This place should have been closed to the public a long time ago!! It looks bad in general! Abandoned and dirty place, the facilities are literally ruins of what the hotel was one day! To make matters worse, they told us at reception after complaining about hot water in the room that the hotel has not had hot water in any room for years!! We will never even ask again!!!

The rooms facing the sea are very comfortable, a delight, the attention is good, good cleaning, I recommend this place

Excellent place, thanks to its workers who make a pleasant stay possible, reception, waitress block 23, restaurant, excellent everyone, we will be back soon, thank you very much 😊 we will be back !!!

Unfortunately I don't have one star for this establishment, only the attention was good. I rented in book to cuba and it said all inclusive and when I arrived at the abandoned club nothing was a reality with 5 rented rooms I had to order lunch and dinner for all of us because we were 13 people why the only thing included was breakfast and bad

Terrible service, terrible cold food, with thousands of flies without a napkin, something essential, almost getting sick of a pandemic, the workers always in the customer service places without any type of control, really, the sea was wonderful

This is by far the WORST place we have ever stayed !! No beer, no food, no coffee, roaches outnumbered the staff. Do yourself a favor and book anywhere else. This is not a resort, it is an old hotel that has LONG ago expired its "Best before Date". Anyone that says this is a good place to stay has smoked too much crack !!

Do not go here!!! There were no towels in our room. Toilet was broken and the lady from the front desk just said "so what". The shower curtain is moldy. The doors don't all latch well. To get to any room you must walk along the main road. It's not gated in. It also is not truly all inclusive. At the loby bar you must pay for beer. Would not recommend to anyone.

Small, basic but as close as I will ever get yo live in my own villa right on the beach. Staff is awesome and the resort has a family atmosphere. Lots of Cubans go here on the weekends. Local and friendly atmosphere not too touristy

This is a cheap-y, and it's Cuba - so adjust expectations accordingly. That said, this place is great. You get what almost amounts to a private beach steps away from your room. Most of the staff are lovely. Cleaning lady did an excellent job. Rooms vary greatly in quality - if you don't like yours, ask nicely to be moved to a different one. Food is kind of crappy - as elsewhere in cheap Cuban hotels. At the same time, as elsewhere, if you eat fresh fish and aren't too picky about the extras, it's just fine. In fact, it kind of forces you to be healthy - we ate fresh fish (occasionally other seafood as well) and veggies every day.

If you want to see and be seen, go elsewhere. This is not a party place, and it's full of generally older folks. But if you don't mind a smaller place with not a whole lot to do but spend time in the beautiful Caribbean and on the beach, you can't go wrong.

THIS IS THE WORST RESORT IN THE HISTORY OF RESORTS. The manager is a complete drunk. The food was a fly trap and was consistently undercooked. The staff was rude and many simply ignored our questions. The beach is swamped with litter. House cleaning did not bother to clean our rooms a single time. There are no amenities on the resort. They run inconsistent hours for all their programming. I cannot urge you enough to not go to this hotel. For the sake off however much youre paying and the vacation time youre taking, this place is more of a headache then anything else.
