The beach is gorgeous and several great pools Manuel and Miqueas helped us out at the front with anything we needed. We stayed in 7126 and our room cleaner kept the place spotless and was so sweet!

I spent a few days with my family where we had an incredible time. The place is incredible, the care given to the spaces is admirable, this resort has everything you need for entertainment and relaxation. I want to mention and infinitely thank you for the incredible service that José Luis Rodríguez, in charge of cleaning the room, gave us. His level of detail and attention left us very grateful. To Ramón from the Samaná pool who was incredibly attentive in his services, always very kind and charismatic in giving us his attention, very attentive to everything we needed. Thank Jasmin who served us at the Las Torres buffet and at Poseidon, always very attentive and incredibly kind. And so I could continue listing staff who provided us with quality service that left us very contracted and even nostalgic at the time of leaving.

1- For the price I paid, I would like to have real soap and shampoo, not a spoonful in a sea of water. Bring you own soap and shampoo.
2- The A la carte restaurant was very average. Everything is pre cooked so if you want medium rare beef, tough luck. Again, for the price.. The buffet restaurant at the palace section is way better (yes you can use the Bavaro and the Palace facilities)
3- The guy who design the showers in the room have never took a shower before. You need extra towels to keep the water on the ledge from falling on the floor, the water is too hot and there is no way to manage that, and the tub takes forever to fill up so unless you have 3 hours, don't count on the jacuzzi in the room.
4- This one I like it but not everyone does: The beach have lots of wave and can get a little windy.
5- You need to wake up at 6am to reserve your spot on the beach or at the pools. Best pool for calm is the one by the Portofino restaurant.
6- There is good WIFI everywhere, even on the beach!
I give it 3 stars because of the price I paid. They didn't made me feel like I had my worth. Otherwise, I did love the hotel.

Very bad experience and it will be the last time I visit Palladium. This is the sixth time I have come. They are a family group and I made the reservation four months ago because I did not want what happened in other years to happen to me. They need to be on the ground floor due to mobility problems. We are older people who were close to each other who were close to the beach (at the bottom of 2000 or 3000) two with a double bed and one with two single beds all bad they didn't give me anything I asked for they gave me in the villa Even though I had reiterated my request via email three times, no, what I had paid did not correspond to what I wanted, I had to pay the difference so they could upgrade me to 2000, they gave me the ones that were furthest from everything and Ami's daughters changed them on the day 15 Meanwhile they charged the difference from the 13th to bad I know why one spends themselves explaining what they want if they give you what they want I don't come I finish there are many more problems
We went here as a family with our young boy and the room condition was terrible that I could not sleep for the 5 days we were there. First two days with cockroaches and the last three days with the air conditioning problem. Water was leaking from the ceiling and they had to take the ceiling off while we were trying to relax at the room. I didn’t feel relaxed at all. They didn’t take the room issue and complaints seriously and did not compensate the trouble at all but only gave me the second room with more issues. They really need to work on improving the room condition and maintain cleanness because insect problem is the last thing you want to have when you are travelling to relax as a family.
