Nonetheless, the resort has plenty of food choices available. There will always be helpful and friendly staff to assist guests. Both daytime and nightly entertainment are available, making this resort great for both families and couples. The grounds are well-kept and clean. However, refrain from staying during the rainy season, as many have reported that the facilities leak during times of heavy rainfall.

It was our best vacation. Clean, neat, divine. We came from Argentina. The kidsclub is everything that is good!!!!! Monse, Xiomara, Juno divine. A joy and constant activities for them. Food, drink all the time always with the best attention. The spectacular shows. Activities for adults. We went for 10 days but it takes a month to go!! Excellent. Thank you!

Right in the first day I founded a paint roller brush inside my room. By the third day the AC started leaking and flooded the washroom. On the last day they had 2 weeding parties being hosted at the hotel simultaneously, one of them was taking place at the pool right in front my bedroom, the music was very loud and lasted till past midnight. I noticed that the services provided at the beach were different depending on the waiters, in the first 2 day it was excellent, but by the third day the waiters came up with different rules and were trying to charge extra for the same services that were free of charge on the previous days.
The best dry martini ever at ginger bar with Alberto. As well Gladys Gabriela are so friendly and don’t hesitate to come at ginger bar.
Beautiful place, very well located and fairly well maintained. Staff is excellent, food and beverage are good too.
The food is beyond great, the hotel is by one of the most gorgeous beach and overall the grounds are well maintained.
Some of the staff - especially the ones at the guest services (Not ROMMEL) is extremely rude. EXTREMELY rude. After I checked in, I went back to let them know my room had mould and they refuse to help me.
They kept saying they don’t have any other rooms available - I requested to speak to the manager and the person (female name started with A) first said he was in a meeting , then asked me to come back after 7 and then said he would give you the same response as before. So, all in all felt very defeated about the whole thing.
I am writing this to make sure everyone is aware of the value you will get in return for the money you pay.
In the restaurant everything was very delicious, the food was excellent and a lot of variety, the attention of the waiters was excellent, especially Mr. Alfredo, Gerardo Santillan, Jony and Rafa.

But excellent treatment in the Italian restaurant by Gaby and on the beach by Mr. Mitchel

Terrible food, the Mexican restaurant looks gringo and the alcohol stops serving at 10 pm they send you to a tiny bar for the entire hotel and they stop serving at 2 that is not 24 hours as they promise
One of the best resorts in Cancun. Club Melia at Paradisus is among the best. It is located right on the water. They offer the Scuba try it in the pool. This is where you put on the scuba gear and swim the pool to see if you'd like to try the real thing. The food is always available and delicious. They offer many different cuisines for their guest to experience. They have an amazing spa with a pool. You can get a massage face scrub and more. The outdoor pool area leads down to the beach. If you want to sit and count passing ships or play volleyball, you will have plenty of space. They offer many off resort excursions. The family enjoyed it.

It is a good hotel, the staff is very friendly and willing to help you, the food is good, except for the Peruvian restaurant that is not Peruvian XD.

Our stay at the Hotel Paradiso in Cancun was simply exceptional. We traveled as a family with two babies and from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with impeccable service and a warmth that made us feel at home.
The hotel staff went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect, especially with the special attention we need when traveling with babies. They provided us with a comfortable crib, helped us with airport transportation, and were always attentive to our needs.
One of the things that impressed us most was the quality of the food and drinks. The hotel restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes that satisfied even the most demanding palates. Plus, we were able to enjoy refreshing cocktails while relaxing in the pool overlooking the ocean.
In summary, our experience at the Hotel Paradiso in Cancun exceeded all of our expectations. I would recommend this place to any family looking for an unforgettable vacation destination where excellent service, delicious food and quality drinks combine to create lasting memories. We will definitely go back!
An impressive hotel, with very attentive staff, from the bellman to the resident manager Jose, to the entertainment girl who taught how to make dreamcatchers (Laila if I remember correctly), to the girls at the spa and above all our dear Lalo, who we could meet count at all times. If we have the opportunity we will repeat.
Beware of the pocket glass door in some rooms between bathroom and main area in the Reserve section of the hotel! I hate to write this but I had a horrible experience at this hotel on the last night of our stay. Up until that night my experience had been amazing. We were so glad we had upgraded to the reserve side, the pool, staff, views, food, poolside beds, everything had been amazing. On the last night, after I showered, I went to exit the bathroom and started to slide the pocket glass door when the entire thing shattered and fell onto me. Despite being tempered glass, I still sustained cuts to my head, chest, neck, shoulder, legs and feet. I was thankful that one friend was with me at the time and we both honestly were shocked. There had been a leak just outside our room in the ceiling and I don't know if that contributed to the track or something coming off. From what I have read about these doors is if there was an installation issue and they come off the track they will shatter. I did have a medic respond properly who assisted in butterfly bandaging the cuts and cleaning me up. I did sign a form documenting my refusal to go to a hospital as it was recommended for me to get stitches. What I was shocked at was the lack of response by the hotel manager. He never came and spoke with me after, nor did anyone check in with me. It seemed as there was no concern over this happening to me; I would expect some kind of response when their malfunction injured an occupant. When we were leaving I was talking to hotel security who indicated they were not aware and requested all the details. The last night, after it happened, they moved us to another room but downgraded us to the non-reserve side without any refund for the difference. It was a very traumatic experience to have an entire glass door shatter and fall onto 5 foot petite body. Almost two weeks later I still have cuts healing all over where I was injured and no contact from the hotel. I have tried to call twice to get some kind of documentation of a report and each time am placed on hold where I sit for an extended period and no one ever comes back to the phone. I felt it necessary to write due to the hotel chains lack of response and most importantly to ensure people know this could happen to them and to request a different room if they have this glass pocket door. I can't imagine what that door would have done to a child or senior person.
Arrived at 10 am .met the rude receptionist that with attitude told me that the room will not be ready before 3 pm. I m coming in this hotel with my family for the past 3 years. You just lost my business. . Never again. All the other times I was able to check in at 12 and 1 pm .today the flight was early. It s extremely hot and no access to our belongings with a 3 year old plus the tiredness. The hotel is half full from what I see and there is no point to make people suffer waiting to go 3 pm .
