It is a very nice place, the service is super good, I took my mom and she had a great time and the food was super good.
They have some flaws in the rooms but the attention and tranquility is very good!
Nice hotel in the middle of Habana city
I do not recommend staying at this hotel at all.
Its facilities show that it was very beautiful years ago, but today you will find deteriorated facilities, more than half of the hotel is disabled, it even looks abandoned.
The cleaning of my room was poor, the maids limit themselves to stretching the sheets without making the bed correctly, it is puckered and poorly made, they do not leave soap or shampoo if they see that you are carrying it, the toilet paper is of very poor quality, they do not wash The bathroom is only half cleaned.
They only mop with water, they do not use any floor cleaner.
Ahhhhh the maids come in because they come in, even knocking once on the door, they forget that one can even be in their underwear hahaha they don't have a schedule to make your room. They need training at least to make the beds.
In the hotel restaurant, the same, very bad, the breakfast buffet is very limited, there are some very friendly waiters, but also some very rude ones, they also require training, they go through each other to serve you, they take away your plates even when you haven't finished to eat, if they felt like it they would sometimes offer me dessert, but no, the wilted salads from previous days, the meat sometimes inedible, very salty, very, very salty. Sometimes many waiters stop in the restaurant, including young waitresses, and they all just look hahaha, they don't do anything, they don't serve you.
The shower drain "clogged" they say, on three occasions, and on one of them, the water reached the living room, taking almost the entire afternoon to help me clean, because the working hours of the cameras are until before 2pm I think, they asked me to wait until night hahaha to which, at my request, a waitress very reluctantly went to clean up.
There was also water coming out of the sink and they never fixed it, the maintenance guy argued that both the shower and the sink had no problem.
I stayed for almost a month and during that time, some hotel rooms were robbed three times.
Some opinions here are in favor of the service, because I see that some people are hotel workers, also on their Facebook page, there are comments in favor of or promoting the hotel, because they are employees of the place.
