We celebrated our 56th anniversary at Grand Fiesta Americana. Our entire stay from the moment we arrived until our departure was truly exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to assure that our visit was a memorable one. Accommodations, dining and activities rate 10+. Already looking forward to returning!

Worst experience ever…from the first day we arrived it was a bad start they got our rooms mixed up and then wanted us to pay an extra 5,000 dollars after already being a FAVC member and booking through them. The staff member Michelle at concierge was being very rude from the beginning and was no help at all. Another incident that occurred was me and my bf getting chased down by the pool manager and a waiter, we felt very attacked and targeted by them. The worst part of it all was they did this in front of the whole pool area and wouldn’t let us leave the area until we resolved the problem. Most staff are very rude and just looking for a tip, housekeeping is not good either they touch your belongings and move them from where you left them. We had to call multiple times just to get more water stocked up on our fridge. But the worst thing about this hotel is when we arrived home we noticed that charges were being made on her credit card, her card never left her hotel room so it was definitely stolen from her room. This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, I would not recommend it to anyone at all. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND I would give a zero if I could.

Excellent facilities. Excellent attention from the staff. The beach is very nice and has an excellent view of the sea.

The staff was always kind and very attentive. The restaurants were great. The scenery was perfect. The reason I took away 2 stars was because of all the noise. It was almost impossible to sleep.

My room was located next to the staff room. There was dishes clanking, loud carts being rolled, and constant chatter. I was also very near the martini bar so there was constant laughter and shouting. It was awful. I could not recommend this resort to anyone that doesn't want a party going 24/7 even when you want to sleep.

In terms of facilities and location, it is an excellent option. The gastronomy is a very good experience. The rooms, without being anything exceptional, are good and a good size. There is 24-hour room service, which for the price is what is expected.
What I didn't love is that at certain times the service is quite slow, it even happened to us that they never brought us drinks that had been ordered at the pool, it gives the impression that the staff they have is short for the number of guests that they can have.
Another thing he didn't like is that they are very insistent that vacation packages be purchased (timeshare style) and it is something tedious and invasive in our time.

What we liked the most was the gastronomy in all its restaurants, of very high level and good taste. The attention of the waiters in the restaurants at night is very good, especially that of Héctor Vázquez in the Cevicheria

The location is beautiful, in front of the sea of ​​Cortes I was able to see whales from the hall, a wonderful spectacle, I had never been to Baja California and it is worth repeating the experience... Beautiful

The Hotel disappointed me, from the moment I arrived there was no one to greet me, and I had my car, already at reception, they offered me a drink, they brought it to me in a disposable plastic cup, there is nothing wrong, but for the category As it is in other hotels and due to the environmental impact, the drink is provided in a glass or glass, the room is very simple, I expected something better, the Blue restaurant, which I promised to make the best, I ordered the hamburger medium and It was overcooked, the cocktails in general throughout the hotel were very basic. Including the one at the reception bar, the Mexican specialty restaurant, a total disappointment, horrible tacos, ugly soup, strong dishes, inedible, even the waiter said he wouldn't let us. I would like nothing of the desserts, if we ordered any, the Italian restaurant was redeemable, although I found a piece of fiber for washing dishes in my food, the manager of the restaurant approached, who resolved it by offering me a special meal the next day, I went and everything was in order, one night I organized to see the night show, and out of nowhere it was cancelled, there are not enough tables to do Yoga in the pool, the cleanliness of the rooms as well as the areas in general was terrible, the lady Veronica from cleaning, was very friendly at all times, there were some disposable cups outside my room, and they remained there for four days, the employees passed by and no one picked them up, few lounge chairs in the beach area, the first photo I show is the trash can from the lobby bathroom, I would not return to the hotel.

The place is beautiful and the staff is excellent. All members strive to make sure you have the best time. Golf carts are a great success.

What an incredible place!! The food is amazing at all restaurants. The service is great also! Swimming in the pools is spectacular. Beautiful views and an amazing beach!!

Very beautiful destination spot for a vacation getaway. Very friendly & helpful staff. & the food was amazing. It was nice cause we did all exclusive.

The attitude of a staff member at the Peninsula restaurant, in particular, greatly soured the mood for me and our party. Actions like throwing menus or suddenly coming to our table, laughing loudly without any explanation, made us feel extremely uncomfortable.
When my family was leaving the restaurant, I inquired about it. He mentioned it was because our family appeared happy. I can't make sense of this situation.
No explanation! Only loud laughter in the middle of our table!! And then leaving!!!

Had mold on the bed between the sheets causing my little one rashes and high fever which we had to battle during our entire stay. On reporting the hotel just changed the sheets and not our room.

Also if you are vegetarian then avoid this resort as very limited options which too where very underwhelming. Other resorts at least offer custom cooking to accommodate but no such small mercies here. The Mexican restaurant for example could not even provide us with rice.

The experience was terrible, the staff was rude and unprofessional specially in the Sushi Sky bar Restaurant, The supervisor Paul was totally unhelpful , he has zero professionalism and no experience at all to deal with customers satisfaction

Met the worst waiter at the Pennisula Restaurant in this so-called luxury hotel. Experienced the worst service with very disrespectful and disgusting attitude. Better send these people back and get well trained on how to be an appropriate server to serve the guests before they can get back to regular work. SUPER DISAPPOINTED of how frustrated the experience was. 🤮

A wonderful place, a paradise

The best vacation with my friends... the incredible place to take photos, maybe not the best meals but we had an incredible time!!!!

This hotel was horrible!!!! There was a storm so they boarded up all the windows locked everyone in their rooms and chose to only feed some of the people, to top it all off they only gave they few people they did feed a slice of bologna with a piece of bread! They promised a refund which they did put and then took bacK! They wouldn’t even let us go to the store to get milk for the baby we had! I will be contacting my lawyers!

One of the most stunning and amazing resorts I've ever stayed at. The staff were friendly and there were so many options for meals. My only negative is that the dinner meals at the restaurants are quite small. Lunches (eg. Chicken nachos at Peninsula by the water) were fine and breakfasts were buffet style (all you can eat) - but the two dinners I had here (lasagna at the Italian restaurant and Yellow chicken curry at Peninsula; see attached photos) were disappointingly small. Luckily the dessert was also included (with the all-inclusive package). The gym is great too - with a variety of free weights, benches, 2x smith machines and a range of cardio and pin load machines for every muscle. I just wish there was somewhere selling a protein drink or something at the resort - even a vending machine at the gym selling protein bars, snacks, pre-workout and protein shakes would be fine. I'd happily pay for it! Otherwise, thank you for a great stay!

Even though the employees tried to make the best of it, I would never ever again book here when a large group is scheduled to take over many amenities! Breakfast area was closed down for all inclusive paying guests and reserved for this large group. We were forced to all go and have breakfast in the peninsula which normally is a full service restaurant. Hallways leading to elevators were blocked off due to the large group using certain areas (martini bar) to host some events. Black lemon closed down to allow this group to have some evening event. Fire pit live music moved to the lobby. We paid all inclusive and it felt as if though we were limited to much of what we paid for. Never ever again reserving.
