The view is amazing!
Nasty rooms, looks nothing like on the advertisement and website pictures. The management is very incompetent and dismissive. Wold never recommend this place to anyone.
I stayed in a 2-bedroom condo and it was very spacious and nice. There was a direct entrance to the beach and the location was perfect. The beach right in front was crowded, but the water was warm and nice, and there were ABC stores, McDonald's, and restaurants nearby, so it was great for walking around with kids. Originally, check-in was at 4 o'clock, but we were grateful that they allowed us to check in around 2 o'clock as soon as the cleaning was completed for our family who arrived early. I was upset that I couldn't use the swimming pool because it was currently broken, and the only downside was that it was so noisy that it was difficult to keep the door open during the day due to hotel construction. Even though the hotel wasn't under construction, there was a lot of noise because it was on the main beach. We had a beach view room, and the balcony was large, so just sitting here was relaxing. Unlike Korean condos, you don't have to wash dishes (they put them in the dishwasher) and cleaning is done every day. As a welcome gift, I received a canvas bag, water bottle, and children's sand beach play equipment. Valet parking is provided quickly and you only need to tip a few dollars for the valet fee. A resort fee of approximately $50 is added to your stay.
The room was nice and the location was good, but I was yelled at when I drove into the entrance. Some of the doormen here are extremely rude, and even if you're staying at the hotel, if you enter the entrance, they'll yell at you and ask you to pick them up outside, so be careful.
Your fun trip will be ruined.
It is a residence type with 2 Rooms, 2 Bathrooms, a spacious living room, a dining table with an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine & dryer, and most importantly, a perfect ocean view, making it the perfect accommodation for a vacation right in front of the sea. Highly recommended!
One of the best hotels I have ever stayed.
Fabulous place to stay , with amazing views of the beach (dependant on your room position of course). Of my four trips to Oahu have stayed here three times. The benefits of the Aston Beach tower is the apartment like rooms which is very hard to find in Honolulu and so convenient when travelling as a group. Having a kitchen is a plus especially when travelling with children. The staff are so helpful and the position of the hotel is very convenient.
The room feels small.
However, I only went back to my room to sleep, so it wasn't a problem.
I could see the ocean from the balcony and heard the chickens crowing from early in the morning.
It was a very pleasant morning.
I think it's a very convenient location, close to the beach and cafes.
Stayed here for about a month September 2021. It was overcrowded. Escalators were constantly out of service and the wait for the elevators were incredibly long. Service was ok. Location was excellent. Views of the beach from the rooms were beautiful. Its right across the street from Waikiki beach. Rooms were a bit outdated. It was very busy and you could hear the noise from the halls in the bedrooms.
All in all I would say this hotel is just ok.
I’m in Honolulu a few times a year and can tell you that there are better hotels in the area for around the same price.
Beach accessibility is very good. Check-in is at 4 o'clock, but early check-in is not possible. Still, the view is very good. We had 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, and there was a kitchen space due to the residence structure, so there was no inconvenience even if we stayed for a long period of time. There was no parking fee, just a valet tip.
Extremely clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly. We had the penthouse and the view is amazing!
Beautiful location, with beautiful views of Waikiki Beach, and Diamond Head. Walking distance to everything. Rooms were great, no issues there. However the interior of the hotel itself was a bit old, and ran down.
Our family cannot say enough good things about this hotel.
The location is fabulous. Kuhio Beach is right across the street and you're within walking distance of numerous shops, restaurants, and the Honolulu Zoo.
All of the staff in the hotel were extremely welcoming and friendly, always going out of their way to say hello or welcome back.
The room and common areas were all very clean and our family appreciated the full size kitchen and washer/dryer in the room.
There is no additional charge for valet parking, which is a rare for Waikiki. The valet attendants are very, very quick and have your car brought to you within a couple of minutes.
We will definitely be coming back to Honolulu and will stay here again.

No hotel service when using ABNB But otherwise great hotel
We stayed here for a week in October, 2023. We had a wonderful stay. We paid extra for a premium oceanfront room. We got a room on the 30th floor with a view of the beach, Waikiki and Diamond Head. Beautiful views. Nice to be a little higher up to be a little quieter. Daily maid service with fresh towels was very nice. Washer & dryer was a big help. Valet parking of one vehicle included in our rate was a nice perk. Amenities include free adult admission to the Bishop Museum and the Honolulu Museum of Art - just show room key - all adults in our room were free. Robes, slippers, beach/pool towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, salt & pepper, regular & decaf coffee, green & earl grey teas were all were provided. All employees we encountered were very friendly. They printed a confirmation for me while we were there. We didn't use concierge service but it is available and they did reach out to see if we needed anything. Very glad we chose to stay here.
Our 2nd time staying here back to back..great convenient location, you can just cross the road to be at the beach and at the end where it's not overcrowded. It's still Waikiki, but end of the strip which is nice. Highly recommend, lovely valet staff as well, very helpful and always happy. Will be back!
