Avoid. Our first room smelled of mildew. The staff after a brief back and forth agreed to switch us upstairs to a room that then smelled heavily of cleaning products. The door knob was loose like it had recently been broken into. They were spraying heavy pesticides in the lobby at 8pm. They only offered one 12oz water bottle in a room for three people. There is no coffee maker. The only coffee is available in the restaurant, which is terrible and costs $3. The breakfast is expensive at $14 per person. There is no mini fridge in the room. The wifi did not work. The television would not load anything but spanish language cable, the streaming apps did not load (most likely due to no wifi). The only vending machine is in the employee lounge outside of the hotel. You have to wear an uncomfortable plastic bracelet like you are at the hospital the entire time you are at the hotel, or you get charged more money. The neighborhood, while looking nice, feels a little sketchy. There was construction going on next door which made sitting poolside annoying. If there is anything good, the grounds are nice, and the pool is ok. There is a nice bar next to the pool, so you could drink high priced cocktails and drown your sorrows away for choosing such a shabby hotel.

Everything was very good, only the comment that during my stay they gave us the hotel rules and one of them is that it is smoke-free and there is a penalty, but nevertheless there were people smoking in the pool area and no one said anything until they were attended to for a long time. but the penalty was not made.

There is a shuttle to the beach every day except Sunday

Greetings to all the hotel staff 🙂

Good morning, we are the Espinosa family, two people who like to dance and frequent clients. We will soon be with you dancing until the musicians get tired.

It is a good hotel, it lacks a coffee maker in the room, it is basic and they don't have it, well located,

It is an excellent option to rest as a couple, it is a quiet hotel, next to the Marina. The staff is very friendly and has excellent customer service. The "La Palapa" restaurant has a wide variety of buffet foods, we recommend the all-inclusive plan, otherwise it costs between 200 to 300 p/p. Drinks are recommended except for mimosas.

Bad room service, sometimes they didn't leave towels or paper, broken chair, the entrance key was misconfigured every time they cleaned, you had to wait a while for the parking door to open, poorly trained waiters, several details wrong. However, excellent location.

Nice hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is nice and has a lot of restaurants but far away from downtown / malecón area. They offer daily transportation to the beach and back to the hotel so that’s pretty nice.

Rooms are big and each one has a balcony but the furniture is old and loud. Rooms are very close so you can hear your neighbors.
Pool is small.

The service is not what you would expect. The room clean but we were stuck next to a construction happening in the next building and we heard all the hammering drilling and everything else going on. The restaurant service was actually kind of rude and not helpful when asked for specific dietary restrictions. To top it all off when it was time to check out I was told that I was not charged the correct currency exchange rate it was clearly marked on their screen 16 he said it should have been 19. That was 2 days after I have been there already.

Loved the hotel and would be visiting again if I’m ever in the city 😍

The hotel was much affordable for the price and it was worth the value!
The hotel design, the view are very beautiful and aesthetic. It’s 20 mints away from the city center by Uber but you can still walk around and find nice restaurants.

The pool area is also nice to hangout and chill in. The food was also nice whether it was breakfast or dinner but if you are on budget then you can give it up and eat elsewhere.

Overall, I had a nice experience at the hotel 👍🏾

Friendly staff and attentive to what the guest requires, small buffet
but good flavor.
Rooms with plenty of space.
Few hotels with these services for what you pay.
The pool can also be enjoyed by little ones.
View and excellent location with shops, restaurants and shopping centers.

Nice place to stay, but very inconsistent with a lot of things. We moved rooms after one week, for only $135 American dollars more for a week and the room was 20 times nicer with nice decore, marble floors and a toilet that was suited for adults and a refrigerator. Not all rooms have one so we had to buy a cooler and put ice in every day. You need a place to keep leftovers. Coffee makers in the room would have been nice as well.

We had a personal beach towel taken from our first room balcony that was shared by a wall. Which was disheartening. No shuttle to the beach on the weekends. And construction noise at the hotel was not conducive to relaxing. Discounts during this time would have been nice. Overall a good location at the marina. Victors is always a hit for dinner. I would not recommend rooms that you have to walk up stairs when you open the door.

It does not have a beach, but it is in front of the marina, many shops, restaurants and tourist attractions in the area.

They gave us a room already occupied... We opened with the card they gave us in the room they assigned us, and there were already guests. We went to the reception, they took a while to attend to us and not a single "excuse me" The rooms are spacious but they lack maintenance... there are light bulbs that don't work, faucets that drip... I wouldn't stay here again

One of the worst experiences staying there, since you arrive, a lady of approximately 50 years old with glasses is super rude, they left us waiting for 1 hour 30 minutes for the room after 3 pm, the staff seems to be doing them a favor, the food without taste at all and I found a cockroach leg in the hash, in the end WE made a mistake of vomiting on the side of the bed and they wanted to charge us 10,400 which seems so bad to me since I imagine it not only happened to us, the Mattress was supposed to have a mattress cover, they stopped us in the lobby and we missed the flight, everyone was super rude until in the end the deal was for 5 thousand which continues to happen to me a lot more apart from the fact that we had to buy new flights to return home I recommend you never stay in Flamingo! The only thing that's good about it is the hotel's beach.

The rooms are clean, but the service is very rude, classist, especially a girl at the reception who is very rude and the dining room closes early.

Great value & location.

Our stay was cut short by construction literally in the room next to us. Woke up to drilling that was so loud that the walls were shaking and we couldn’t even hear each other speaking. This was all before check out time. Absolutely unacceptable to book rooms that close to such intrusive noise. The room was sub-par, with a few broken items in the bathroom and the chain on the door was unusable. I don’t recommend this place. Spend the extra $30 to be somewhere else. Including video of the sounds so y’all can tell I’m not being dramatic. Nobody wants to wake up to that.

Disappointing, there is no other way to rate our stay at this hotel.

The service is poor and they are 100% focused on providing service to foreign guests, while Mexicans are treated with indifference.

*They do not have refrigerator service anywhere in the hotel (and I had medications that must be kept refrigerated).
*We stayed 4 nights and for 3 days they did not change our bath towels.
*They did not provide shampoo, soap or toilet paper services.

The service we received during our stay was regrettable, we will definitely NOT RETURN.

Finally, as advice: if you have the opportunity to stay at FLAMINGO VALLARTA HOTEL & MARINA, MISS IT!!

Greetings.
