I can't say enough about our family's stay/vacation that we had at this resort. The food, accommodations & mostly the people/staff were simply incredible and exceeded all of our expectations. Trip advisor Pasqual was the one specific individual that I'll always remember as he was such a pleasant, helpful and hard working person that was there to help during our entire stay. Narciso, Anderson and Junior are other staff/individuals that had a part in our wonderful stay and I'd just like to say...muchas gracious ❤️ ♥️

My experience at this resort was fantastic. The rooms were nice and well kept. We had a swim out room which was absolutely wonderful and pool was clean. The selection of food was okay but not a lot of variety. The service from the servers bartenders and grounds staff were always friendly. Manuel in the entertainment staff made our experience exceptional. He was always helpful friendly and kept us entertained during the days.
Everything was very nice, the atmosphere, the entertainment with the boys and Richi, the only thing I didn't find good was the food, and that they always repeat the same dish every day, otherwise everything is very good.
As for the atmosphere and spaces, a 10/10, but they need to improve the food.
I was with my daughter for two nights and three days and we had a super pleasant time. The waiters are very attentive and helpful. The rooms are very clean and cozy. The entertainment guys both during the day and at night are great, thanks to Said and Yuleiqui. The only thing is that you have to have more variety in the food but it still tastes very good. The general atmosphere is very good.
I loved the emotion hotel, very nice and cozy. The food is super varied and the drinks are very good. The room staff are. The Michael Jackson Show. Richi, Máximo and Mr. Banana are super special. The truth is, this hotel has everything. Congratulations
Nice beach. Grassy further out but still good snorkeling. Lots of peddlers on the beach. They do disrupt you and a few don't take no for an answer until the 3rd or 4th time. Very frustrating when you're here to relax. Also the people in the dark blue shirts are selling something, a time share I think. Otherwise the staff are all very nice. Some speak French, some speak Spanish, some speak both. Most know at least some English. Food's decent. Breakfast is my favorite at the buffet...try the omelettes. Fresh fruit offered at every meal. Chicken is almost always over cooked but I'm happy for the variety. I'm glad the staff eat there too, hopefully that means less food waste. If you want the newer rooms, book under the essentia/elite members booking. That's the building on the beach. The pools close way too early at 6pm, 7pm summer. Should at least leave hot tubs open after, not many tourists from the north want to sit in a hot tub mid day at +30°.
It is worth to stay here and enjoy our vacation.
The meals are good, the evening shows are excellent and the staff members at all locations are super nice. We made several room service calls for bringing extra bottle of waters, extra towels and extra chairs, the staff members responded rapidly.
We arrived the hotel much earlier than the official check-in time, but the hotel front desk let us check-in earlier and we were able to have our lunch buffet that day. It was a nice perk!
The beach isn't great. But we are not beach lover anyway, so we are ok with that.
One thing to note: there are mosquitoes and they might enter into the hotel rooms, so bring your insect repellents.
Very good hotel on the Caribbean coast. Great location and very nice people. After 14 days of cruising, just the right thing for a week of pure relaxation on the beach
The place is nice, however; very poor management. Hence; they depends on tourism with limited English. Maybe have more speaking English or French staff. Besides the food is good.
What a great time we had at the emotions Juan dolio. The truth is that everyone treated us very well. We really enjoyed the entertainment guys. Dicho and Edwin invited us to the cocktail lesson, where my friend was one of those who prepared the best drink. The truth is we had a great time. This is my first time visiting Emotions by. The service was amazing, the rooms are clean, and the restaurants were very clean, the staff was very attentive and helpful. We made a lot new friends with the guests and workers here. The best part was the entertainment and the different parties that were suitable for every age. Richie was one of the hosts for the entertainment shows, he is very nice, respectful, and very funny!

Excellent treatment that my family and I received from all the hotel staff. The people who work in the restaurant have excellent service, always very attentive. The entertainment both during the day and at night is incredible, I had a great time with Richi and Graciela. The girls who clean the rooms are lovely. In general, thank you all for so much.

Very good hotel, rooms ok, service great, food with 4 restaurants and one with a buffet, plus a cafe and numerous bars with a beach bar. The downside is the beach, which could be cleaned of algae. The rest is ok, for a hotel of this class.
Excellent attention from both the staff in general and the tourists who visit it daily. Super recommended, visit it you will receive personalized attention from each of them. We also received all kinds of entertainment so much so that we had a super incredible unforgettable vacation.
The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff is responsive to your needs. The pools are clean. The beach is average, clean with enough shade to stay all day. Food is OK. I give this hotel a very strong 3.5 stars.
Watch out for this hotel! I came here with my husband, yesterday in the evening, after our room was cleaned by the staff, my husband take the bottle of water from our night stand (exaclly the same bottle which was in the minibar and next to the kettle) which was half empty (he thought i was drinking from it). When he take a sip it turned out that inside was something with chlorine or some kind of acid - he burnt out his mouth and throat, when we came to the guest service they told it is not possible that the staff left that in our room, they do not even say sorry, watch out for you and for your kids.
