I loved the experience of spending a week of leisure and relaxation, my thanks to the hotel workers for their attention and professionalism.

The Brissas Guardalavaca hotel is a small paradise full of joy. I have visited this hotel on four occasions and I love its cleanliness, the treatment of its workers and especially the entertainment team, who make your days unforgettable. An example of this is the entertainer Susana, who with her charisma and professionalism made that my family and I felt at home. Of course we will return!!! 😍😍😍😍😍😍

Be careful when you go to this resort especially with your beach towels I had to pay $30 us for a towel someone stole from me and they were locals as we canadians don't need anything and when you go to customer relations they don't care as there's no camera's to check better bring your towel be careful

Beautiful, simple and practical place

Clean place, warm atmosphere. I loved taking my vacation there in April 2023, I'm going back soon, at the beginning of May.

I love this Cuba hotel

The only thing I can say about the hotel is magnificent service.
You can book a romantic dinner which I had with my partner and a spectacular service with dinner on the seashore. I was served by a very helpful and cordial waiter named Abel who is always available and is in charge of preparing all the appropriate romantic settings for the dinner. occasion... I really recommend it
The dinner was spectacular, very delicious with a cerenata and under the stars it was a special service..

I am writing my review for 2005 experience. It seems most things (including water and food) haven't gotten any better but worse! Based on what I read here! Someone really needs to invest in this place!

The hotel is clean, the service is good. The employees try very hard. However, we noticed the lack of everything. The food wasn't very varied. If you're looking for peace and quiet, you should be a little careful. The beach is very beautiful.

Good food, best service and spectacular beach!! The best in Holguín

Wonderful place! You'll feel like your at a family cottage.
Treated like gold!

Well the hotel is a little outdated but I love this place because it is all inclusive the site is not too big easy to access and it is very friendly

Good morning,
I stayed at this hotel for 28 days recently, and I must say that ALL the staff were impeccable and courteous! The places are old but clean. Superb large beach and always well maintained (see attached photo of the gardener Fidel who is so charming). Decent food and wine. And if you ever want to take advantage of some gym tips, I suggest you go see the on-site trainer, Luis Manuel, who is very available and professional (see attached photo). The only downside for this hotel is that unfortunately the sound from the speakers is WAY too high and above all not necessary!

Terrifying and to say the least...under the name of Corona Reonegro...2 nightmare weeks

We spent a night there. Hotel has great staff. Amazing location near the beach with perfect access to the sea.
Rooms are quite old. We had an issue with ants in the room but we changed it without difficulties.
2 times a day no running water in the bathroom.
Birds eating from a self-service buffet in the dinning room. It's disgusting.

We have visited here numerous times and love this place and the staff even more !❤️❤️❤️

Traveled there last year at the same time, and since then, the hotel has gone down. You could not drink the water in the restaurants or the bars as it tasted like mold. After complaining three days later, they would put bottled water in your room on a hit and miss determination .We had three days where the water was turned off all day and when it was on not much hot water at all .The location is beautiful right on the beach .the staff are friendly and most are ready to help .The welcome back trip for repeaters to the Indian village was not organized very well. Chaos was what it was. I will have to think twice if I will return again.I know it's cuba and supplies are short but I have always had water to drink .

Fantastic resort!
We had an amazing experience. Staff at this resort go above and beyond to ensure your enjoying your holiday.
We enjoyed the lobster many times during our stay and all of our meals were fantastic.
Hotel is a bit dated and could use some updates but we feel we don't spend much time in there.
Beaches are so beautiful staff are always cleaning up after disrespectful guests that leave garbage. Thank you for all your hard work.

To begin with, this resort is 29 years old, I don't have a word to say for the quality of the installation considering its age (very well maintained).
Abundant food but very little variety (good the first week but not so much after that), cocktails let's say absent, if you like rum and beer you will be happy.
Bottle of water hard to get.
In general I am satisfied with my 16 days there, recommended for older people (45 and over), children welcome too, very entertaining place with their entertainment.

After going through all these situations, which only represent a small glimpse into a truly disastrous experience, you will understand why I cannot recommend this place at all. This trip will be, without a doubt, my last visit to Cuba.

The quality of the food is lamentable; There is no bottled water anywhere, and we have been without water to wash ourselves or flush the toilets for two long days. Even when water is available, new problems arise. The water flowing from the pipes had a muddy color, a real disgust that persisted for several days of my stay. The rooms are extremely mediocre and emanate an unpleasant smell. Faucets don't work unless you use both hands to turn them on. In addition, some hallways have leaks in the ceiling. The whole place, with its ceramic floor, turns into a skating rink when wet, which proved to be a considerable problem given that my octogenarian grandfather was accompanying me.
If you decide to take a walk, the only thing you will find in the surroundings are shacks of residents in extreme poverty, evidencing the harsh situation that citizens are experiencing.

Customer service ranges from five-star receptionists to waitresses and restaurant managers who consider offering service to be "kind of a favor" to customers. Furthermore, they dare to decide how much a client should eat or drink, a complete idiocy that borders on the collective psychosis that reigns in this place that they try to sell as a four-star hotel. They even make you book a so-called restaurant that offers a seafood dinner, but they only serve chicken, fish, beef, and, at best, half of ONE lobster when they don't run out of existing units after the first one. Time to open the place. I never understood what the reason was for making the reservation in the first place.
