WARNING: If you are going to Las Vegas please DO NOT STAY AT Harrah’s. My wife and I stayed out there for a business conference and our room was burglarized on February 23rd while we were at the event. Around $700 of physical goods were stolen and almost $1000 was charged to the debit/credit cards they stole. I’ve contacted Harrah’s multiple times and no one has gotten back to me despite the security report and police report being filed. Terrible hotel and terrible customer service. Don’t gamble with your safety by staying at Harrah’s.

The house keeping staff is great. The rooms are clean and kept fairly well. The lobby and entire path to the elevators is filled with the smell of cigarettes and an assortment or various other drug products. For non smokers, it's not your place to stay. You can't eat at the restaurants inside the building because of the smell and purchasing and returning to your room is not much better. I was sick most of my stay due to the odor. The location is great and the room rates weren't bad. True Story!

The room had no microwave and refrigerator.

Very impressed with Harrah's Las Vegas. Rooms clean and nice. The casino was clean and the staff was great, plus I won on a couple machines. Already booked my next trip here.

Trusted a package to one of the hotel front desk staff to be mailed and it disappeared in their hands. Security management didn’t seem motivated to reach back out regarding the loss of property. I gave up after trying to reach out several times. A place like this should take loss of property more seriously and be more eager to find out why guest property would disappear in the hands of staff, this made the experience here very disappointing.

We always stay here! love the rooms.. big.. clean.. great view! The restaurants .. food court .. great selection!

I'm ok with paying much more than is to be expected for pretty much everything, but charging 21 bucks for coffee tabs that are free even in any Motel 6 is absurd. There's a fine line between being too expensive and ripping people off and Harra's crossed it :)

Always great!! 😊

It was a great stay at Harrah’s, Comfortable rooms, plenty of amenities and the location of Parker Seminars hosted Invictus, Las Vegas.

My place
Just across the Cesar's... cheaper...lol

Came to Vegas and harrah's with family for my birthday. My 1st room was terrible and non Functional, so they moved me to another room, that was worse than my 1st room!

Called the front desk and and bell desk
But was basically ignored and was made just to deal with a terrible room and even worse service!

Ruined my birthday and my family vacation, we took our money to another hotel/ restaurant and it was the absolute opposite, great hotel/ restaurants/ service.

Save yourself the stress/ money and find a different hotel, that's what they forced us to do!

Terrible service and never heard from any staff or manager, was basically ignored!

I've stayed at a number of hotels on the strip (Bellagio, Venetian, NYNY, MGM Grand), and Harrah's is definitely last of the group. We decided to stay here as my mom was paying for three rooms for a family reunion, so I wanted to keep the costs reasonable. What a mistake.

1. Our room number was 46257 which would make you think you were high up but no, we were on the 6th floor (I think). The view out the window of our "Mountain Deluxe" room was abysmal.

2. The room decor is drab and dated. For a casino where purple is the main theme, why don't the rooms have some color? You could have told me that I was staying at a Motel 6 and I would have believed you.

3. The bathroom design is horrific. There's a solid piece of shower glass that only covers ~40% of the opening so you are *always*, and I mean *always*, turning the bathroom into a water park. I moved the shower head towards the wall to keep the water from directly spraying onto the floor, but it did no good. We had to use all our towels to keep the bathroom floor dry and my mom and uncle (in the other two rooms) had to be careful as they are both not solid on their feet.

4. We opted for housekeeping and only received it ONCE during our three-night stay. On the second day we called the front desk *and* used the mobile chat feature as our room hadn't been cleaned as of 4pm, and we were promised that it would be cleaned that day. We came back from dinner later that night and the room hadn't been touched. I called the front desk and the best they could do was come with towels.

We paid over $2,500 for three rooms that just weren't up to standard. The casino is pretty decent and we had a great meal at Ramsay's Kitchen, so as long as you're not staying there you will more than likely have a much different opinion of the property.

Rooms are dark, dated and not well cleaned. House keeping came once but skipped other days. Bathroom floors were moped before being swept just smearing hair around the floor. Iron leaked and TV broadcast was very weak and pixilated. Good location.

The smoking in the casino is awful 😖. However, the rooms were clean and protected from the stench of cigarettes and Marijuana. No chairs to sit on except at the bars, a fre at Starbucks and the gaming machines.

Convenient to have the monorail stop upstairs (highly recommend instead of driving). It's a little further from the "newest" attractions, but certainly walkable. What I was NOT expecting was the price gouging. I was told I could checkin anytime after 8am, what they did not tell me was it would be at an additional cost of $50. The woman told me if I waited to check in at 1 then it would only be $20 or I could wait until 4pm for a free checkin. They did offer to store my bags in a safe monitored area (free of charge). At the 4pm checkin time it was a mad house! Half of the checkin kiosks stopped working and the lines were about 45min long. If you can avoid this time! I finally got to my room, nothing special, but there are NO fridges or microwaves in the rooms (apparently that's common in most hotels around here FYI). The staff overall were pleasant and helpful and I highly recommend the sticky toffee pudding at Ramsey's Kitchen.

Like most of Vegas, Harrah's is trying to adjust with all the changed.
The location is great for being in the middle of the strip where a lot of food and entertainment is affordable, but with that being said...getting to the parking lot via your car, taxi or uber is a nightmare. All pickup and drop off are in the small alley that is crowed with trucks supplying the Venetian Hotel and the new Sphere.
Image bad LA traffic now multiple it by 3x.
It's really a nightmare, but if your staying there, I would recommend grabbing uber or lift a short distance away and walking the last block.
Here is one MAJOR problem we experienced in regards to parking. The price we were told online $18 was in correct because 3 days earlier they increased the price to $25.
Really...ugh. however during the check.in process the staff told us to obtain a veterans player card and they would waive the charges...so we did. When we took.it back to the checkin counter they told us it was entered into my account and I would not be charged when it was time to leave, just use my players card.
Well when we tried to leave the following day, we got stuck at the exit toll booth because my card would not work. Luckily I was able to back up and go inside and have them check my card. As you expected, it was not activated.
So once it was activated we went back outside, maybe 25 min later now, and tried to leave a second time. No luck suck...haha, it did not work. Luckily the girl told us to push the call button on the box should we have any problem and when we did, the parking arm went up.
So in short, the location is good, the shows are good and the rooms are good, but parking sucks...so be patient 😉 and push the button if all else fails

The location is perfect. The room was clean, but I had a stain and hair on my bed sheets, and in the bathroom, hair was on the counter. Housekeeping can put in more effort. I am staying here again next month, so I hope the room is perfect. Overall, the stay was great, location superb n for reasonably priced.

Donny Osmond concert with friends 10/10

Cocktail waitresses weee very attentive to us while playing never needed to wait for a drink or water hotel clean and plenty of staff good choices of machines good table games and even better food

The beds were small the linen needs to be updated towels were not soft they were dingy and thin. The bathroom wasn't completely clean. There was dried up hair on the bottom portion of the oside shower wall and while using the restroom I saw tiny bug crawl out it. The shower set up is stupid with the half door. While taking a shower water gets all over the floor. The hotel is in a good location on the strip, walking distance from a lot of things. There's lots of food options inside so that good. Pricing is jacked up because it's a casino. I paid for early check in $50, will not do it again. I paid in advance online for the room then received a receipt saying I'd have to pay $78 when I got the hotel. When I got to the hotel I'm informed of a $45 a day resort fee. Harrahs is not a resort. It does not have resort amenities. There wasn't even a coffee machine in my room. No refrigerator no microwave. Thankfully I wasn't there long just the weekend.
