Magnificent place to rest
It is all inclusive. Furthermore, the architect who designed this hotel did so with all the rooms with sea views.
It is a very nice hotel, especially for its beach (rabbits). In the season we went, it was very quiet and clean. The food was 8/10. Some restaurants do not have much variety. They always serve foreigners much better for the tip dollars, in that regard. , the service is good in general, the rooms have good amenities, it would be better if they put them in bulk without so many bottles, as well as taking care of the appearance of the towels and bedding, the hotel furniture 7/10 since they are older ( 14 years) yes, they should be renewed, as in all of them, there are more employees who take good care of you and explain any questions or situations than those who don't, but you still have that bad taste 😝 in your stay, those who decide to stay I recommend them and at the same time Secrets hotel located in Huatulco I encourage you to continue improving.
My wife and I had a wonderful time at secrets resort This was one of our first times away without our family and we enjoyed everything about this place. There is a concern about pools missing tiles and I'd like to see them rectify this before people get hurt. Other than that the staff go out of there way to make you happy!😎

Beautiful installations, stunning beach, delicious food, amazing service from the staff at the restaurants, rooms are always super clean and tidy.
Removing one star because of the harassing behavior from Sales people. You can't enjoy bar or the beautiful open lobby without being harassed by them. This needs to stop.

Very comfortable and quiet, the food is very tasty and of good quality, the beach is a plus, practically private for the hotel and beautiful. The staff is super friendly and they only try to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommended and no minors.

Excellent hotel to rest and celebrate special events with your partner or friends, excellent attention from Rigoberto at the reception, excellent attention from Isaul in the lounge chairs on the beach, excellent attention from Mr. Severo in the lounge chairs on the beach, excellent attention from Samuel the We truly felt cared for by the lifeguard, who was always attentive to everyone on the beach, and excellent attention from Josué. The romantic dinner was truly special. I recommend it 100%, and of course we will return again. Greetings from Apodaca Nuevo León.

Very good facilities. The hotel is very nice. Very cool activities and events. The location is good, very private. Where they can improve a lot is in the food and drinks; and above all, in the attitude that several of its employees have, unfortunately not all of them are willing to support you and provide you with good service. Some didn't even feel like giving the greeting. But overall, good.
This is the fourth time we come this hotel. I reserved using my credit card agency (Chase), and by mistake they requested a room with 2 queen beds when we booked a king bed. Edgar Ibarra from concierge helped us find the room we were asking for even when it was not a mistake on their end. The food was amazing, Martin Ortiz from the Oceana restaurant was amazing, he was funny and courteous to my wife and me. The only thing I didn’t like is the reduced menu for room service. It would be great if you could order ceviche or cocktails instead of just hamburgers and BBQ wings. Other than that, I have no regrets for coming back to this amazing place.
