It is a perfect place to enjoy family vacations, in a healthy and natural environment. It has attentive and friendly workers who provide excellent service. White sand beach and crystal clear waters. Right next to the famous "Shark's Friends" International Diving Center on Santa Lucía Beach, where you can enjoy offers of nautical activities and diving courses with certification and international recognition. Enjoy, sun, beach, professionalism and excellent quality service.

2020 BAD FOOD. POOR AVAILABILITY.
Be careful with the meals that they offer in the day passes! I was on June 24, 2022 in the company of my father, his wife and a friend. The included lunch left much to be desired; the rice and meat were poorly prepared. The next day we were all with stomach problems. It is a shame to have to make these complaints, at a time when our country must move forward, but you cannot play with people's health and you must review what is happening. That yellow rice was reheated. Positive; the beach is clean, as are the facilities, but it has a lot of sargassum or algae. The garden. The hotel staff was very nice; both at the reception and the male waiters in the restaurant.
A fairly complete place, good service, good food, structurally some imperfections due to lack of maintenance, etc. But the stay at the hotel was overall very good, we enjoyed ourselves and relaxed a lot. He has my 4 ⭐
The very very sexy receptionists
Only 6 days at the Gran Club Santa Lucía hotel were enough to give me a very good impression of most of its areas, from the reception to its rooms. Good treatment, impeccable hygiene, varied gastronomic offer, are few of the reasons why I would consider returning.
visited in 2020, place is a little run down and the beds are not the best, but the staff here is absolutely incredible, they went way beyond our expectations to help provide a great vacation for my family. Happened to be my sisters birthday as we were there and the manager got us cake and balloons and were so happy to help.
My kids and I had a great time. Even though it's not the best beach and the resort is a bit outdated, it was an incredible vacation. The employees at the hotel are amazing, there's always fun activities for adults and children and the food is good. Coco beach is a must and I definitely recommend one of the cruises. We went on the sunset cruise and it was beautiful. I will most likely return.
For anyone thinking to travel to this Resort you will not be let down everyone worked extremely hard on keeping us entertained and the kids club is by far the best I've found in Cuba. We've been to this Resort three times and we'll definitely be going back would highly recommend

Mainly due to the amazing entertainment / animation team and the kids club!!
Since the new management took over in 2017 the name changed to ROC Santa Lucia.
The quality of the shows at night is very good, the dance group and the two house bands are incredible!!!! The artistic director (Raymel) is excellent and the head of the animation team (Mario) is one of the best I have met in Cuba!
The kids club is great! Bonbon is fantastic with the kids!!!!
The food in the buffet restaurant was very good. Much better than in Brisas! And I prefer the light ambiance of the restaurant.
This hotel also has the widest beach! Great for kite surfing!
There were VERY little people at the hotel since the new management has raised the hotel rates. And even with that, the animation team always did ALL the activities and put on full shows!
I definitely want to come back. Just hope the prices will fit my budget :)
Been here 3 times. Love it. The staff and entertainers are very friendly and speak fluent English for the most part. Before and after their shifts they visit and talk about their way of life and ask us about ours. Love how they interact with the guests. The food is great. Lots to choose from. Lobby bar makes the best Spanish coffees and cappachino. Rooms are clean. Pool is great. As a repeat customer we were given a special lunch and thanked for our patronage. Close to the beach. Lots of activities if you choose to do them. Only thing I would like to see improved is railings on the stairs. I see people saying that they weren't served water or drinks in the buffet. We left a peso or 2 most meals. We never had trouble with being served. I also never found any bugs or cockroaches in our room. There was a little gecko one day but he was harmless and found his way out.
