Id give them a negative 1 but I have to give them one star. First I was sent to a room with someone in it at 9 at night. I had my 7 month old with me an was very scary as this could’ve ended worse than it did. Thoes people could’ve hurt us being that it’s 9 at night an they don’t know why we are walking into their room . Then the room we were moved to looked unclean with roaches and the bath tub was black! Stay away from this hotel !

Room was newly remodeled and extremely clean. Remodeling was still going on next door too late into the night so it was noisy. Pitiful shower with an off center rain shower head that you could not get under. Tiny really short toilet. Comfortable king size bed that was so close to the wall that there was no room to even get in much less have a side table. 42nd floor on north east corner so wind was howling but the view was stunning of both Diamondhead and the back side of the island. Was within walking distance of almost all of Waikiki and had a great bus stop within about a block and a half to go either direction on Kuhio.

Can't commentt on service as hotel room. Is an Air BNB.

I haven't bloody stayed at the Aqua Skyline Hotel

Excellent service, very good value for money, everything is functional (swimming pool, spa, laundry room, convenience store) I don't regret going there at all, maybe I would even go back.

Everything is in the room, condo-like atmosphere, you can cook your own food, 700 meters from Waikiki Beach, there is a swimming pool on the 6th floor, and it is cheaper than the surrounding areas.

This was by far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at in my entire life! Upon arriving at the 3pm check in at around 4:30pm, the room wasn’t ready and I had to wait until about 4:42pm for a room. The hotel clerk SHANEL was absolutely so rude to me! She had an attitude as if she was the one waiting for a room that wasn’t ready. When I got to the room it was filthy! Men’s hair was inside of the sink AND A CHUNK OF TOOTHPASTE, there was also body wash in the bathtub!! There was also hair on the pillowcases. You need a keycard to access the elevators and a big huge security eyeballs you as you enter! I brought my service dog with me and SHANEL said she had to check with security to see if my security dog was allowed. No other hotel ever did that before because registered service dogs are legally allowed to go everywhere. I excused her ignorance and I’m sure when she called “security” they told her it was fine. This is the worst hotel ever. I also had security come to my door to tell me to turn my music down at 8pm, because it “was too loud”, and it actually wasn’t. The door have about a 1 inch space under them, so I guess that’s why it was too loud for them! Bugs and things can enter your room and neighbors can hear all conversations had! How uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend or ever return, especially because of the filth! Oh and when SHANEL gave me my keys, she didn’t even tell me about the amenities the hotel offered like hotel clerk’s usually do when you check in a new place. Horrible horrible horrible hotel. Disgusting and customer service is terrible here! I usually never review but this place definitely had it coming! When I went to read other reviews before adding my experience, I saw several other reviews about the filth and how disgusting this place is! WOW! It is true!!

Its not a Hilton, but its close in, affordable, and has decent resources.

I had a personal problem, but the front desk staff kindly helped me resolve it.

Avoid all costs. The room does not look anything like the picture. it is dirty., It's old. It's probably one of the worst hotels in the U.S.

This Hotel is a must avoid at all costs! As a travel agent, I booked my clients here and they informed me about cockroach infestation on their floor. 36th floor was infested. The room was also not cleaned. Toe nail clippings and sand covered the carpets. I will be advising all clients to avoid this hotel.

Approximately 3 weeks ago, I spent my birthday at this hotel. The original pictures on the website didn't match what I saw and experienced upon entering my room. The first room was next to elevator and the key didn't work. So they gave us another room which was awful. Just walking into the room was creepy. The bed frame was old, the sink which was in the restroom was to brush your teeth and clean dishes if you used them. That's pass unsafe, unsanitary and just nasty. The bedroom was extremely small with rusty handle in shower. The microwave was old and had rust in it. The patio curtain were rotten, the carpet old, overall I was extremely disappointed. The cost of this hotel and the $25 per day should be used to make this place more habitual. The air conditioner in the first room didn't work. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone of you want to feel comfortable and relax
I took pictures but I can't upload to this review. After complaining they gave us another room the 44fl(PH). I expected more because the top floor is supposed to be outstanding but to me it was just another room, and a little better. The staff was extremely nice

My initial experience was horrible. My room was such a disappointment. My room was dirty, carpet was disgusting, furniture is old and does not look new was shown on their website. The curtains were so old the fabric was fallen off the rods. The microwave was rusting on the inside. Although, the room had a microwave, refrigerator, and dishes it only had a sink in the bathroom and that sink was a kitchen sink. Since we're talking about the bathroom, it was the smallest bathroom I have ever seen. There were also rust in the bathtub around the fixtures.
Now, I will say we I complained to management, they did move me to a PH room. This was was better and looked more like the advertised room picture. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel, if your preference is clean, new or renovated updated room, an hotel with a restaurant and good coffee, this is NOTthe place for you.
I will say the staff is very friendly.

Bloody brilliant 👏 the staff are very friendly and helpful 👍🏼very central to everything.

I think it's fine if you're just staying there, but if you're going to stay in Waikiki, I don't think this is the right place to stay.
I stayed there until a friend came, but I think it's good for the price.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone ….
The pictures are definitely photoshopped …the rooms are disgusting …they smell like mold!!!
Cockroaches are present in the rooms ..however this is pretty normal as a house spider for Hawaii
Air conditioning stopped working around 4am and poured water into our room…we called staff and was advised nothing they could do until 8am …
At checkout advised the staff of the air conditioner she didn’t seem to worried about it and stated something probably came unplugged and she would let housekeeping know!!!
The only thing that was good about this place…the check in staff was super helpful and nice!!!
$40 to park …is a joke!!!
You get what you pay for!!! Avoid this place

Rooms just adequate space wise however we killed an average of 3 cockroaches per day in the bathroom..the curtains were thin and allowed for a lot of light to shine through during sleep hours and only a couple of working elevators for a large hotel population. Staff all very nice.

Great location, Beautiful views, Walk a few blocks and shops. AWESOME

The place was great the room that I was staying in only had one bed But otherwise it was nice

the view was amazing
When I tried to park my motorcycle, I was surprised to be told that the fee would be the same as a car (*_*;

I found it incredible that there was no sink in the kitchen and I had to wash the dishes in the bathroom.
It was an old but clean condo.
The service is average since it's a condominium.
