The location was decent. The service and room though were bad. Their was only one trash can which was in the bathroom. Room service never came by during my three day stay. They started doing what sounded like construction at 8:30 in the room above us (which I was not informed about). Will not be staying here again, Strongly Do Not Recommend.

Budget suites. Needs an upgrade. Rooms are large and it is pretty clean. Reasonably priced, breakfast included with the price. Great location in relation to Disney parks

It is a lot nicer, the coffee is way better, and the food is super way yummier than the Travel Lodge down the street. The waitress at Shrimp Basket was efficient and checked on us the perfect amount of time.

Definitely the most disgusting and unclean hotel I've ever stayed in. Blood and stains on the bed spread. Black mold in the picture frames. Holes in the walls in the hallways. Everything and I mean everything is dirty. My pillows have black stains. They definitely don't change the sheets per guest. They initially gave us a room that was already occupied. Hotel was a nightmare. Thankfully we only stayed there one night. On the plus, no bed bugs!

I was 7 minutes away from my friends at Disney all stars.
Hotel is older definitely some things that need to be replaced. I am very happy with my stay. It was quiet. I never once felt unsafe. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. My kids were so excited to have Mickey waffles

I’ve been here for around 1 hr and the room was full of humidity. I kindly asked the receptionist to change the room but she was ridiculously rude and had an attitude during the entire time. The place looks very dirty and needs maintenance. It does not look like in the pictures at all. If you have respiratory problems you’ll struggle a lot with the humidity and the conditions of the AC.

We booked a king bed and the room was moldy and smelly. Immediately we complained and we were allotted a different room. Still feel that the rooms could be maintained better. Complimentary breakfast is good.

We will stay here again if we have 5-6 in our group. We loved the bunk bed space for the kids.

This Hotel is Disgraceful !! Walked into reception and it looked shabby very damp smell too , lift up to rooms was dirty and sounded un maintained , room was smelly curtains were hanging in mould, lamp and anything else metal had rusted there were bare wires hanging out of wall carpeting old and dirty , bathroom old fashioned, rusty hairdryer in the bathroom obviously not working and the first time we flushed toilet it over flowed and flooded the room, we complained and we were given another room complete nightmare !! if we hadn’t have been travelling all day and was late at night we would have left there and then but had to endure a night , next morning we complained again and checked out we had luckily found alternative accommodation . We did receive a refund from comfort inn

I always stay with choice hotels or IHG. I chose this one because of location. I guess for the price I got what it's worth. The room had mold on everything, the carpets were disgusting. No hot water to shower had to quick wash so we didn't freeze to death.

The location of this property is in excellent location, they just need to take better care of the property. The carpets need a deep clean. Well everything needs to be cleaned and replaced and painted.

I will be staying at another location the next time we are in Orlando just because of lack of cleanliness.

Disgusting rooms. Honestly it feels like a motel you’re staying at. The room smelled bad, had paint peeling, & even the hallways had extremely dirty carpets. They have issues with hot water. We were awoken to banging which I assume could be construction at 6am.
I overheard multiple people during my stay complaining of the EXACT same thing. Seen a dead bug in the lobby in the same spot during my stay that was never cleaned up. Needless to say, I only endured it since my stay was non refund able, but I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Needs a great deal of upgrades. Very old building. Evidence of roof leaks. Rust and mold on ceiling and metal fixtures attached to ceiling. Lamp shades also have rust stains. Continuous dripping from bathroom fixtures.

This place is absolutely disgusting and nobody cleans. The pictures look better than in person that's for sure.

Do not recommend for the foreseeable future! They are doing a remodel, with zero heads up to anyone booking or even when you check in. We work 3rd shift and have been hearing them banging all day long from the "5th floor". I can feel it when laying in the bed, the banging is making a baby wale all day long, I am on the 3rd floor. Quite disappointed I have two more nights here and can't get a refund to go elsewhere. I love working with zero sleep... Annoying to say the least!!!!!

Update: by the time we were offered to move to floor one, we already did not have enough time to get ANY sleep before work. I could not go in tonight because of it. First floor and the room smells so terribly and strongly of dog pee. I don't think anyone could pay me to stay here after this. Not to mention the rude blonde at the front desk literally saying "I don't care" to me. You work in CUSTOMER SERVICE honey.

This is a great hotel if you want to stay close to Disney World, but want a more budget-friendly location. The rooms are spacious and clean, and some can sleep up to 6 people, making it very family-friendly. We have been staying at this hotel since 2016. The only current drawback is that the free breakfast, which used to include things like eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, and waffles, now only includes bread and waffles, for the most part. There are two kinds of yogurt, but it is not gluten friendly at all!

I have stayed in many hotels - quite a few in this area - and I have to say that this place is a breath of fresh air. The property is very nice and well kept, the rates are affordable, and above all else the customer service is phenomenal. I mean, shockingly phenomenal. I have had the pleasure of staying here for a week, and day after day I have watched everyone from the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance treat each and every person that has walked through their doors with kindness and respect. Again, what a breath of fresh air.

The rooms are nice and clean, everything operates correctly, and if there is an issue it is addressed and resolved promptly. The modern and stylish lobby has a gift shop, multiple seating areas, an attached restaurant, and a room where a delicious (and vast) breakfast is served daily by friendly and courteous staff. Coffee, tea and water are always available in the lobby, as is open access to a desktop computer and laser printer.

But back to the staff… all I can say is that that if you are one who values goodness and positivity and seeks to do business with others alike, this is the choice for you and your family.

You get whay you pay for. We checked in at 1 am and left 6 am. Totally gross and old. We had dried snot on the back of our pillow, stains on the floor, the shower was barely heald together. They atleast had a late check in. We've stayed here before, but it was never this disgusting and disappointing.

This place doesn't even have lukewarm water for a shower! Rooms smell of severe water damage, sheets feel wet through the entire duration of the stay. Good location, free breakfast if you make it down on time, free coffee, wi-fi works a little bit. Wouldn't Stay here again unless desperate! Pool is in highly shaded back end of building...
