Dreams Puerto Aventuras is a smaller resort but keeps up with excellent service and amenities that one would expect from a Dreams Resort. This resort is popular with families and couples alike, however singles might prefer a larger hotel with a wider range of guests. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a quality resort. If you're into swimming with Dolphins, there is a dolphin encounter on site as well as the nearby Dolphin Discovery located in Puerto Aventuras.

The ocean can be quite rough and we love that they have built a rock area so that you can swim in the ocean 🌊 doesn’t disrupt the ocean view either just makes it safe to swim!

Awesome spot for families with kids. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Explorers Club for kids seems simple, but staff does a great job keeping them entertained to allow adults to have some free time. Food is OK… weakest part of experience. Not awful, but not great.
The staff were amazing ESPECIALLY Sebastian piero and I think the woman’s name was lupita Anyways me and my family had the best time of our lives Piero thank you for playing volleyball with me and sebastian thank you for playing with my brother and last but not least lupita thank you for including me in dance. First time staying in a dreams hotel where you have limited options on the restaurants and menu. They invented a premium tier that includes restaurants and a swimming pool. The other swimming pool is super small and packed there are no rules and people are playing football across all the pool.
They need to change the name as it is not even close to the experience I had in other dreams. A big disappointment
Rooms and service was great and hotel is in a nice location. 3 stars given as staying at the resort now and food is terrible. Second night I had food poisoning most likely from the cold kebabs at preferred club or Mexican food from el patio. Either way I have 8 days left and it has left me worried eating anything else.
The staff is very kind & always has a smile for you. Our weather was perfect. Food & service was good.
We had an awesome stay at Dreams Aventuras! Our check-in was smooth and our room was nothing short of amazing. Joshua from the Preferred Club took care of us all week and all of our needs were met. We got spa services and Victor was super helpful in getting everything set up. On thing I would be aware of is the preferred club pool is not adults only as advertised, but it was much quieter than the main pool. The food was great at every restaurant, no complaints! The neighborhood that the resort is in is super safe and fun to walk around and see the shops. We are excited to come back!

I share that why I dream of working. Hai, in my opinion, is wonderful, lots of nature and a very good location.
This is not a 5 star resort. I'm not bitter, picky, or snobby when it comes to Mexican all inclusives. I've stayed at many over the years, usually "4" or "5" star resorts. This resort definitely fits in the 4 star category. Everything about it from the food, drinks, rooms, service is average to below average. Not a bad trip but will spend money elsewhere next time.
My husband and I got married at this resort February 17th, 2024.
Our wedding planner Danae Paxtian was amazing. The wedding was perfect and smooth. The whole day was a relaxed dream and I'm so happy we made the choice not only at this resort but had Danae as our wedding coordinator. I cannot say enough good things about her.
I loved everything about this resort. We chose to book our room to have preferred status and in my opinion it was worth the money. All staff at the resort were extremely nice and helpful. The maid service was top notch everywhere this resort was clean. I loved all the food especially at Portofino. 24/7 room service was fast everytime no matter the hour. We did two excursions and both were great and reasonably priced.

The only unfavorable thing was that it was about an hour from the airport. The ride to the resort after traveling all day wasn't the best but the way from the resort back to the airport was nice. Will come back to this resort, we had a blast!

Wife and I spent a week at Dreams. Food was better than average, lots of options. THE PORTOFINO Italian restaurant was our favorite. Do the upgrade, it was worth the extra pool, bar and restaurant
This space was really nice and the ocean view is spectacular! The staff were all super sweet. And my daughter loved the kids' pool. Very family friendly.
Eric and Federico were the best bartenders. They take care of you at the swing bar. They remember you and your drinks and are pleasurable and attentive. The resort itself not what I was expecting it was smaller than I wanted. But a very nice resort. If you want total relaxation this is the place. no loud music or big partying the staff are amazing. Only real disappointment is no beach to walk on right there. But overall loved it
We loved this resort. The staff were super friendly and we met amazing people as well. They had different activities and games every day. We will definitely go back.
