The beach at this hotel is quite rocky, but the big beautiful pool makes up for it. This resort is walking distance to downtown, so it's an excellent location! We stayed her for a week. It was such a great time. The room was great the vibe was super fun and the staff were amazing. They had a couple of weddings a Fiesta night and several other activities. It was very clean and just an all round great place to stay. I would say that sitting by the pool and having food and drinks was the highlight for us. Jorge Flores was our waiter several days. He absolutely made the trip for us. He was so kind and helpful. He was the hardest working guy at the place and trust me they all work so hard. I would give this place more stars if I could. I so completely recommend this place.

To begin with, the location of the hotel is the best if you want to be close to the boardwalk. It is the second time we have visited them and both times it has always been the best of the best. The attention of the staff is excellent, especially Oscar and Paul (bartender) as well as Carlos (waiter on beach loungers). The reception staff are very friendly and decisive. The rooms are spacious and cozy, especially the oceanview ones. The food in its 2 restaurants has excellent seasoning and a wide variety of buffet options as well as a special menu. Without a doubt it is a highly recommended hotel.

Love this place! Great hotel, great location, great staff! We go every year. It is our home away from home. Love the food and the drinks, but the staff is what makes this a special place. ❣️
Rooms - were average hotel size, I found them small for a resort, we did have a balcony which gave us a little extra space and place to store our floaties and stroller. Rooms were well maintained and very clean.
Service - we had great service at the pool, with drinks and food being delivered throughout the afternoon. We also had great service at the buffet and at each bar for drinks. We were not impressed with the service at check in/out and the guest services bookings for dinner reservations. It seemed like you were bothering them when you were trying to do these things. At check in we were given no information, no maps or directions to the elevator etc., had to go back and ask for wifi and were then given a schedule of events for the week but no clarification on how to book dinner reservations, over the week figured out that it has to be done before 1pm and the fiesta on Monday requires early reservations (we missed out on that) but Thursday’s doesn’t take reservations.
Food and Drinks were great. The overall resort was small, which had its pros and cons. We easily ran back to the room when we wanted something but at night the end doors were often left open (they don’t self close) and the lobby bar was loud until 10 or 11 and we had littles we were trying to get to sleep earlier than that.
Location - we loved the location. It was an easy walk to the board walk, which was great with littles and not needing a cab. We could walk out the front doors and there was a pharmacy across the street and anything we wanted within a few blocks. We definitely loved the location.
Kids - there was a kiddie pool, main pool and smaller deeper pool. There was also a kids club, that we couldn’t stay in with the kids but we could set up by the pool outside and be close by if she needed us. She had a blast in there and we found out on the last day that there had been evening activities each evening (they weren’t well advertised, you needed to ask at their registration desk). The beach was great, for building in the sand, at low tide. The waves were strong for our littles but holding hands was enough to allow her to play in them (it was red flag days). For Easter there were bunnies and ducklings to pet, crafts and an Easter egg hunt. The resort was very family friendly, and everyone was very accommodating to our littles. We had a crib in the room, and were given a high chair at every meal. My only complaint for the kids, would be the noise from the lobby bar and to request a room further from the main entrance (no matter the floor as the stairwell carries the noise).

It is a hotel that is about 10 minutes walk from the boardwalk, it is in a good area and there are places to dine and a supermarket in its surroundings. The hotel is very comfortable, the food is quite good, as are the people who work there. I highly recommend it for the price and quality.
IF YOU ARE MEXICAN, AVOID THIS HOTEL I do not recommend it. During this weekend a group of women went to celebrate a bachelorette party. Since we arrived, the extreme malice of the staff was noticeable. A gringo told the pool bartender that he could add a "roofie" to our drink and I don't know if the bartender didn't understand him or didn't want to make a fuss about this and just had to a small awkward laugh (by the way, I made a written complaint about this). It was very difficult for the waiters to serve us because they preferred to serve foreigners than us. EVERYTHING was a problem, our talks, the laughter, a (mini) horn that we had on the beach and everything was justified by the fact that the foreign guests complained about the noise.
Problem with the dress code that was within their rules and they didn't tell foreigners anything at all.
They were complaints about absolutely everything, the stay was horrible.
The reduced food, terrible taste, all kinds of restrictions for changes, "dead" hours in which you couldn't find anything to eat during the day (not at night).
If I must clarify that 2 people were saved and tried to deal with the matter, but after many complaints; the manager Tatiana and the waiter Edgar who never made us feel discriminated against.
Worst resort I've been to. Service at reception was terrible, restaurant food options were awful. We chose mexico for the food and we're really disapointed by the fact there's only one restaurant in the hotel. The buffet selection is terrible. No sea food options except if you pay extra, which is way too expensive even by american standards.
Good thing downtown was walking distance so we could eat outside of the resort.
Having stayed at all inclusive resorts before I was expecting the usual daily activities, events, food and drink. I decided to book with this resort as it appeared to be close to the local attractions and night life. The experience at the resort was unlike any other, from check in to check out the staff was always extremely friendly and doing anything they can to ensure your having a great experience. Getting to know the staff personally and seeing their smiling faces everyday made it feel like home. From the great service with a smile at the buffet from my server Catherin daily or the afternoon visits at the bar with Nelson and the team, there is no comparison to any other resort experience. The food was always a great variety of items each day. The guests always seemed to be very friendly as well, I found in speaking with other guests that many of them have been to this resort multiple times because of their shared experience and how the staff treat them like family as well Can't wait to come back
