Great place at a great price. Clean rooms, good wifi and the beach is amazing

I frequented this hotel multiple times during Covid due to lockdown protocols. The staff are always friendly, the view is extremely pleasant and it helped me transition quite smoothly from a busy city to life to a more relaxing and laid back island life. The price was good for the closeness to the beach, restaurants and other necessities. The rooms did feel a bit smaller than a standard hotel but overall a cozy little place perfect for frequent business trips to the island.

I went there for a party Soo party wise it was ok

Had an absolutely fantastic stay here for 1 week. Large comfortable room, great bed, big shower. Food was excellent, staff were so nice, location is perfect on the beach. Visited numerous Carribbean countries, but Barbados and Coconut Court top them all. Look forward to returning to this haven, 🌴🏖️🌞🏝️.

Great location and beautiful beach with lots of palm trees. Staff very friendly. I would come back at any time. Air conditioning in the room but unfortunately very loud.

The hotel is simple but very clean and the staff is very attentive and helpful. Very good location.

Good beach front hotel. Room was a good size and had lovely views onto the beach. As it's situated right next to road you can hear the hum of traffic but it didn't bother us. Didn't use their bar or restaurant so cannot comment on them. The only thing I would highlight is that they don't have lifts, so if you don't like walking up and down stairs, this wouldn't be the place for you.

Rooms are exceedingly basic for the price. Lovely welcome by staff in reception with a glass of rum or fruit punch, but that was where it ended.
- Rooms very basically appointed.
- Toiletries and refresh provisions were very sparse.
- Air-conditioning was very weak and made little impact in making the room temperature more comfortable.
- The outside landing and stairs were very, very slippery when wet, this is a huge hazard when taking into consideration the injury potential.
- No lift provision meant you were hauling your own cases up flights of open air concrete staircases. Exactly what you don't need After a 9hr flight.
- The view of the ocean was only possible via overlooking the tin roofline of the buildings below and not the clear vantage point as publicity photos would lead you to believe.

Trying to get evening dinner was a thankless task - at both site locations (one over the street and one on the same campus), staff were abrupt and rude. Definitely not what I wanted to tolerate after having been travelling for a total of 21hrs. Breakfast was a better mannered affair with staff more receptive and attentive, but I have to say this will be my first and last stay at this establishment.

We booked through booking .com a few months ago we have been to Barbados many times so knew this hotel well, we booked as we wanted a reasonably priced hotel and this seemed to be a good option

We had one of the apartments accross the road from the hotel which was really a great size we had a dining / relax area with a tv , sofa bed , fridge freezer , cooking stove and then a big bedroom with air con , massive bed and shower and loo so basically all your bits and pieces with a lovely veranda it was like having your own private apartment .

They have a microwave, small travel hairdryer , iron and ironing board . There’s a coffee machine , you buy the coffee yourself , a kettle and toaster but but not sure if the bedrooms in the hotel have this so check .

We e mailed reception with questions and they always responded within 24 hours .

There is some road and bar noise mostly at weekends but it never bothered us, but if your a light sleeper or a guest who this would bother then do remember this .

The actual hotel and swim pool is right in a lovey white sand beach I’ve read it’s a private beach not that it bothers me as I believe beaches should be for everyone to share .

I had breakfast at the hotel a few mornings mainly coffee and toast it was good but expensive for a tiny slice of toast and jam so because of this we did not use the restaurant as much as we liked to , also a bit if a wait some days to be seated and get served

We booked for dinner one evening which was easy but the menu us not that big , and it was so expensive £9 for a bowl of tomato soup and £30 for a pasta , I think this is a lot and it’s not a fine dining resturent . However , everyone is different so you’d have to decide yourself if this is expensive .

There is a pizza resturent across the road so you can eat in or take away it’s changed owners in the last few years , we had a pizza there one night which was nice .

Then you have BUZO 5 min away now that restaurant is lovely for a special meal it’s itallian and we always book a table and eat here , food is delicious . We payed £120 for 2 large glasses of wine , 2 mains and one dessert , and we came away both saying it was a lovely experience and we were full .

I honestly had a lovely time at this hotel and would stay here again I am a fussy person and I have to say our lovely housekeeper , made up
Our room so nicely every day and earlier in the morning as opposed to later in the day so you always came back to a freshly made bed and clean towels .

I would say this hotel is not for anyone with any kind of mobility issues lots of stairs and step
And slippery ones to , going to the restaurant, pool
And beach I’m thankfully fit but found them really worrying especially as we had rain when in Barbados, again it’s on a very noisy main road , lots of horn bibbing and the hustle and bustle of life but we were not bothered by that .

Finally had a great holiday , easy to get around barbados with buses right outside this hotel going to west coast , Bridgetown , speight town and st Lawrence gap.

Bring cash we found so many places had issues with card machines and I
Mean many places where there was connection issues we ended up having to leave goods behind in the little shops or supermarkets and in our hotel the card reader had a few issues .

Like all over Barbados is very expensive especially eating out we’ve noticed a big price increase all over the island since our last visit 3 years ago

Taxies from Barbados airport we found we’re approx 70 bajan dollars this was to this hotel but if your staying on the west coast it would be a lot more .

Enjoy Barbados and this hotel
It’s amazing and the staff really try to help you .

Enjoyed my stay there, 19 nights. Great beach. Staff were excellent. Very good service and very personable. Be aware there are no elevators so if you have mobility issues such as bad knees I do not recommend this place. Even if you are on the ground floor quite a few stairs down to restaurant, pool and beach.

This is our "go to hotel" which we always return to. We have visited at least 13 times, so that tells you all you need to know. Fantastic staff and superb location

Excellent place to go and relax

Great great great, just great, incredibly great service, very friendly staff, courteous service and simply the greatest hotel in Barbados 😀 we will see us again!!!! Thanks for the beautiful room decoration about our 10th anniversary❤️

Great reasonably priced hotel. Room was big and clean. View was excellent. Beach felt like private and was very quiet. We were deciding between Accra and Coconut court and after seeing Accra, which is next to public beach, we were glad to pick Coconut court. Staff always nice and polite.
Only downsides were noise from street as doors are not soundproof and there was no drying rack on balcony.
Would stay again.

Best place in Barbados

My family and relatives, in total 5 persons, celebrated Christmas and New Years 2023 at the fantastic family run Coconut Court Hotel. I was at the hotel for almost 3 weeks and can’t say enough of how amazing the hotel, staff, rooms, grounds, pool and beach were. This hotel should be rated as a 4-5 star hotel and not a 3. Other than the reasonable room prices [compared to other hotels on the island] I chose this hotel because it was family run. It did not feel corporate at all. They pay attention to detail. One or two of the owners were always around and easily approachable. The staff was always friendly and courteous. The grounds were maintained daily and so clean. The dinners were always delicious, changing daily and at a very high standard. I can’t say enough about how amazing the servers were and especially the main chef. He cared so much that if something wasn't right in his eye, he would come to your table [or to the beach] to apologize. The beach is to die for. It’s expansive, sandy and the ocean was calmed by a family built reef that one can snorkel at. The beach had a section of trees where you could get shade and at the same time watch the local monkeys hop from tree to tree above you.. It was magical. The hotel had an amazingly professional courteous security staff located on the beach daily. One security member named Tiffany was exceptional, kind and told wonderful stories about her life and family living and growing up in Barbados. I stayed in the Deluxe Ocean front room which was at pool deck level. This room was convenient because you didn't have to go up too many steps to get to the beach, restaurant or street. The room was large and the air con was never an issue. The rooms were cleaned daily by amazing hard working staff. Lastly, if you are older or have mobility issues, this hotel may not be for you. There is no elevator and to get from your room to the beach or to the street. Note that you would have to climb up some stairs. Forgot one other thing, The bus stop is just outside the hotel entrance, great eateries are close by and the boardwalk is a few minutes stroll along the beach. This hotel is conveniently located close to many shops and great dining. I love this hotel, the attention to detail and that its family run so much that I will be going back in 2024. I highly recommend it.

A single catastrophe.
Incompetent and unfriendly staff. A security deposit by credit card is required in case you do not pay your bills from the restaurant.
Apparently they booked it back even though they didn't have my card.
Only two people there are smiling and friendly. The cleaner and Keith from the beach bar were both very nice.
Manager Michelle incompetent and unfriendly!

BEST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK IN BARBADOS. This resort was perfect. The price is extremely reasonable for the location and feel of Ocean front resort. Very clean, staff is always “yes please” polite. Close to all the action. Food at resort is good. Loved our balcony room facing the ocean. There is an actual reef within wadding distance right at the resort. Snorkel for sure. Sand is perfect. There are large shade areas or u can bake in sun. Pool was just right. There are steps to get places, which my wife is getting knee replacement soon, but she did fine as there are many benches and not steep stairs. Do your self a favor. Save $1000’s but get first class feel.

Excellent hotel to stay at, large spacious rooms (sea view) service was superb, could not do enough to make our stay the best experience. The location is in a good place, right on the sea front, close to all amenities. Highly recommend this hotel.

All rooms with ocean views... can't beat that. It is on a busy street where the locals are not afraid to use their horns early in the morning. The beach is good, not sure if there is a crew to clean the weeds or not.

The room is simple, the bathroom is simple..they do the job. Hopefully you don't go all the way to Barbados to enjoy the room.
