the pool. On the other hand, the updates to the grounds looked very beautiful!
As we experienced before, the staff was phenomenal in every aspect of our stay!
