Beautiful location! Rooms vary by where you are on the resort. Our side is outdated and lackluster with many fixtures broken (I fell in the shower because the handle wasn’t attached). The rooms over on the other side of the resort are definitely a lot nicer. We appreciated being close to the convention center but half the time the train wasn’t running and it was a 15-20 min walk to the other side of the resort (which isn’t a big deal if you’re fit but it gets old pretty fast).
The staff was great. Had a blast with them at our farewell party!
As far as the food goes, stick to almost anywhere other than the sports bar. Got sick the first night from the food and 2 other friends the following night. Lobster was gross. Our whole table ordered it and none of us ate it lol. The adults only area is nice and calm. Swim up bar was great. Had a lot of fun overall but there were definitely areas lacking. The convention side of the resort could definitely use an update.
