Our stay for our honeymoon was wonderful! Lots of fun activities. The food was good and the drinks were superb. Awesome views of the beach, nice and soft sand, cool wildlife and lovely atmosphere. One night, we had dinner at Rauxa. If there's one place to visit at this resort it's Rauxa! They had a live acrobatics show with live music. Truly wonderful experience. The staff at Rauxa was great too, from the host Yadhira making sure everything ran smoothly to the manager Alejandro making sure everyone was happy and energized and our waiter Jose who ensured we had a lovely dining experience. It was the most memorable part of our stay at this resort so far!!

They did many varied and fun activities. We had lots of fun. I loved the stretches in the morning, very calm stretching while looking at the sea. The activities in the pools were very fun. Many thanks to the entire team Paulina, Giio, Charlie, Regina, Diego and Giolo.
We stayed for a week, various activities, everything was very peaceful, perfect entertainment, Georgina was an exceptional girl together with all the other guys, Paolina, Gioele, Mike, Charlie.

Small and cozy resort, when compared to others. Cool beach, really good food (for a resort) and, specially, amazing and super nice people, always with a big smile on their faces. Would like to point out the people working the front desk at the buffet restaurant in the morning, made us feel really welcome EVERYDAY.
On the downside, I would say the beds were not very comfortable (mattress seemed a bit crooked) and the check-in, which was pretty late and after a loooong trip, where I feel I didn’t receive all the basic information required.
In this context, maybe the management should consider a welcome package for guests coming in late containing some food: would take pressure from the room requests service and, specially, wouldn’t make the guests wait for one hour for some quesadillas and pizza (which, by the way, were really substandard to the great food you offer in your restaurants). Just a suggestion :)
Other than that, really great experience which makes me want to come back.
Came here for my Bach this last month. The staff and service were wonderful, we had a very relaxing stay.
Pros
-golf carts are available whenever you call
-the staff is impeccable
-Ricardo at the pool bar made the best mojitos I’ve ever had (please get him to train all your staff)
-breakfast was amazing
-beach was cleaner then most Mexican resort beaches (some days)
-pool side service was nice(only for drinks)
-room service is a good option to have (if they deliver, we ordered tea one night and it never came)
-entertainment staff was really trying to make it a fun time
Cons
-we landed very late and only room service was available, the burgers were very very rare and there wasn’t enough food options but we had to eat after a long day of flying and transfers
-we didn’t get welcome drinks
-the food at the a la carte’s is usually better then the buffet but it was not at this resort, a lot of the places that were very hyped in reviews were not that good
-food was sometimes served cold
-usually taxi’s can be set up from the resort, and they did give us that option but the taxi’s were very very expensive (they need to find another partnering company)
-no music was played at the pool, unless they had a game or something happening (we usually just used our speaker)
-don’t expect much from the pool side beach party, everyone left by 11:30-12 and the bar started cleaning up and only having limited drinks
-the bartenders seemed annoyed when you would ask them to make specialty drinks, we understand Spanish and then became a little more hesitant to ask
-it smelled like garbage sometime cause the bar would leave the dirty garbages just outside the bar
I know the cons list is long, but frankly we had a lovely time. We would not come back here unless we’re 55+.
We loved this resort! We spent 5 days here for our mini moon and were in heaven! Excellent rooms, beautiful beaches and awesome food! We had no complaints. The entertainment staff is amazing too! We upgraded to the privileged package and it was well worth it just for the Bloved restaurant alone. Thank you for a lovely time!
My wife and I had a fantastic time at the resort. The beach is beautiful, the rooms are great, and all the staff are very friendly. In particular, Quetzabel at La Palapa, José at Rauxa, and our maid Ludy were fantastic. It was nice seeing all the greenery that you're surrounded by as you walk around the resort (and also the animals that you see).
Our only criticisms were that the food at some of the restaurants was just ok and the drinks had little alcohol (I say that as someone who rarely drinks). Rauxa is a major exception. Both the food and live entertainment there was great.
Overall, it was an excellent experience.

The staff was super friendly and got everyone to engage in activities. They have entertainment and activities all day. Georgina, Paulina, Nicki, Carlos, Charlie, and Leandro are amazing! They were always smiling and upbeat! The water aerobics and volleyball were our favorite!

I stayed with my family for 3 weeks, and it was an amazing experience. We absolutely loved the entertainment team, specifically Diego, Carlos, Regina, Georgina and Paulina, Jonathan, and Mike with Niki. They all treated us so kindly, always helping us with everything and being so welcoming. I also need to mention the staff, which was always so lovely and sweet, especially Astrid, Quetzabel and Crisian from the buffet. We would all love to come back again.
Perfect service in the dining room for the entire 3 weeks of vacation. Overall, an absolutely satisfied impression of the whole complex of Catalonia hotels, where we like to return. Above all, I would like to pick up the animation team, which perfectly ensures entertainment all the time and can also give advice. Especially Carlos, Diego and Regina.
Very beautiful structure, right on the sea and surrounded by nature. You have the opportunity to see many plants and animals living in freedom. Very clean, beautiful, comfortable and spacious rooms. Excellent food, especially breakfast where there is an abundance of fruit with a divine flavour, pancakes, sweets, crepes but also many delights for those who love savory foods. The staff are adorable to say the least... Quetzabela and Atrid, who always welcomed you with a smile at the La Palapa restaurant, Regina the Ariana Grande lookalike was fantastic in her Aquagym and dance lessons, Alex from the Adelita restaurant made us feel special, Miguel with his smile always ready to help us and make us have the best possible experience, Mario who took care of our room perfectly every day and finally Lenis from the guest service department who promptly assisted us during check out offering us the possibility of late check out so we could end the holiday with a beautiful excursion in the morning and perfectly organize the baggage collection.
