"I thought that this was a great hotel. Staff were awesome, very friendly with us and kids. Food (buffet), need a little getting used to but for the most part it was pretty good. A la Carte was great! Pools were clean, beach was awesome. Rooms were clean. We had a blast and would totally recommend it to others!! "

"Beware of this resort. Half of your party will get violently ill and the hotel staff will not acknowledge there is a problem. This resort should be burned to the ground. There are bugs and birds all over the buffet and the service from the staff stinks unless you throw money at them or speak spanish. Buyer be very afraid. spend your vacation elsewhere."

"Hotel complex was huge. The beach was Amazing and went on for miles. The Room was old and the bed was small, sagging and uncomfortable. It took us three days to get the key to the safe b/c they kept telling us to come back later, then sent us away again. The maid was great and gave us lots of extra towels whenever we asked but on two seperate days when we went to dinner the beer in our fridge got stolen. Food was okay but the pizza place which was supposed to be open 24 hrs rarely had food available. Do not bother with the brazilian restaurant, but definetely try out the coffee shop! Lots of people spoke english so you could always get help"

"I have been to the Dominican 4 times. Beautiful resort. Endless facilities, lots of Bars and A LA Carte restuarants. Rooms are average, but clean. Food in the buffets and service was poor to average. Christmas and New Year Galas were good but disorganized."

"I've been to many places in punta cana but was very disappointed with the service as well. The hotel maids were rude.. it was pulling teeth to get toilet tissue yet alone clean towels. Our sheets were not changed resulting in a rash. When requested an iron and didnt get any during our 7 day stay. The male staff at the resort were prudes by asking if we would sleep with them. I complained. Pool wasnt clean and the food wasnt great. Nightly entertainment was enjoyable but the disco ended by no later than 1am. Overall I wont recommend anyone there. Another thing our hotel patio door would not lock. The lock was broken and they expected us to leave our valuables there which ppl can break in being we were on the main ground floor. We asked for a new room because the room we had was filthy and leaking water along side with the harrassment from the male staff.. it took 2 days 2 get service. "
