Oatmeal is godly

Great breakfast, lange rooms but only Service every 2 days

Always take care of me here it's reasonably priced and well within walking distance of the Joe's ice cream and also the Anaheim convention.

As a Hilton Diamond member we have stayed at hundreds of Hiltons over the years. The Hampton Inn at Garden Grove is probably one of the worst hotels we have stayed at. It was dirty, loud, has rude staff, and has the cheapest lazily made breakfast of any Hampton Inn we’ve stayed at. They didn’t even serve any meat. I have never felt ripped off by any Hilton hotel but this Hampton Inn is not worth it for me even $50 a night, if 100% guarantee was still a thing, we would have requested a refund.

It is a hotel that for what they charge should be better, the low faucet in the bathroom was leaking water and looked a little old, they do not provide daily cleaning service, but one day on and one day off, you have to leave it before 11am very early, breakfast should be better, many fees to pay and parking is paid separately, for 4 nights it was 1,000 dlls already with all fees and parking.

We just had our 1st stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. I have to say I am pretty impressed! I had a standard 1king bed room with a sofa. The room was a lot bigger than what I expected! Very clean and front desk staff were very courteous. They do offer free breakfast in the morning from 6am - 10am where you can make your own waffles (regular or blueberry). Various breads to toast including bagels. There are scrambled eggs, sausage patties and different types of juice and coffee. There is an ART shuttle that will take you to Disneyland. It is located in the middle of the complex just a few steps away. It comes every 15-30 min. It is $4 one way, $6 round trip, per person per day or there is a 3 day round trip pass for $15 per person. You must download the app so you can purchase the tickets. They do have parking available as well for $25 per day. All in all this is a great place with really nice and clean rooms and friendly staff! I would definitely stay here again!

First Time Staying at this property. I have to say it won't be our last!! Some of the nicest staff we have encountered in a long time. Everyone was very welcoming! Even when just passing the front desk to go to our room or during breakfast (Which is included in the stay). Manager out and about visiting with guests! This is how all hotels should run! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Really lovely place to stay and shout out to Angie and Javier for keeping breakfast clean and well stocked! Can't be easy with all of these crazy Disney goers :D

This hotel is so clean and the price is very affordable

Everyone of the staff was pleasant! The room was clean and up to date! Breakfasts were hot and plentiful. Parking was no problem. The hotel and grounds were very well kept.

The staff was excellent! They remembered our names and were thoughtful and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here when you visit Anaheim!

I stayed here and worked out of this hotel for a whole week. The staff and front desk service is wonderful, great breakfast options each morning, clean amenities and areas (you always see staff cleaning), I would absolutely stay here again and appreciate the hospitality by the front desk.

Horrible!! I will never stay here again. Service is horrible, the rooms are dirty, and the GM is not good at his job. Hair, bugs, and cheap breakfast. Left early and headed to the Marriott.

Great bed! Soft sheets. Lots of quality towels. Fridge and Microwave a definite Plus! Plenty of breakfast choices! Best hotel choice I've made on this vacation, so far!

Parking on top of room costs. Breakfast was awful, workers not too friendly. Restaurants in same parking lots

Just visited 1/4-1/8 and the rooms were very clean (property overall was very clean), service was exceptional and breakfast was great. I would highly recommend.

The front desk staff were very friendly. Knowledgeable on how to use the art bus super helpful. The breakfast staff were fast and happy. Everyone smiled and said hello. The breakfast itself, (complimentary) was adequate. Nice variety! I missed a morning due to running and getting back late. The front desk graciously gave me a snack bag. Later on my way to hot tub a breafast attendee greeted me and was happy to see I was still a guest. Made me feel very welcomed. The rooms were very nice and clean. I appreciated the large refrigerator. Beds were soft which I love. Only down thing was the TV, a little dated and couldn't stream from phone to TV. TV itself didn't offer much in channels or a guide to know what was on. Silly I know but, I like my TV time to help fall asleep. I thought the location to parks and restuarants was perfect. Not to close! Hotel seemed very quiet. I was on the 3rd floor facing pool and never heard anything.

I recently stayed here for 1 night to take my daughter to Disneyland for her 3rd birthday. I paid for a suite and was told of be on the top floor, when I arrived, at 3:10, check in was at 3:00, they put me on the second floor and said it was because they have the other rooms away already.
When I got to my room I immediately started having issues with the Wi-Fi, none of my devices would connect. I was on the phone with the front desk and running to the lobby multiple times for help with the connection, they could not solve my problem either. They eventually connected me with their AT&T Wi-Fi provider to discuss the issue to which they then told me it was a hotel problem and not an issue with my devices. This whole situation lasted for at least 4 hours upon check in and was never situated.
I got a room with a kitchen and the garbage disposal didn’t work, the air wouldn’t turn off or change temperature, none of the buttons worked.
Later that night I had someone come knock on my door while I was in the bathroom. I ran out to answer but they had already left. I called front desk to see what the issue was and they said that they were coming to complain about noise and that because I didn’t answer, they were going to just get security to come kick me out with no refund immediately. That made no sense to me as we only had the TVs on. The woman I spoke to on the phone insisted she could hear my music playing in the background while we were talking but again, it was my television. When security came they were nice and understood that the sounds were coming from my TV, which was still on, and not music. Al though they agreed to not kick us out, they insisted they were charging me a smoking fee because it smelled of marijuana. Mind you, the entire floor smelled like marijuana and there were about 15-20 people casually hanging out in the parking lot smoking all night. They never had any real proof or evidence that the smell was coming from my room because they never came in. And if they did bother to actually check they would see we didn’t have anything we were not supposed to have in there.
At about 4:35 in the morning I got a fraud alert to my credit card, apparently the hotel tried to charge me a $250 smoke free. They also sent me a receipt of my stay including the smoking fee. But after I left I received my final receipt through email and the smoking fee was removed. Not sure what that was about.
Overall this was a terrible stay the staff was not helpful at all, there was one woman in particular very tall curly hair deeper voice, who seemed as if I was inconveniencing her and had no will to help. Only plus was the proximity of the hotel to Disneyland.

View of the Disneyland fireworks from odd numbered rooms

Excellent location, 10 minutes from Disneyland. Clean rooms, great breakfast.
