Melia Buenavista!!! First experience here, we are delighted!!! Kind-hearted people and a very warm welcome. Obviously, we are here to relax and this is a perfect place for that!!! Magnificent and relaxing place as can be!!!

As for the food…. The pizza at Pedro is amazing, cooked in a wood fired oven!!! Extra cheese, at my request, really cooked to perfection and really delicious!!! As for other restaurants, we are in Cuba…. It's ok, but it lacks a lot of variety and I'm a little disappointed compared to another hotel in Cuba that we have visited many times.

The beaches are magnificent, unfortunately we have a lot of wind, so swimming in the sea is difficult….

The waiters/waitresses are super attentive, very attentive, everywhere on the resort, I am really very satisfied and a huge thank you for everything!!!!

The entertainment team is extraordinary, they are great!!! A special mention to Andrenxon Coll & Marcus, they are excellent dancers and make us want to dance and learn from the best!!! A huge thank you to Navy also, for this tennis match which will take place tomorrow morning, with my husband!!!

The best salsa teacher, the hotel benefits from his attitude. He teaches perfectly and is polite. You can come for him. Excellent music, atmosphere, cultured, nice, committed, creates a good mood. The hotel wouldn't be as good without him. I recommend him and his teem.

It was our first time at this resort and we will be coming back. Such a gorgeous resort with three beautiful beaches surrounding the property. With lots of walking and snorkeling to do.

There is a mix of soft sand and rocks depending on where you walk on the beach. Make sure you pack a snorkel and water shoes for your stay.

The resort offers only À la carte options no buffets which did not disappoint.
You do have the option to visit the sister hotel Melia las Dunas and can eat at the buffets which is only a few minutes away. The front desk has the posting of the shuttle bus schedule in the main lobby.

We had a truly exceptional experience and it ultimately was because of the people. The staff at this resort are remarkable.

This is my second stay.
The hotel is wonderfully located. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and the outdoor showers are simply divine. Three beaches, very diverse and wonderful.

Had an amazing experience at Meliá Buenavista. Everything was perfect, the room, the views, the personalised service and the food. Since it's an adult only hotel it's extremely quiet and peaceful. However, there's a great animation team with bachata and salsa classes, yoga on the beach, live music etc. A special shout-out to Andrexon, from the animation team, who did his best to make our stay enjoyable. We will definitely come back!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this hotel after a tour of Cuba, looking for relaxation and that's how it went! Magnificent hotel from every point of view, strategic position overlooking the sea thanks to which you can enjoy a fantastic sunset and a dream Caribbean beach during the day!

I had the great pleasure of meeting Yani who helped me organize the birthday party for my boyfriend, attentive to every detail and thoughtful in wanting to do everything for the best!
Note of demerit for the food as it is of poor quality for a hotel of this type.

The Buenavista is the best hotel of all those in Cayo Santa Maria. The three dream beaches similar to the Maldives and the fantastic animation team led by Anderson and Marcos are the two main features. The environment is relaxed and reserved, but the activities offered and the friendliness of all the staff (from the waiters to the guys at the beach bars) make it the ideal place to rest and have fun. We met wonderful people and we highly recommend everyone to choose this Melia without any doubt.

The place is an authentic paradise, surrounded by incredible beaches and beautiful vegetation, but what makes the stay a true delight is the careful attention of all its staff, from the moment of arrival at the reception, the butlers, waiters, Maids, spa staff, entertainment. Everyone who works at this hotel has a treatment that goes beyond professional, they are warm, attentive, always attentive to the wishes of their guests. I want to make special mention of Andrexon Coll, Marcos, Davi, Laidy Laura, Yamisela, Vanesa, Leidy, Pedro de LaTorre, and so many others whose names I do not remember, and to whom I apologize for my poor memory.
The hotel is beautiful and very cozy. A true charm, to which we hope to return.

100% recommendable. Considering that it is in Cuba and what that means, we can say that we never lacked anything, we were always comfortable. And the best of all was undoubtedly the treatment of all the staff, it felt like a big family, from the entertainment (Anderson), the butlers, those who serve at the bar, in the restaurants, on the beach, etc. Everything absolutely 5 stars.

Very good hotel! Personalized service, very good facilities and excellent food. The beaches are very good, although only one is suitable for going into the sea, because the other two have stones/algae at the bottom.
Our butlers were Rey and Yani, who were always available for anything we needed.

It is our fourth time in Cuba, the first in the keys. An intimate hotel with very spacious rooms. I want to highlight the attention of all the staff who make the stay wonderful. We appreciate the attention of Vanesa, Leidilaura, Yamisela, Leidi and all the waiters at the buffet and restaurants. Our concierge Lili and Sergio. A separate chapter deserves the animation team formed by Anderson Coll, Marcos and Nabi who do everything so that guests have fun and relax. We will surely return. Thank you all!!!

What I liked most was the personalized service of the workers. Very attentive and making sure we were well. The 3 incredible beaches I never thought the place would be so beautiful and so quiet. Everything is very private. Special thanks to Rey, Eliney, Elivan.

Excellent hotel! All very well. I liked that it had 3 beaches, which made it very varied. Very good rooms. Very nice staff. Thank you to the entertainment team, especially Andrenson Coll, Navi and Marco who brighten your stay at the hotel with their activities (salsa classes, yoga classes, Aqua dance and dance). First time in Cuba. They had recommended Buenavista to us and we couldn't have made a better choice. The facilities are very nice, it is the only one in the area that has 3 completely different beaches and one more beautiful than the other. We have enjoyed all of this very much, but the best memory we take with us is the people who work there. They are the ones who give life to the hotel and fill it with warm and friendly energy. Many thanks to the entertainment stand Marcos for his walks and stretching classes, to Anderson for his dance, crossfit, pilates and aquaswim classes and Nabi for the wonderful yoga classes. Many thanks to our butlers for always being present and providing us with their constant assistance, to all the waiters and gastronomy staff who work tirelessly. Thank you very much Lucy, Yami, Laydi, Vane, Lester, Dian, Oro. Please know that the joy and cordiality you transmit is felt and is what has left a beautiful memory in our memory.
