The only person that deserves 5/5 is Jerome from Mobay Buffet. He was amazing. Great young man! I wish him the BEST on his journey! He was the only person all over the hotel that was very kind with us, because the friendliness and treatment of the staff sometimes left a lot to be desired. Customer service could be better. Sit down restaurant waiters are rudes. Buffet and a la carte restaurantes' waiters don't care what drinks you ask for and they take too long to attend you.

Honestly not sure why people love this hotel so much. It definitely LOOKS pretty, and it's a big resort. However, we were not pleased with our room. The A/C was absolutely not strong enough to sleep comfortably in the Jamaica heat and humidity. The room was not cleaned and stocked properly. The jacuzzi tub had stains on it and seemed dirty. The staff? At least 75% seem like they don't want to be there and they are fake nice. Some food is really good and some sucks. I actually got food poisoning from Poseidon seafood restaurant one night. We received horrible service at the sports bar.. took an hour to get food when it wasn't even busy. Also.. we politely made our complaints about the room and nothing was done about it. Amstar through cheap caribbean is also not that great of a service. We probably waited about an hour to leave the airport and it took over an hour to get to the hotel even though it was advertised as 25 minutes. Not all of the restaurants were opened when they said they were and sometimes it's hard to find something to eat. Yeah I'd say the overall service in general sucks. Even with the beautiful pool and beach areas, I would not return here. The shuttles also don't come often enough. We walked most of the time.

Alicia was so friendly & welcoming to me and my son! She made him feel special every time we visited the Mo Bay! Jerome was also an awesome server! He brought me 2 champagnes at a time— yes, just for me! We met so many wonderful people, but I’m especially thankful for the kids club staff: Tashae, Clevia, Shakira, Phaedra, Monique, and Shaquana — all of whom went above and beyond to make my kiddo’s stay rad enough that he begged me to leave him at the club and go get some “peace and quiet” at the spa! As a single mum, I was very happy to oblige and very thankful that these generous, caring individuals entertained and cared for my kid while I got a couple hours for myself. This was the most beautiful and amazing vacation yet! Can’t wait to come back!!!
