Everything is good about this hotel. The room is specious, a very large bed . Good range of toiletries included . The rooftop pool area is small but haven’t experienced any issues.
The bar food is a bit overpriced , for example the portion of wedges are 10€
I ve ordered a steak , which came as a burger for 20€ (maybe I didn’t understand something) but there was no burger mention in the menu.
Location is great . 30 min walk to the Cathedral, 20 min to the Barcelonetta beach .
I got checked in earlier than 3pm which was great. Late check out is also good part , after it I spent my day at the pool with leaving my luggages in the baggage area . Taxi 27€ to the airport and only takes 30 min max . Iverall I had great time .

Gym space is a joke, but the spa facilities were nice plus.

Hotel very well located in the marina district (10 min walk from the beach) easy to access with public transport (from the airport 2 changes to make by metro allow 1h20) by taxi 30 to 40 min depending on traffic 40 and 55 euros per trip. The hotel has very nice privilege rooms with access to a lounge with drinks (cava wines soft beers, sweets, sweet and savory) enough to have an aperitif all this is included with the privilege rooms free mini bar in the room, replenished every day . Very nice room with a large terrace. Very good quality bedding, coffee machine, beautiful bathroom. The only downside is the jacuzzi bathtub which we cannot use because there is no plug for ecological reasons... it's a little frustrating to have a bathtub like this without being able to use it... it would be better to remove it since there is already another shower. Very friendly staff. Very generous buffet breakfast (hot cold) with everything! Very good fruit juice and cappuccino. Very nice swimming pool on the roof.

Sufficient breakfast, something for every taste. Enjoying the bar in the evening is also a good idea
We only used the spa. It's very nice and organized. The ground floor of the hotel is very beautiful.
They fire people who have just buried their baby, I'm not human, somewhere else is better
We got a free upgrade, and the hotel itself is beautiful. The food was delicious, I definitely recommend the hotel restaurant Dionissos! The only issue we had were 2 bellhops that's weren't friendly to my openly gag BFF, I don't know if it's because Spain is a Catholic county or they're just fed up with tourists? We found the people on the street were similar with unfriendly stares...
Caution!!!
Unfortunately the hotel is very weak in terms of service and comfort. The beds are very old and in bad shape. Spa very poorly organized even for a fee. Always overbooked and disorganized. Hotel manager never in the hotel and not approachable. (many meetings away from home!!!)
The air conditioning system can only heat or cool. so that at night you only have the choice between suffocation or with the window open and street noise. etc. etc. I regret that as an H10 club member I have to say that this hotel definitely meets the standards of a motel. Pity

The food was good, we expected something more.
Nice hotel and friendly staff on arrival. Unfortunately the building works taking place at the side of the hotel are very disturbing. Have woken us up at 8am and are still going on now at 17:45. Looks like they will be going on for some time yet. Don't stay here if you are looking for peace and quiet.

Superb welcome and clean room
Spa at the top!
In our case it was a gift voucher that consisted of spa and food. The spa is correct but the changing rooms are small for the volume of people. The food was horrible, scrambled with young garlic and mushrooms with lots of egg shells and a salmon with dry cava and the accompanying vegetables were just pieces of carrot. Very slow, we started at 1:30 p.m. and finished at 3:30 p.m., a lot of delay between dish and dish and the regular food was bad. We didn't sleep there, I only value spa and food.
We went to the spa and it was pretty good, we were quite calm, the only thing is it was a little small and the jet pool was under maintenance.
Very pleasant hotel, welcoming and professional staff.
Just work on the building which affected the hotel so in the mornings we were woken up early!!! The work will last several months I think...

The location is very good, 2 minutes away from the metro and you can reach the center in 2 stops. The rooms are convenient and adequate, with a modern design. The employees are friendly and always try to help. Cleanliness is extremely good.
