Our personal concierge, Shirem, pulled all the strings to seal the deal on the best honeymoon we could have imagined. We couldn't have asked for better entertainment! The vibe and warm welcome of every member was amazing. Chris remembers names and personally invites you to each event! Our first day we arrived we were greeted immediately by Chris, Hazel, Alexander and Octavio. We were able to go kayaking, play sand volleyball, water volleyball, bingo and crafting. The activities group were very engaging and helping with any questions. As soon as you arrive, check in with these guys for a great experience . I would highly recommend the management check into promoting Chris and Octavio to whatever role they request. They really delivered an experience to remember.
The bar service, I highly recommend Rene, Kennet. Rene was very outgoing and would check in with you. The drinks were top notch and I never had a bad drink.
Alberto and Felipe, they were able to provide a dining experience that we did not forget. The food experience was something I will not forget.
Chris is the best- he made our trip! He needs to be a butler or a raise. Rene is the best bartender. Fillipe is a wonderful waiter. Alberto is a great waiter! Octavio brings wonderful energy!! Enrique is a good butler! Eli was great at taking care of us at the beach. They made the experience with their friendly faces and smiles.

Terrible service from the waiters on the beach, listless, inattentive, rude, very expensive and very poor quality of food, NEVER ORDER CHAPATA....a fiasco. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!
