A nice a quiet hotel, the staff are great, food not so.do to shortages, beer and wine was ok, the swimming pool was fantastic

We just got back March 5th to 12th,2024.

I asked for a few hours more for the room free of charge until our flight departure and courtesy of the hotel we were able to stay after until 4/5pm. The receptionists were helpful especially Duni and of course the staff too Julien is a kind waiter.

The beach is great and quiet but the food made us ill on the last day. It wasn’t always fresh and we did see bugs in the food many times.

Césan reserve two chairs for us every morning right in front of the beach. He is lovely.

I paid more to change my room and it was comfortable and clean. The dancers were great but not a lot of things going on in the hotel which is a shame. However you are close to Varadero. I recommend the caves of Ambrosio and the pizzeria Nonna and Tina. Reserve ahead of take out.

I made a reservation for the restaurant à la carte and on our last night, we were told it was full because a group decided to watch the sunset we were rejected and when I mentioned this wasn’t right, I was told we could now have a table at 9 ish.We had already eaten. You can’t let certain people behave the way they want because they are complicated as I was told.

U fortunately I wouldn’t go back though to this hotel.

First let me say this is Cuba it’s different there, the rooms were clean the beds were surprisingly very comfortable. There is always things that need fresh paint but the A/C worked great the shower was fine and toilets flushed. The food was better than other trips to different resorts in Cuba. There was eggs and omelettes every morning, baguette and croissants. Every evening there was fresh smoked ham, and fresh Tarpon fish. Sometimes there was OX or pork chops or chicken fresh grilled and there was always a selection of baked meats in sauce. There was always tomato cucumbers lettuce and cabbage. Bring ketchup or hot sauce and salad dressing. The coffee was fantastic and they had lots of everything. They ran out of mint 1 day for 2 or 3 hours then they got a delivery. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and kind. There was ice cream every night in the main dining room. There were pastries and fruit every day for every meal. This place is way better than two larger places I’ve been too. And the beach attendants will take you snorkeling for 20$ to an amazing reef.

This hotel deserves its 4 stars: clean rooms, acceptable food, nothing missing, ordinary buffet but very good. The service is impeccable and the staff always smiling. The location is superb and very close to the beach where you can take a long walk. The swimming pool is large and always clean. The place is quiet. The only negative point is the a la carte restaurant where the food is not that good.

Rooms are clean , food was tasty and cocktails were great .

I would only suggest more music/ entertainment through out the day and not only entertainment at night .

It's a simple little nice hotel. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. I broke my foot in the middle of my vacation. I was helped right from the start and was given a wheelchair right away. Really every employee helped me when I needed it. The food was good and sufficient. The room clean. I'll definitely be back (without gibs). LG to Cuba to the hotel

Friendly staff, very attentive.
The buffet food isn't very good, but it's worth eating out for a good lobster that costs around $10.
The bar is open 24 hours a day.
Every day there is a show, on this day it was a performance in the pool.
The beach is Varadero standard, grade 11.

A very good hotel, built in a cascade, there are detached bungalows, some with their own swimming pools, a large swimming pool, with sun loungers. The food in the hotel for Cuba is very good, buffet style, the hotel bars make cocktails and brew coffee. As a wish, it is advisable to take a thermal mug with you.

Great gym. It's not new but it's effective and appreciated. And according to what they say: A workout a day keeps the doctor away forever. xD

We were guests here from December 15th to 29th, 2023.
Room 329.
A slightly smaller, more familiar hotel than the large concrete bunkers. If you want, you can quickly get in touch with other guests who can sometimes, as in our case, give valuable tips.
Beds were very good, nothing was saggy or too short. We didn't notice any loud staff that would wake you up from 7 a.m. onwards. Salsa was playing at the beach bar and by the pool all day long, but at a volume that couldn't be heard from our room.
Service from the entire staff is always extremely friendly, if you have any special requests, just ask carefully...especially Milagros from the beach bar, who speaks acceptable German and is happy to help. Pepper and salt are in short supply, so it's best to bring your own and leave it! Like everywhere, food is a matter of taste, differences to Europe are obvious but we have always found something tasty.
As for food and rooms, this is not a five star hotel in Mallorca, this is Cuba!
Likewise, the beer cannot be compared with a wheat beer or a nice Kölsch. It still tasted good. Everyone has their own personal preference when it comes to coffee, and you might opt ​​for tea. Cocktails very tasty in contrast to Germany, where most of them taste like tap water to me.
Otherwise: no paper in the toilet, brush your teeth only with water from a plastic bottle, tips in the form of bills are welcome everywhere...
Then I remember, the lobby bar in the hotel also serves good coffee!
Plus point: from the hotel you can easily walk to Varadero within 20 minutes, including along the beach!
Animation from "Luigi" was very moderate in contrast to other hotels, where there was always remmidemmi...
So... have fun at Las Morlas!

A smaller, less busy facility for Varadero with mostly very friendly and extremely hard-working staff. Like everything in Cuba, the overall impression is a bit rocky, especially due to the current situation. The hotel and the rooms are simple but clean. The twin beds are very comfortable. Based on Cuban standards, the food on offer was varied and good. The dining room is of course a bit cafeteria-like, but oh well. The beach section is very beautiful with its trees, nicer than the neighboring hotels. There is no shade at the pool, so it can't actually be used during the day. A disadvantage for pool fans.
Theoretically, the center of Varadero is within walking distance, but it is currently dead there.
The evening program in the hotel is quite nice, but repeats itself every 7 days.
If you don't have excessive expectations, you can recommend the hotel for a few days.

Small but very cozy hotel. Nice pleasant staff. Its own atmosphere. Cool animation by Luigio and Veraclub.

If you like cockroaches this hotel is for you , roaches all over food in buffet and in rooms , the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen in my life this hotel should be burnt to ground . Only good thing is the beach , they have the same food everyday with roaches

I visited 3 rooms before choosing, lack of love it's outdated, not clean, the magnificent beach always beautiful temperature. the food not too good, except in the dining room they have to reserve every evening. Lunches are okay, eggs are the same everywhere.

You can say with complete certainty that it has one star left over, classifying it as a 4 star is exaggerating a bit, small but cozy hotel, quite helpful staff, very well cooked food but little variety, average rooms.

Organized holiday with Veratour, a different show every evening, postcard sea, very good meals, personally I like rice, meat and fish a lot, but some might get tired of the same things, let's say that when you travel you have to adapt to the place you go to otherwise he stays at home. Cleanliness is not their strong point, they never cleaned my son's high chair and in fact on the 5th day an insect came out... there were many flies in the buffet room and instead 0 mosquitoes because every morning a plane passed by to disinfect everything. The rooms, however, I must say that they were cleaned quite well and the double bed was huge.

Too bad the weather wasn't the best, we stayed from 30/10 to 6/11 2023

I met it in 2017 and I thought it was a great hotel. I highly recommend it. Very friendly people, a pool and top-notch facilities and the all-inclusive works very well.

Structure up to expectations. Compatibly with the country where you are with all its contradictions. Cleanliness ok and food simple and well cooked. Too bad the Italian animation Veraclub almost totally absent both in terms of number of animators and quality.

Wonderful honeymoon in a heavenly place like the sea of ​​Varadero!
