Our Opnion

A great luxury resort with plenty of things to offer. The resort is incredibly large, so this would be a good resort for those who don't mind a little walking, as shuttle service is only offered for premium travelers. The rooms are modern, elegant and well maintained. While the beach veers from the usual resort (it's not the white, soft and sandy beaches), the shores are teeming with wildlife. There are plenty of quality buffet items, and the a la carte restaurants are also very tasty. Overall, it's a great resort option for those staying in the Riviera Maya.

If I could give zero I would. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I am an experienced traveller and this resort was the worst I have EVER been to in my life.
We got blamed (multiple nights) for a group of teenagers that happened to have the same hair colour as me for peeing in there bar area. We are over forty and we’re looking for a time to relax and have some drinks. But being blamed for other people’s bad behaviour is unacceptable. We got our wrist band cut for something someone else did and it felt very unsafe there. Not to mention that their ATM wasn’t working for the whole time we were there. ( we manager to tip ALL of the awesome employees despite this massive issue) I WILL NEVER RETURN AS I FELT UNSAFE AND BLAMED FOR SOMETHING SOMEONE ELSE DID. Never returning here.

The coco show, was the best show I've ever seen at any resort, the cast was fantastic, all the emotion was there. Highly recommend

We had a great week at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya, and for the kids, the hit of the trip was the kids club! Litsy, Mary, Andy & Elia were so friendly and fun, my 7 & 9 year old wanted to keep going back! From the play pool to arts and crafts, cooking lessons and games, they had a blast! Thanks!

First off, the grounds of the resort are nice and its a big resort so alot of walking, which I do not mind. My family and I were unable to get rooms on the same floor unfortunately were split floors but in the same building. As soon as we got into our hotel room the smell of dampness and sewage hit me in the face. I would of asked for another room but we came as a big family and I did not want to separate from the others in the same building. The room was not too clean with alot of stains on the couch, outlets that were not working, as well as an AC stuck on freezing and the shower that would not drain. I must add, the bed was comfortable but the pull out couch was not.

Made our way to the buffet, I am not a picky eater but all the food tasted like it was cooked in the same oil and alot of food off temperature therefore it was hard to choose anything to eat and mostly got a sore stomach everyday from the food as well. At the table a waiter came and asked me something quickly which i did not understand and asked him to repeat kindly, he then yelled the question again then mumbled something in Spanish under his breath as he was walking away, which i thought was very rude as the first impression. Although I should have known thats how all my following interactions with the staff would go for the remainder of the week.

We decided to try and enjoy the trip and make the best out of it anyway. The following day we went to the pool which was nice besides missing tiles inside the pool. I enjoyed finding seating under the shade, there is alot of seating available on the resort. We went to get some drinks at the bar, I noticed they were rewashing the resusalble cups just behind the bar with just water then reusing them for guests, yuck! Luckily I had my own cup which i had to make sure to bring with me any time I wanted a drink.

The beach was nice it was my favorite place, it also has alot of seating, besides alot or trash in the sand. I had to pickup around the chairs before my child could play in the sand. I had got lost one day trying to get back to my room from the beach and i found a shuttle which i asked if i could get on and was refused as well as given no directions, it was like i was bothering the staff if i ever asked any questions.

Lastly on our final night we had a meal at the Japanese restaurant which was fairly okay and just as we finished a cockroach ran across our table. Needless to say I was ready to go home.

The entertainment team is amazing. They create a fun and friendly environment with activities for everyone. It’s been a pleasure having Julio , yessica and Josè leading activities all day long at pool #3. The activities are designed for all age and skill levels but it’s the entertainment team that bring the activities to life and bring all the people together. Congrats to the grand sirens for finding and keeping such talented staff.

What a beautiful place to spent quality time with family. The food is great, the rooms are big and clean, my kids loved the long lazy river, the pools , and the kids club activities.Crhistopher was very nice and did an awesome job on entertaining like beach volleyball, soccer, music, animation team. We loved it. Definitely will be back.

The hotel is spectacular,,,
Above all, the good work of all the employees...
Above all, Andrea from the animation team makes us have some very fun and entertaining moments, she is super nice
100% recommended

It is the second time that I come to the hotel because of the location and the pleasantness of the facilities, however the room I am occupying today is already somewhat worn out, for example, the sliding aluminum balcony door is very battered and does not close properly, as well as the bathroom. Due to the service, I had a very bad experience in the Italian restaurant with the manager because the issue of nationality racism arises because they prefer foreigners than Mexicans, however, it is something that requires a lot of education and a little thought for the decision. of decisions so I prefer not to waste myself with poorly educated and rude people. The pools and beach in general are fine, the lounge chairs also have some wear but we are ok. Food in general is good and we are ok.

Fascinated with the place, the attention and the services it provides. Especially for Julio's animation and accompaniment. A great boy with a lot of charisma. They are a great team 😀

I did a great massage with Isabel.
It was so relaxing 😌

Excellent animation dancer Alejandro, very fun

Alex Julio and Jessi are the best entertainment staff!

The restaurants all have amazing food

We were there in January for 18 nights, a wonderful holiday.
We would especially like to thank Rubens who works at the reception in the building where we had a wonderful room.
Rubens, helpful and friendly, quickly made a reservation at the restaurant for al carte dinner, best regards, Rubens and Paula.
wonderful hotel, close to a beautiful, clean beach with incredibly warm water, I swam every day and the fish in the ocean were beautiful.
We visited Mexico a lot, so we only had breakfast and dinner at the al carte restaurant, especially the Japanese one, the French one, we recommend it, it's enough for our vacation.
beautiful walks in the evening and our rooftop bar, wonderful bartenders, thank you.
The spa is wonderful, the gym has too little exercise equipment for me and is a bit old, a small suggestion to replace it, please thank you.
Coffee shop, wonderful coffee and very nice staff.
we used the kayaks on the beach wonderfully and the bicycle trip was nice, the staff was a lot of fun, thank you.
We recommend it and see you next year in January, thank you.
Martin and Viola from England
see you in a year

Anahi Tuz was the best waitress!!!!!!
