A pleasant and modest place to stay in Cancun. Really comfy rooms and suites. The team of super attentive staff ensure that your room is always clean and maintained regularly. The beach is spectacular. The pool is pleasant but it is a bit smaller than other resorts available, so make sure that you reserve a lounger early in the morning to avoid having to fight for a spot. There are plenty of food options to choose from. Overall, the quality of the food is good. Make sure to check out Pier 12 for their seafood and pasta. The bar drinks aren't bad either. The bartenders are not sparing with their pours! The sister resort, Great Parnassus is a few minute's walk away. This location is really great for those who are wanting to swim along a better beach.

Rooms are clean and some of the staff is nice but the service overall is not great. I would rather spend a little more and get good service.
I went in December, without a doubt it has a perfect sea, the food is delicious, varied drinks, but many staff are in charge of serving pure foreigners.
They serve them better than Mexicans.
Something that Riu or Los Palladium do not have where attention is equitable.
Structures need to be improved
Hotel for adults with very good service in relation to its cost. You can have a very good vacation without it affecting your budget much. It has 4 restaurants that take turns serving you, buffet, Italian, oriental and meat, as well as a more luxurious restaurant that offers à la carte service. Highly recommended.

Had my first vacation here and it was an amazing experience! The hotel itself is located along the beach, you can hear the waves if you leave your balcony door open. The staff are EXTREMELY friendly. This includes the main lobby staff, bartenders, chefs, and servers at all restaurants. Specifically Daniel Chan, Jose Pech, Samuel, Jesus, and Gaspoor at the Paradise restaurant were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and the food is top notch! Overall, had a great time staying at this hotel.
Mold everywhere, absolutely stinks. Really poor water pressure from shower.
I think it’s overpriced. The building needs massive renovations and upgrades. It smelled of dirty water and mildew because of all the leaks. All the restaurants weren’t open every day so I was left with eating the same foods daily. I stayed for 6 nights because I was referred there by the Dental place where I was getting my teeth done. I wouldn’t recommend.
The worst hotel you can choose. The hotel is old and the staff NOT at all friendly.
It takes a long time for them to attend to you and to finish it reluctantly, it took them 2 days to bring towels to my room! The phone didn't work so you couldn't order room service.
They cut off the cable service because IT WAS NOT PAID FOR!! So I couldn't even watch television, in itself the worst stay I've ever experienced and the food and buffet "" not good at all
First off when we checked in they couldn’t find our reservation. We booked with Apple vacations. We were treated like it was our fault. Then the elevator was broken down the whole week. This hotel is very much out dated. Shower head was broken sprayed everywhere. Linen was gray and dirty. Asked for towels and maid said later. Asked for bottles of water and we were told this is a green hotel so no they don’t give out bottles. Yet others in the hotel got them. Chairs in the lobby had tears in them and were repaired with duct tape. Also, paid a hotel tax of $20.00 at check in. But, when we were checking out they tried charging again. So please watch they don’t charge again. If you’re looking for cheap hotel with noting extra this place is for you.
The service is incredible, the food and drinks are super delicious, they should improve the cleanliness of the toilets and the maintenance since the paint looks very deteriorated both outside the hotel and in the restaurants, the Paradise restaurant is also very cracked and the pillars of the palapas outside the Pier 12 restaurant, as well as the mosquito netting above those same palapas, are broken and very dirty.

Our stay here was delightful. We came in for dental work right across the street. The hotel is dated. If you are expecting a luxury resort this is not the place for you. Spend more at another resort.
The wait staff was great all the way around. The food was good. The view is the most spectacular water view I have ever seen.
Cons: no nightly entertainment, not all restaurants open, hotel needs renovation, front counter staff is clueless accept for Gilberto who is great.
PROS: clean rooms, hot water, great pool, spectacular views, right on ocean, great service from wait staff, great service from bell staff.
If you are on a budget you can have a great time here. If you want luxury pay for it.
So from the time we checked in there were problems!
No key available to go straight to our room we had to wait a few hours. While checking in a man was down there going off about how someone just walked into his room with a key.
The rooms are very dated and are raggedy. Linen is not fresh white, mattress was bad, towels are dingy! They don’t give you wash clothes! The room has a smell no AC in the room or atleast it doest feel like it.
Power when out several times but not the other hotels next to us. Elevator stopped woking several times I got stuck in there once.

The bartenders went on strike while we were there because they were suppose to be paid on the 15th and was told they were not getting paid until the 19th
So one day they just stopped serving drinks at the pool!

Yes, the property is older, but we will not go to another resort! The service was the BEST we have ever had and the food was as good or better than we have ever had in Mexico!
Bartenders like Edith and Fonzie made our stay memorable. The gentlemen who were with us at breakfast every morning were courteous, warm and friendly.
The beach is incredible and the property is close to everything. We are going to join the groups of people who insist on staying at the GP!!

Third time here. It's a small resort right on the beach, you don't have to walk a quarter of a mile to get there like some of the larger resorts. It doesn't have multiple pools but I was always able to find loungers for my wife and I. The drinks were tasty but not very strong, sometimes I wonder when I see the occasional drunk person, how they got that way. Food was good. Entertainment was good, they had a rock band playing the pool party and they were great. The guitar player was exceptional, he sang one song, he did Highway to Hell, sounded just like Bon Scott from AC/DC. Oscar was great as usual at breakfast along with everyone else. The people who work there are the best. The room was ok, the shower head is in a little awkward position and the pressure wasn't the greatest but it worked. The place is older but we like it.
This completely different designed hotel is incredible, it has very good packages and excellent service 👌🏻🦋
