Super pleasant and smiling staff.
One of the best hotels I have visited.
The beach is unusable, full of rock making swimming hazardous and dangerous for some, some people have fallen into the water and have difficulty getting up, the water is not crystal clear like in some other places, if you want a parasol must be shared with 4 people even if there are two of you, the food and bad the cleanliness is very random
The best thing about the hotel was without a doubt the experience at Explorers, the hotel's Kid Club. The professionalism and love of Violet, Star, Minnie and Sky meant that our children fully enjoyed each activity. The girls are outstanding, true "moms" and that allowed us adults to enjoy ourselves. On the other hand, I especially thank Violet and Star as they took the time and dedication to talk with us in a very valuable way. Without a doubt this team is the best thing about the hotel! Regarding the other services, the hotel is not at the level of an all-inclusive from the Hyatt chain. We had some favorable points (for example they gave us a room with an extra bathroom and allowed us to check out late) but unfortunately other experiences left us with a bitter taste and it was not what we were looking for in a hotel of this category (for two days the hotel It was overcrowded with employees of the chain who apparently had days off there and that made the atmosphere unfamiliar and all the places were crowded and too noisy). Totally far from what we are looking for as an experience
It is a very good hotel for families, it is not a luxury hotel but it has excellent service, all the staff who attended us were super friendly, attentive and with a good disposition. The beaches and pools are beautiful. They need to improve the variety of the buffet a little more.

Very general line. The spacious rooms. The attention of the staff is very good and very lively. Food and drink pretty good. 100% recommendable
Located on Baiahibe beach, the international village is very well looked after, with lots of lush vegetation. Spacious and fairly clean rooms.
The food is more for foreign customers than for us few Italians.
The only flaw is the management of the beach: few umbrellas that you have to grab by 7 in the morning, but if you just move around for a few minutes too long, they are freed by the staff who are oblivious to the personal things left on the sunbeds.
Overall great holiday.
An excursion to the island of Saona is absolutely worth doing... paradise...
The buffet just needs to be improved. Have more variety.
I would have liked more entertainment in the hotel
It is a hotel in the process of remodeling and yet its facilities are comfortable and clean, friendly to the environment, the restaurants are very pleasant and have exquisite recipes. The staff in general very attentive and friendly.
All beautiful, excellent Vera Tour service, welcoming and professional, very well looked after structure, typical Caribbean, lots of greenery and white beach. Good food.
A huge development, consisting of 16 blocks of apartments, surrounded by grass and streets.

Spent the day there as a day guest. Good buffet for lunch, cocktails were good too - lovely beach but most of the shade occupied by hotel guests.
Now its "sunscape dominicus la romana" ( Hyatt group). Nice hotel ( still renovating after the brand Change. Terrible service/Staff. Slow, incompetent, Many Times nowhere to be seen, namely in pool, terrible free towel policy, making people reserve lots of sunbeds in pool and beach ( and dont use it) Making very very hard to find a free sunbed. Hyatt people: get your stuff together, fast, else this Will be a flop. For the time, the worst 5 start hotel experience in DR ( been in dominican republic Many Times)
