Wow this wonderful rual enchanted cottage style resort on the beach is nothing short of amazing. It’s just a down to earth low key type of place with an array of beautiful landscape flowers, trees and plants. Every employee from the front desk, the servers, the maintenance men, the grounds keepers were all so very polite. Oh and I can’t leave out the lifeguards and the bar and grill staff. This is a family friendly/couples/groups of all ages. This is where I will be staying from here on out when I visit Negril.. Great place to stay!!! Coco la palms.
This is the best and I mean the best resort... I mean 100% security cannot beat it is located on the beautiful 7 miles beach with a comfortable sea view at the back... The life gaurds there are extremely kind and pleasant along with there security ...there Food is of exquisite taste I mean if your a person who is all about Quality food then this is the right place to be ...you can also enjoy a quite and tour around the resort as you take a look at there landscape and the option of pool near the beach or the pool in the middle of the resort along with the amazing Jacuzzi ... I mean I have endless recommendation to make ...there workers are professional and are of The most polite and kind heart ... Thank me later you won't great it ...also to mentioned it is for everyone family friend and lovers booking along with the two parking spaces your vehicle is professionally monitored 24/7 trust me you won't regret it

Just had dinner here. Was lovely
I really liked this hotel, not fancy with great staff, friendly service, good food and breathtaking views. Stayed here during the pandemic as Negril was considered a resilient corridor with very little positive cases. You were greeted by staff with hand sanitizer and luggage was sanitized as well. Rooms were very large and clean with large balconies facing the ocean. Nice restaurant on site with local fresh fruit. Each morning you could walk right downstairs to the restaurant facing the beach or you could be served on the beach and then go right info the warm turquoise water. This hotel is on 7 mile beach so you had restaurants choices in either direction. Due to the pandemic some restaurants were not open. You also had restaurant choices on the main road which was just to the front of the hotel. I love Jamaica (I’ve visited at least 10 times) especially Negril. It was wonderful to get away during the winter and feel safe. I would definitely stay here again.

You go to Jamaica this is the hotel for you staff are amazing food second to none beach a 10 you can swim with the stingrays and fish beef patties to die for locals so friendly
Stayed here for 5 nights.
They cleaned and made the bed every day, so I was able to spend a comfortable time ( ◠‿◠ )
There is a large supermarket about 10-15 minutes from the hotel, where you can buy water, alcohol, souvenirs, etc.
Also, there are several souvenir shops within a 20 minute walk, and it's about a 5 minute drive from Knutsford Express (bus stop), so I think it's a good location.
It didn't seem like it happened every day, but there was a reggae party on Saturdays, and I attended that as well.
There aren't too many people, and the people who come to the hotel are the guests, so you can enjoy your time at your leisure.
Stylish! It's so beautiful! new! I'm not saying that, but I had a good time there, so I can recommend it.
This place is amazing!! Clean, cozy, great food, nice staff, perfect beach area. The list goes on. Our favorite hotel in Negril without a doubt.
Everyone at Coco LA Palm was very nice and helpful. The front desk, the cleaners, the guard at the gate, and the servers were all helpful, pleasant, and with a smile. The hotel is right on the beach and serves as a good morning walk. I will definitely be back!

So we came in for breakfast and we sat and got our coffee right away. 45 minutes later someone came a took the order. The food was okay but the service was awful. Not returning.
