Very convenient, close to the mall, restaurants, and the ocean. You can take a bus from the airport to the mall/hotel. The pool is nice with fun seating. The room was simple and clean. Very pleased with the stay!

We had a nice stay, housekeeping was great, front desk friendly and helpful. View of downtown nice. Starbucks was a plus, and the little breakfast/ lunch (Dada Cafe) by the pool was a hidden gem with delicious, big breakfast and 5 star coffee! And the staff at the Dada Cafe were really helpful with suggestions. I'd come back🙂

Predictably clean, accommodating hotel with a great location and genuine staff

I was disappointed that the hotel was a bit old.
The refrigerator is open and covered with towels.
Couldn't use it

I returned from Neighbor Island the day before leaving Oahu and stayed just one night. Since it's next to Ala Moana Center, I thought it would be convenient to buy souvenirs in a limited time, and I was right. I was able to go to Waikiki on the Pink Trolley...Waikiki Beach was full of tourists, but Ala Moana Beach was mostly locals and I was able to relax. The next morning, on the morning of my return, I had breakfast at Liliha Bakery, and I was able to quickly buy things I forgot to buy at Ala Moana Center before heading home, making this the perfect hotel for the night before my return!

Great location next to the largest shopping center in Hawaii. Nice clean lobby and dropoff area.

Beautiful and good serves

Rooms are pretty small and tight, service is alright, however location is great. Walking distance to the mall and to the beach.

Great location and lots of things in the hot to make your stay enjoyable. I liked the restaurant options, pool, and sauna!

memorandum
No amenities other than shampoo, conditioner, and body soap

Toothbrush, body towel, hairbrush
No slippers etc.

Body cream available

There are water dispensers in various places, so you can supplement your water supply.

Elegant hotel with everything you could possibly want.

It is the right combination of location, service, comfort and value for your money. It is a huge hotel with more than 30 floors. Divided into two towers. It's not luxurious. Just comfortable and pretty. A good reference is that airline employees (pilots and service assistants) stay there. Located in front of the Ala Moana Park public beach. And next to the largest shopping center in the United States. A pedestrian bridge connects the hotel with the shopping plaza, from there you can move throughout the city as many transportation companies have stops there. To save a little money on food, you can eat in the food court with franchises from all over the world. With more budget, on the third and fourth floors there are restaurants with waiter service. Every imaginable store is present. From Ross to Chanel. Even a Target to buy groceries. Regarding the hotel, I stayed in the Waikiki tower, my comfortable room with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Balcony with sea view. The water pressure for bathing is incredible. Comfortable beds and quality sheets. The only thing is that you can hear the noise of the city. Still on the 18th floor. Of the few negative things, parking is insufficient and expensive. Just like elevators during peak hours, there is a line, even if there are six of them. Overall a good experience, which I recommend for experienced travelers. For a honeymoon or beachfront resort, there are other options. Good hotel from the Accor chain.

One of the few hotels that doesn't charge resort fees. There is a water cooler so you don't have to buy heavy water. There is also a convenience store on the first floor where you can find everything you need. The pool has a great atmosphere and the private governor is free. Sauna and fitness facilities are also free. Not suitable for first-time visitors to Hawaii, but recommended for repeat visitors.

I always enjoy my stay. Nice rooms and staff is nice

I'm very unhappy 😔 booking this hotel.
Lots of flying bugs 🦟Bugs and gunshot noises, it's Not a true upscale hotel 👎👎👎👎
Plus, No accommodation exchange this issues ‼️‼️
Over 💰Priced Hotel 🛏️

I have requested don't put me in next to the Exit -stairway door, They did anyway.
1st half of the day was good and later halftime of the night is awful , hearing lots of people running up and down the Exit-stairway and hearing 14 to 16 gunshot loud noise 4am morning.
And after , on the 2nd day of my stay, Again get more flying bugs coming in to my room 2nd night also.
Because people keep opening the Exit -stairway door.
Letting the flying 🦟bugs coming to my room.
Didn't get a good night sleep.
I got 🦟 bites by their bugs.🤕
I'm over paid for this hotel, they got noisy rooms and flying bugs.

Don't recommend this hotel.
Management don't care because they are unions they know that they don't get in trouble any kind of way therefore they really don't care about the tourists or the local tourists, they did not even offer any accommodation exchange on the bugs issues 😡😕‼️

They need the pesticide sprayer for hotel bugs every 3 months.

⚠️Especially, last year,
After 🚒 🔥 fire in Maui City theirs bug's 🦟 blowing by the weather to Honolulu Waikiki, now horror madness in this island 😭. All over the Ala Moana area and hotels.
By the way, I have researched this is one of the gov. Scientist generic creation of this kind of invisible mosquitoes named " No-See-Ums" ‼️‼️🙀😡🤕🤢

I have got repeat 🦟 bugs 🤕bites me for two nights. ☹️😡😭

If they know future AI will take their job, maybe then they will act more humility and much careful for the customer service.
For now management doesn't care to do real jobs for the customer.

Enjoyed my stay here! Rooms aren't as soundproof and we heard people talking till 2am at times. Also its central controlled AC. Was SO COLD everyday. Wouldn't stay here again. Didn't help that when we visited, Hawaii was windy for a week and top it with the AC we had a cold trip.

Honestly the hotel was amazing due to the location it was in ! Amazing food in the mall area ! Love the convenience of how close everything is . And the only reason I give it a 4 is because we got a room with supposedly city view and our room had a huge building blocking city view lol . I was laughing hard when I saw the view we had lol we were in room 1348 which the 13 th floor . Definitely not cute but love everything overall amazing people and amazing hotel . Definitely would stay here again

Great location
Ala Moana Shopping Center is right next door, so you can enjoy shopping and dining.
You can get to Waikiki by Uber for about $10, and the bus stop is nearby, so it's easy to get around.
The hotel itself is old, but it has been renovated and the entrance is beautiful, the rooms are clean and nice, and the price is cheap, so it is suitable for long-term stays.
Guests can use the pool for free from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and the cabanas and pool sofas can all be used free of charge without reservations.
You can also bring in take-out coffee or hamburgers from Starbucks on the 1st floor or cafe on the 3rd floor.
There is no cafe attached to the poolside.
No alcohol allowed
Please note that there is only one pool, and the depth varies from 90 cm to 270 cm.
Towels are available for rent by the pool, and you can also rent them here when going to nearby Ala Moana Beach.
There is also a fatness machine and sauna adjacent to the pool, which are also free.
To enter, touch your room card to enter.
The toilet is also here

Cafe 410, located outside the entrance on the first floor, has a morning buffet that is cheap at around $25 and has a good selection.
Coffee from Starbucks was also included, so if you ask the staff for some coffee to take home on your way home, they will prepare it for you in a cup, so it was nice to take it with you and relax at the pool on the third floor.

Starbucks on the 1st floor also has alcohol.

The restaurant on the top floor is famous and often featured on Japanese TV.
The name of the restaurant is The Signature Prime Steak & Seafood.
We recommend the happy hour starting at 4:30 pm, but it's so popular that people start lining up before the restaurant opens.
The place to line up is next to the elevator on the 1st floor.
You can eat steak etc. for half price.

It is also close to Ala Moana Shopping Center, so we recommend going from the 2nd floor of the hotel.

great location, room was small and clean. not much of a view, when it said ocean side. customer service could have been friendlier and more helpful with directions on parking and where the room was located. Didnt give the kaimaaina discount and could have given a better room.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable so I slept quite well. The rooms are equipped with a small fridge, a microwave and coffee maker. The bath has full sized divinely coconut scented shampoo, conditioner and body wash attatched the wall. Less things to pack if you don't use specific products. I had a decent view of the ocean. It's also a very short walk to Ala Moana park where there were people swimming laps and paddle boarding.
Ala Moana is more local/family oriented and not as busy as Waikiki.
Waikiki is about a 30 min walk or 8 min drive if you are interested in that.
I will definitely recommend this hotel and can't wait to stay here again
