My husband and I visited Bermuda and the Hamilton Princess recently and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel and grounds were 5 star as well as the entire staff. Everyone was so pleasant, accommodating and helpful, A special shout out to Rolly, Peter, Pascal, George, Alisha and Vitoria of the Gold Lounge who made every day special and fun. The Princess is fortunate to have such dedicated and professional employees! I also want to mention the housekeeping staff and restaurant help who worked so hard to make our experience special. Thank you for such a memorable vacation!

There is nothing to fault with Hamilton Princess. The hotel staffs are extremely friendly. Especially their front desk staffs, Vijay and Rachel who had been a great host in terms of providing advises on what I could do on the island and allowing me a little later checkout time to catch the final trip to their private beach.

Fantastic experience with my wife at the hotel. From arrival to checkout everything was great. I would recommend the gold package as it did actually make our trip even though we were skeptical when booking it. The lounge was great, the breakfast was fantastic and the whole crew in the lounge were 10/10. Pascoal, Rolly, George and everyone went above and beyond to made sure our stay was great and I didn’t run into a single person who was not friendly.
The location is decent as it’s walkable to Hamilton and the beach shuttle offered is fantastic. The rooms were nice and all of the amenities were decent. We stayed at the St Regis right before and we’re very happy to have no step down in room quality…
We had the very good fortune of Dino g at Intrepid on our most recent trip to Bermuda.
The service, food and wine and were out of this world. Philip Howard and his staff were outstanding with their attention, and knowledge. We will be back.

We went to afternoon tea at the Crown and Anchor and had a lovely time. The tea is a ton of yummy finger food (you will get full) and the tea was very authentic and lovely. Would recommend this over and over again. Fernandes made our experience wonderful as well.

My boyfriend and I were travelling to Bermuda on a cruise and made a point to visit Crown & Royal on Thursday 3/28 for their Afternoon Tea service. The food and tea were well priced, filling and delicious! We received spectacular service from our waiter, Ronald, who was so kind and lovely throughout our experience! Ronald was kind enough to provide new drinkware when we accidentally poured the loose tea leaves into our cups. The resort property is beautiful, I highly recommend taking a stroll and enjoying the sea view during your visit.
Ronald was very helpful and very energetic. Has good vibes and offered advice about the menu when needed.
Had dinner here with friends on my last night in Bermuda. Talk about saving the best for last! The food was great and Abhie was great! 👍🏾
We went for dinner and were served by Ronald who was so pleasant and excellent. We were out celebrating my friends promotion and He made a special request from the chef for her to get a freshly baked choc-chip 🍪. Also sampled the women’s month menu and the pork belly was delicious!

This exquisite hotel offers beautiful surroundings, excellent customer service, and wonderful food offerings. The staff were all accommodating and met every request with a smile and the best hospitality we have ever encountered. We had a harbor view room and would highly recommend for the fantastic view.
Such a gorgeous and beautiful hotel, the kindest and caring staff, and incredible art! We stayed in a Fairmont Gold Room with our 20 month old daughter. All of the staff, especially Rolly, George, Peter, Pascaul, and Alicia were amazing.
Traveling with young children can be tough, and Rolly always made sure to find time to connect with our daughter and make sure we had everything we needed. We will never forget his kindness and professionalism. Our toddler says his name now often!

We enjoyed our stay at the Fairmont Princess Hotel. We had a gold room which included the lounge offerings of breakfast , tea time, happy hour snacks and desserts. All the staff were amazing including Pasquale, Rolly, Vitoria, Alisha as well as everyone else. Location was easy walking distance to downtown Hamilton and the Ferry and buses for transportation. All the taxi drivers were friendly and informative.
We stayed at the Hamilton Princess between Christmas and the New Year. I apologize that it took this long to write a review, but realizing that I had forgotten just would not suffice. I had to let future guests know that in choosing the Hamilton Princess, they were choosing the best when considering this hotel. The staff here is unmatched and ridiculously friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The hotel itself is beautifully appointed with large rooms, great art work, and comfortable for visiting families. It is equipped with outstanding amenities, too many to mention. The property is situated along the water with beautiful views and superb accommodations. There are plenty of areas to relax and enjoy the gorgeous surroundings all the while being taken care of by the most attentive and professional hospitality. We were lucky enough to experience the gold lounge and the staff there, mainly Rolly and Pascoal, were terrific. I highly recommend them to anyone considering the upgrade to the gold lounge. As I stated earlier but worth repeating; Rolly, Pascoal, and the rest of the staff were amazing. Everything we could ever want was attended to, even things we didn’t know we wanted were offered and taken care of. Day in and day out they provided the utmost outstanding service. We enjoyed every second with them as they happily scheduled excursions, offered advice and tips, and guided us to the very best experience possible. I can’t say enough about Rolly, Pascoal, and the concierge service they provided. We will definitely return to this hotel and to anyone considering staying here, I highly recommend it with the utmost regard! It is walkable to town and restaurants and shopping. For those farther away places, you may want to rent a scooter or Swizzy which is available onsite. Sorry for the long review, but, I assure you it is warranted!
Lovely stay at the Hamilton Princess. The pool area is gorgeous with views out over the bay. Great service especially at breakfast, eating outside with a view is always special, thanks to Ramesh and Hewa for making breakfast a relaxed experience with friendly very efficient service.
