Good hotel. The rooms are correct and comfortable. The all-inclusive is interesting for the price but obviously the quality of the food is not great. Lots of fried things and not enough choice for dinner (and even less for breakfast). But that remains my opinion. Drinks and alcohol are also included. The servers are super nice even if they are sometimes overwhelmed.

They should modernize the place more, the breakfast lacks more flavor. Good service from the staff

I loved this place in every way

Very very basic.

The rooms were so basic that we did everything possible to only return to sleep. Small beds, cheap finishes, no fridge, white light bulbs, not enough hot water.

The food and bar were pretty mediocre, except the mojitos were well made. Fruit was only served at breakfast, could not get a decently made egg, the italian and chinese dishes were horrid, local dishes were the best bet, desserts were so bad we saved on calories.

Amenities were quite poor. No beach towels at time. Beach chair were in bad shape, some had mold, fans in common areas were pretty inadequate. Ridiculous no guest policy.

We often stay in basic places - clean, cheap and safe is what we look for. This was not cheap, it felt very safe, and the clean was at the lowest end of acceptable.

The rooms do not have a mini refrigerator, as practically all hotels do now, so if you want to have cold drinks in the room at night, you have to go out to the bar.

Also, in terms of fun, the activities are few and sometimes those that are scheduled are not carried out, so, at times, the stay becomes a bit boring.

Little variety of meals, if the guest arrives to eat a little late (always within the established schedule), they will find that some options are no longer available and those that are there are sometimes cold. There are no themed restaurants and the food options are very basic.

The cocktails are very good and the service received from the staff was excellent.

A nice option for a day.

Good management Good business in food

There is a 15-minute line at reception just to give us the room key (we did early check-in), with a few minutes left before 3. Arriving they tell us that they are not going to give us the room because there are a few minutes left. and that we have to wait in line again but it is fast. They give the people in the back the room and we had to queue again when there were already a lot of people and wait another 20 minutes. My husband asked (I'm pregnant) and said that he had already queued and the person in charge practically ignored him and told him I'm sorry, please queue again.

1 - this is not a place for non nationals - it is focused on the local population. Music, food, entertainment.
2 - this is a second class hotel - rooms are pretty bare. Only 2 bath towels - no hand or wash cloths. No toiletries except shampoo and body wash and ours was horribly mildewed.
3 - our room faced a concrete wall with barbed wired on top.
4 - the cocktails were nothing but watered down libations - they use low alcohol content liquor.
5- the food was mediocre at best. Nothing special at all
6 - the front desk staff was not the least bit warm or welcoming. We felt that they did not want us there.
7 - the music is loud and played from morning til night. Geared only to local population.
8 - the pools do not have enough concrete sitting areas with shade so you are forced to sit in the grass where bugs are prominent.
9 - I will NEVER return to this place. There is nothing worthwhile that would make me recommend it.

Good location, food was okay, rooms were clean. The cons are that if you have a room facing the court, the noise doesn't end until 3 am. There is a bar in the hotel that plays music until very late at night. Some of the rooms AC are extremely loud, so it is hard to sleep. The hotel has done some updating, but some of the rooms still need some help.

First time visiting, excellent service, food, cocktails, they give national tourists the place they deserve. I recommend it. I'm still enjoying it here and I would stay longer if it weren't for work. A 100 in everything. I recommend it to come as a family.

Friendly and helpful staff, I give them that.
Rooms with thin walls, which is not good in hotels where families arrive with CROWDS of screaming children. Speaking of children: There are signs about what things cannot be done in swimming pools and children do ABSOLUTELY ALL of them, without anyone to tell them or their parents to please not do those things.
In low season it may be relaxing to visit, but in high season with dozens of screaming children and swimming pools at maximum capacity, it is not worth it.
Furthermore, although in an all-inclusive one you don't expect very high quality food (that's normal), the food here has dropped SO much in quality that it should already be called "tourist food."

They are recognized for their efforts to improve, however, if they are remodeling, it is appropriate to make an elevator to those rooms on the second and third floors, which represent almost 30% of the rooms and are only accessed by steps. The food is rich and varied, the staff strives to provide good service, however, if they promise a cupcake to a child for their birthday, at least they deliver. Another factor is that the rooms do not block the sound, and the music does not allow you to sleep until after midnight when the disco turns off. And the reception is too small to have 4 lines, everyone crowded together, they would have maintained pandemic distancing.

Rod is excellent, only the chat options less automatic answers and more attention from an official directly

Good hotel, slightly old facility

Lack of show for the nights with various presentations every day (like Barcelo Tambor), there was only one live singer and only 2 couples watching it, otherwise everything was excellent
