This is the epitome of Bermuda service and experience
Staff is friendly, restaurants are a delight
    Rooms are clean and immaculate...

I had a solo stay at Cambridge and it was exquisite! My room was huge, very clean and comfortable. I believe I received an upgrade through Expedia and the view I got was 10/10! The hotel staff was also a 10 across the board! Everyone was so warm, professional and friendly, I felt so welcome there. I appreciate that they remembered my name everytime I went to restaurants. They really made my experience wonderful. The property is beautiful. I loved the heated indoor pool! I highly recommend.

Beautiful, picturesque resort that we know we’ll return to. Our room felt massive, with a beautiful view of the bay. The beach is clean, quiet, and calm. The food was wonderful, and great service, we especially loved the Sunken Harbor Club. At the time, I was on crutches, and even though it’s a spread out resort, they were so great at picking us up and shuttling us around on the golf carts. 5/5 we hope to come back!!

Opportunistic visit as a non-resident for a drink and some food on a Sunday lunchtime. We were shown to the Sunken Bar where we got a very warm welcome from Gladys. Excellent quality and service.

Incredible stay. Walk the railway trail and to the Dock Yard.

we enjoyed our time here. huge spacious room with ocean view all around. the welcome gift was wonderful. good breakfast option and also with beautiful ocean view from the restaurant. and it was low season so it was usually just us and 2-3 other groups. would come back!

Amazing, from the rooms to the location to the staff.

An absolutely phenomenal place to stay. We've visited Bermuda before and stayed at the Hamilton Princess but this is leagues above in terms of quality of the accommodation and facilities.
This review is long overdue so unsure if she still works there, but Danielle at reception was amazing to deal with.
We will certainly be staying there again when next in Bermuda. Highly recommend.

Too far from everything. Pompous and rude manager
    Moved our room around twice.
Staff in restaurants are great.Food good
Help that drive the golf carts are wonderful.
Don’t go there if you have a problem to have to walk to everything. Still can’t get over the manager threatening to call police if we did not move our room. There are. better places to go like Turks and Caicos, Grace Bay Club
They couldn’t do enough for you. Just class!

Went for the BBQ. Great choice of food and delicious as well. Good service and will definitely be going back.

New ownership recently..I am local..attended for lunch. Good service
    .excellent food

We visited the establishment in 2019. The staff, food and accommodations were all excellent and the views are stunning. There is an age restriction for children, so if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, this is it!

We had an absolutely wonderful week, the staff are amazing, they go over and above, the food was delicious. It’s a beautiful location with so much to do. We’re already planning our next trip back.

Best place for get-together great ambiance! 💯

We had a wonderful stay at Cambridge Beaches Resort and Spa! This was our second time visiting (first for our baby moon and now with our 1 year old and friends)! The location, beaches, pool, food, cottages are all amazing! Highly recommend visiting - whether for a romantic getaway or friends and family vacation - Cambridge Beaches has it all!

We just had the most incredible vacation here. The rooms were huge and our view was amazing! The staff was so helpful and kind to our two little boys- offering legos at meals and even learning their names. The beaches are perfect for kids to play and parents to relax, because the water is shallow and calm. Everywhere you walk on the resort has an incredible view of turquoise waters. We only had one cloudy day, but there was so much to do for the kids we didn’t have to leave the resort! A green, tennis and basketball courts, and a scavenger hunt. Food was delicious. We will definitely be back!!

This is the BEST experience at a hotel I have ever had. I plan to come annually as it is the best place for all types of groups - family, couples etc. There are endless activities and adventures to be had that will last a lifetime. The rooms are clean and adorable. This place is truly magic!!! Heaven on earth!

Great location, nice open spaces. Love the frogs. Pricey and Nicey.

Had a wonderful experience here for our elopement and honeymoon!
Our suite was beautiful, clean, and felt very private. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the event coordinator Nadja who really went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was special and that everything went perfectly.
There was so much to do at the resort - great restaurants, beaches, pools, a spa, snorkeling, and kayaking. Although far from the airport and other spots on the island, we didn’t feel the need to venture outside the resort much. This is the perfect place for the relaxing, romantic getaway we were looking for. We took advantage of room service several times, it was always quick and dishes were picked up promptly (they asked that we call to let them know we were finished).
We can’t wait to go back to Bermuda, and will definitely be staying at Cambridge Beaches again!

Pretty nice resort although you can tell it is the cheapest/budget of the ones on the island.

    Good things:
    - our room was huge and the view from the balcony was beautiful
    - room service and the restaurants were always prompt and enjoyable
    - we had a great couples massage experience
    - we got into a bit of a pickle at one point and Teresa at the front desk was super helpful and hilarious in helping us deal with it

    Bad things:
    - upon checkout, we were greeted with an extra ~$200 in charges (excluding food costs), including a $22.50 PER DAY fee for what I assume was room cleaning ("Service Charge - Room") when we didn't have our room cleaned once while we were there (had the privacy sign on our door). I emailed them to ask about it and whether it could be refunded given we didn't have our room cleaned and still haven't received a response despite them being extremely prompt in answering emails previously...
    - there was some wedding party or something that was there at the same time and they received all of the attention. At one point, all of the employees (6-8 of them) were busy setting up for a dinner next to the beach. We asked if we could sit on the beach and they said yes but we had to carry our own (very heavy!) beach lounges from the storage area to the beach ourselves. I also mentioned to one of them that there was a huge 2-3 ft dead fish on one of the beaches kind of ruining the experience (I don't particularly want to relax on the beach next to a dead fish and birds eating it myself) and he just laughed. The dead fish was still there an hour later when we walked by.
    - they mentioned offering ice water in jugs throughout the property but didn't mention that they are available only at very limited hours (like 10 am - 5 pm) so sometimes we ran low on water if we were out the whole day and only on the property early in the morning or after dinner

Overall not a bad place but definitely a budget resort.
