What customers says about Christine
Christine booked my wedding at the Grand Sunset Princess April 18 2016. Booking a wedding is a TON of work and we first started communicating March 2014 to get the process started. I had first heard about Christine because she had booked my friend's wedding which I attended a few years ago. She also since booked my cousin's wedding and did excellent jobs on both of these.
There is no way I could have done what Christine did for me on my own. She sent me a ton of different hotel options with explanations on why she thought one hotel was more suited towards weddings than others. It was so helpful to have someone who knew the inside scoop on which hotels offer more for your money as far as weddings are concerned. Once the hotel was picked there was still so much to do. She helped me create a template to send to all of my guests for my "save the dates" and then took care of booking everyone and taking deposits. From answering endless questions from myself and guests, and helping with changes, she did it all. I had lots of people join last minute, change rooms, require separate transfers, and fly from different cities which all adds to the confusion. Christine did an excellent job at keeping everything straight and accommodating everyone. When it was finally time to get to the nitty gritty details about the actual wedding day, she was my correspondence to the wedding planner at the hotel so I didn't have to deal with contacting the hotel at all. She had tons of insider tips and advice for this as well.
Thank you Christine for taking a lot of the stress away from planning my wedding! From one travel agent to another, you did an excellent job and I thoroughly appreciate it!
Christine is the ultimate star of a woman. From the minute we started working with Christine it was obvious that she cared about her clients. Throughout the whole process of planning our Wedding in Mexico she was there, through my meltdown moments and last minute panics, no matter what time of day or night she got back to us ASAP and fixed everything. I am so glad I got to meet Christine and work with her because without her our wedding would never have been so beautiful. Not only was she there for us, she was there for our guests and did not once lose patience with us. From the minute we booked to the minute we got on the plane she treated us amazingly. I have never met a travel agent who comes to see us off as well, she was there with goodies and made sure we got all checked in. I love this woman she is amazing and you can't go wrong hiring her to help you figure out your special day. From the bottom of our hearts Christine THANK YOU !!!!!
We have booked two trips to the Yucatan with Christine and both have been perfect. The resort was top notch and the transportation to and from went like clockwork. We had side trips booked with her as well and the transport was comfortable, clean and well stocked with beverages. She is well informed on the resorts and can tell you anything you need to know about them from the food selection to how fast the wifi is. We have just booked our third trip through her and will continue to do so.
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Ziva in Puerto Vallarta and all I can say is…WOW.
Think “luxury hotel meets all-inclusive”. I’ve stayed at nearly 200 resorts in Mexico & the Caribbean and this was hands down the best food I have ever had. I love what Executive Chef Adjid Velasco is doing with the menus,
Casa Grande offers authentic Mexican meals – 90% of the recipes are from his grandmother! At PureZa, they’ve stepped away from traditional Asian fusion that all of the other resorts are doing and instead have focused on the regions of Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, etc, and the result is mouth-wateringly delicious.
The brick oven margherita pizza on gluten free crust is a definite must have.

Views at this resort are stunning, where even the most basic rooms are literally steps to the beach and have amazing ocean views. Unlike any other resort in Puerto Vallarta, here the water is so clear, you can actually see fish & rays in the waves as they roll in.
The spa overlooks the beach & it is not uncommon to see whales while you sit in the hydrotherapy tub (only US $25 for the day or free with a spa treatment).

For destination weddings, look no further. The Sky Terrace gives you stunning views of the ocean and the sun will set behind you as you say your vows. Your reception dinner can be held up here and there’s a suite connected, perfect for those who need to escape to a little air conditioning!

There is also a lovely beach gazebo which is elevated above the beach – no speedos in the background of your wedding photos!

Whether you’re planning a destination wedding, honeymoon, or getaway, Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta is sure to please!
At Escapes.ca, we LOVE what Hyatt has done with the All-Inclusive concept and the incredible Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos exemplifies this perfectly.
Our Travel Advisor Christine is enticing us this week with a tour of her culinary experiences at one of her favourite resorts, here is what she had to say:
"Hyatt Resorts has taken the vacation experience to a new level, high-end resort meets All-Inclusive and it works. They’ve given their Executive Chefs the freedom to create inspired menus using fresh local ingredients and imaginative recipes. Join us as we take you on a foodie tour of the fabulous Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos!
The stunning Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos. Did you know? Cabo has an average of 360 sunny days per year!
Hyatt Ziva is the first resort chain to introduce labels on the buffet containers. It may not seem like much, but when you consider how quickly food becomes cold when people keep opening up the lid to look inside, it’s actually a brilliant idea. This is also a much more hygienic way to put out food for hundreds of people

When you smell the amazing aroma of the stone oven pizzas cooking at the Zaffiro beachfront restaurant, you’ll want to dine here every night. Thin crust and full of flavour, these pizzas are a delicious way to watch the sunset. (The gym here has a great variety of workout equipment, so you can indulge as much as you like!)

Simple has never tasted so good, dining at Zaffiro is all about rustic Italian food and sublime ambience.

There are a variety of items to delight your inner carnivore. This delicious rib eye is available at the Italian restaurant. We recommend asking the chefs to prepare your steak medium-rare.

Whether it’s a frosty beer, glass of sparkling wine, or mixed beverage, your meal will be accompanied with a delicious libation. Drinks are top shelf and you can enjoy cocktails at 7 different bars, including a swim-up bar, Baja Bar at the Adult Only pool, tequila tasting at El Agave and the sports bar “Spirit of 1968” – dedicated to the Mexico City Olympics.
You're going to want to experience this. The incredible ocean views at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos.
If a hot cuppa joe is more your style, you’ll love the Coffee House. Cappuccino, espresso or just regular coffee – whatever your flavour, it’s all included!
Espresso anyone? It's all included at the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos
There’s nothing like a perfectly prepared elegant cocktail to end your day in paradise. At El Piano lobby bar, you can relax with your favourite drink while listening to live music.

"The first words of advice I give to new brides are to sign up to Pinterest. It’s the perfect tool to capture all the little details that you’ve been dreaming of for your special day.
You can set up a series of ‘boards’ for anything – hair styles, photo posing examples, décor, music, cake decoration, and anything else you can imagine. If you haven’t been on Pinterest before, think of it like an electronic file folder. Instead of cutting photos out of a magazine like we did a million years ago, you just “pin” photos from the internet to each folder. The best part? The “pinned” photo will link back to the original website where you found it!
Imagine hand-painted cakes or seat assignment cards! Shown at Secrets Capri, Mayan Riviera, Mexico
The “pinned” photo will link back to the original website where you found it!
Simply create an account and attach a “Pin It” link to your internet browser and anytime you see something that looks like a clever idea for your wedding, just click and it’ll post to your Pinterest page – you specify which folder you want the photo to go into.
You are allowed to create ‘private’ boards, so if you’re doing some online dress shopping, don’t worry about your husband-to-be seeing it before the big day – only you will have access to items stored here.
Whether you’re looking to funk-i-fy your wedding with a flash-mob-style choreographed entrance or want some totally unique ideas for invitation cards, Pinterest has ideas from all corners of the world and makes wedding planning fun & easy!"
