Exceptional location - right in the middle of Waikiki. Very good price. Hotel is outdated but clean. Friendly staff
I made a reservation considering the location of the Royal Hawaiian Center and bus stop, and it was a great decision. The room's balcony is spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, rice cookers, and tableware, making it a great Yoshinoya to stay in for a week. Simple bread, fruit, and a simple breakfast were also included free of charge, and half of the guests were Japanese, so it seemed like they were Japanese purveyors. The accommodation fee was cheap, and I felt it was a more valuable hotel than the hotels I had used before (Grand, Globe). I definitely want to use this hotel with a kitchen next time.

Breakfast is a delicious buffet with bread, fruit, yogurt, etc. The staff were polite and very kind. The toilet in the room had a Japanese-made washlet, and I was impressed with how comfortable it was. The laundry also has two washing machines and two dryers, each costing $1.75. We will use you again next time.

Only the air conditioning needs updating, apart from that great location close to shopping and trendy streets. Several brand stores and restaurants.

We stayed for three nights. The hotel is older but clean and the facilities are Nice. We would appreciate a broader choice of breakfast and there were a lot of issues with aggresive birds during the breakfast time. The location of the hotel is great, near the public transport and the waikiki beach. Lots of shops and restaurants around. And the staff was very kind. I definitely recommend, it’s one of the cheaper hotels on waikiki but you get great service for the price
Welcoming staff, very large room, breakfast included in the morning (it is almost never included in other hotels in Waikiki).
Very small pool, balconies overlooking the city with no ocean or park views. However the beaches are 5 minutes walk away. They also give you the free option to take beach towels and bring them back after a day at the beach.
We stayed her for our first two nights in Waikiki. The rooms are dated, but it was clean enough and the bed was quite comfortable! The staff and service was fabulous. You can't really beat the location of this hotel for the price. If you're looking for an affordable hotel as a home base and are out and about all day, then this place is perfect. They give you a beach chair and towel, which was so great for the beach! The beach is a short walk away, and you're close to many great restaurants and shops. I'd definitely stay here again if we ever come back.

Very basic for the high cost (albeit not so high for O'ahu). Good reception desk service. Basic outdoor breakfast and you often have to compete with the birds. I found it difficult to breathe in the room each morning. A friend said it might have been due to the air-conditioning unit filter not being clean. Location good for public bus transport but local air quality is very affected by vehicle exhaust emissions. Beware of extra charges that you were not immediately advised of but later appeared on your bill. Make sure you ask that the reception staff send you a reminder of your checkout date and time. We missed the checkout by only two hours, as we were having a good time sightseeing and also thought we had one more night booked. Once we returned and found out, we paid for the extra night but later found we had been charged $130US ($213AU) for technically not checking out. Seems management were not thinking of concern for their customers.

Great location and amazingly friendly staff. Rooms were clean enough but dated. Definitely some visible wear and tear and dirt. However, great price considering its location. Breakfast was meh; lots of pigeons everywhere.
