For our first time in Mexico together - we had a lot of questions and did not think we would meet such a friendly and informative staff. For 7 days, every time we saw Omar, no matter what time of the day, he would greet us and let us know exactly what to expect for the dinner rush/events/expectations for the day. We ended our trip with dinner on the beach and Edwin was our server. He was so genuine & catered to our every need. We loved him so much we requested to sit in his section the very next night. Food was also outstanding. The meat was so fresh and the sides were just as delicious. Very clean & fresh eating.

Darcy,Eliseo and Omar strip grill restaurant they are amazing waiters!! Our dining experience was amazing!!
Positives: All staff appeared truly happy and were willing to go above and beyond for us. Our favorite bartender was Daniel and Cesar made us lunch every day using the pizza oven. We loved the coffee shop and various restaurants too. Everyone was friendly, responsive, and willing to help which created such a positive and fun environment! The pool was clean and a good temperature. The beach cabanas were the nicest we have seen at a resort and we were impressed with the number of cabanas as well. Our room was very clean and the staff was accommodating for our request for more blankets and pillows!
Negatives: Unfortunately there was construction happening on our wing of the resort floor which led to a strong spray paint smell, both in the hallway and in our room for 2 of the 4 days we were at the resort. Another item we were disappointed in was the requirement of guests to "claim" chairs in the early morning both at the pool and on the beach. Towards the end of our stay, a staff member was very kind and helped us to find chairs that were vacant due to individuals claiming them and then not using the chairs. Finally, the music entertainment until 11 pm vibrated our room due to how loud it was. While some guests may enjoy that type of entertainment, it was not the most enjoyable when we tried to go to sleep early one night.
Waiter Pedro,Ramon,eliseo,Edwin and manager Omar at “The Strip Grille” gave excellent service. Food was really good. The beef broth, calamari and flank steaks were my favorite and the deserts are awesome as well.
Very nice resort. Amazing pools and the swim up bar was my favorite 🙂had lots of fun and enjoyed the activities and shows. Lets not forget good food.
