I loved the resort, the stay was wonderful. Observations: Some restaurants have opening hours, depriving you of ALL inclusive. Another detail is that whoever wants to sit on the chairs facing the pools, be careful because the foreigners mark them with books, they leave them marked every day, and I think this is wrong, the resort doesn't do anything in this regard, I suppose the foreigners give tips to the pools. waiters to turn a blind eye. Another point that I didn't like: I came across two somewhat "uneducated" waiters, one in one of the restaurants, the waiter giving bad answers and the other the waiter serving the sandwiches (hamburgers and the like)... But that didn't hurt, I overlooked it, because when I was there the resort's structure was top notch, they clean the beach in front of the resort and every day at night there was always an event promoted by the resort itself, staying there again would be easy.

It was an awesome experience, I love everything about it, the staff are amazing

Amazing very good top

The food... Very tasty, good seasoning. Very nice attention, cared for in the pools and beach. What I don't like is that in the beach area there were people who, it seemed to me, were selling toxic substances. At a very good price the purchased package.

A problem to regulate the refrigeration and the wait in restaurants is extremely terrible, everything else is excellent!

check in service for members was a but slow and I waited long after another guest. I was traveling from another hotel dreams jade, and there should have been some level of expectancy for a member moving hotels. I came here for the low price and Blue ocean water which was not safe for swimming but was Nice to look at. I would have opted for a balcony room to get fresh air. the elevators were a bit slow at times and too small for the resort. musky men walking in hot weather getting 2 or 3 in a elevator is a bit uncomfortable. The buffet was a nightmare and room service was usually cold. With all of the options in Cancun I would stay away from this place as it attracts the local and thrifty clientele. Some of the restaurants were good like the Chinese upstairs and the steak I had down by the pool. the kids club is ghetto and out of date. nothing too close to walk to. the pools were refreshing and there's food by the pool too, its just okay.

Absolutely disgusting. SAVE your money and go somewhere else in Cancun. I have nothing good to say, we lasted one night and rebooked elsewhere.

Excellent service from all the staff, very nice place

I have taken several all inclusive Caribbean vacations and a few to the cancun hotel zone as well. This vacation has been by far my worst experience. Service was horrible, rooms where basic at best, location was at end of hotel zone so everything was far and was severely under staffed. Honestly if you're going to enjoy resort go some where else.

Pros-Beautiful infinity pool and friendly staff & all inclusive. Cons- you can't eat or drink at Preferred areas unless you fork over another $399/ person. Also bathtub in rooms are very deep= a big falling hazard for elderly or person with knee issues. Pools also close very early! PS this is a balcony room- 2 chairs by the window.

Excellent. Very good attention, location and service. The highly recommended Italian restaurant. Unlimited drinks. Ice creams. A divine beach and a pool like no other. There are live events at the pool around noon and special events at night. The whole package very nice.

Terrible service, everything dirty, horrible food!! I found a cockroach in my salad!!!! It has been the most horrible vacation I have ever had!!!
0 STARS!!!!!

Very but very poor service!!!

The stay at this resort was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so attentive and genuine. Juan at the main pool was Awesome! I would recommend this resort in a heartbeat with the exception of one rude very nasty bartender SERGIO in the main lobby. He seemed to be annoyed each day to serve my husband and I. He made it a point to make poor drinks that we left sitting at the bar. We asked for assistance from the concierge JESUS who seemed just as annoyed. Other than being treated different. Our stay was delightful but if we come to cancun again we will try a different resort.

Nice Beach! Good Service 😀

Very bad service in the restaurants... they had us waiting to access them and once inside the waiters did not attend us, why were there not enough waiters, they canceled us at the sushi restaurant because it was raining and the waiters could not get to the kitchen etc. . And more ...

The air conditioner in the room was super cold and that is a spectacular thing when it's hot outside! The food at the Mexican restaurant is really good. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and the service was great but you need to remember to tip. I hear they're closing soon for renovations and they are needed. Of course the floors are beautiful.

Amazing experience.

It's a shame that the dress code in the French restaurant is so strict for having a shirt without a collar and a Guest was made to enter in flip flops and thanks to this I had to add a touch of magic to not have a bad time so I think I taught them a lesson . In conclusion, the food was bad and the attention was the same, from a French restaurant.....it has only the name!
