Family all inclusive. Lots of movement and entertainment. Food below average, drinks below average, rooms clean but dated. Maintenance attend your needs promptly when they are told by the front desk.

I think it's the third time I've come to Henry and today completely renovated, it's an extraordinary experience, the food, the resort, I think words can't describe what a fun and beautiful place it is.

Right on the beach the staff is very friendly and helpful

Horrible I just got robbed! I left my money and laptop and it was robbed! Be careful this is not a good hotel; not safe to leave anything ; I was staying in F23!!!

We were at the Resort the last week of March 2024 and the people working at the Resort were very nice, but everything else was a very BAD experience for us. The Room promised was not there and after we insisted that they finally gave us a Beach Front
Room there were no chairs or Table in the rooms plus the washroom was in bad shape and you could not use the water from the Tap to brush your Teeth. The food was Terrible and Tasteless and all the meals were the same. No thought was put into it to try to change it up. They have a long way to go to catch up to the rest of the Islands and need to spend a lot of money to fix up the Resort. It was a Experience that we will never forget and left a Bad Taste in our Mouths.

Not the nicest place that I've been to. If you're just visiting, you will not get a towel included, so bring your own! Bathrooms aren't nice and it is usually a very crowded beach full of cruise people. Bar is small and can take a while if there's more than a few people waiting. There are very few air conditioned places, so make sure to dress appropriately for the beach or feel the pain! Bring a water bottle as well because there are a couple water dispensers around. I won't be back...

It is a unique experience, different food, friendly bartenders, excellent massage, a bed that makes me fall asleep without touching it

Great location and beach!!! Short walk to snorkeling!! Staff friendly and helpful. Pools were also nice but lots of families. Spent most of the week at the beautiful beach !! The food was great with lots of choices. Rooms need some updating but served the purpose. AC worked great, as did the mini fridge, but definitely needed to work on the hot water situation 😩 in the older part of the resort..it came and went and was never super hot.
Good value overall

The rooms are minimalist rustic style. Very nice. In front of west bay, very good location. Good place to stay with family, couples or friends.

A very nice place with very friendly staff and very good attention, unique experience

Staff very friendly as helpful as they could be under the circumstances, the place is severely outdated, choice of beverages bar otherwise is next to nonexistent, can’t even get a can of Gingerale from the bar to give a sick family member. Instead, you have to go out and buy it, it needs a severe facelift inside and out, the food was mediocre, to my wife. It was OK but she got sick. The beach frontage was crowded with cruise ship tourists, two or 300 of them Monday through Friday. You couldn’t even get a seat on the beach because of it, never again would I stay here and nor would I recommended to anybody. Beautiful country beautiful people terrible resort. Don’t waste your money or your time.

We had a wonderful stay! Rooms are fine, definitely not fancy but clean. The food selections are outstanding! There are numerous places to get snacks and drinks all day besides the breakfast, lunch and supper main dining experiences! Staff are just fantastic and very accommodating! Just the Best All-inclusive Vacation !!!

Room smelled of mold , was ants in the room , very confusing layout its like A maze to navigate, also the person at the desk gave wrong information about when the shuttle bus to the airport and could have missed flight. The food was not bad but not great either.Beds were comfortable thats the only reason it gets A 2 star. Hope this review was informative.

Hotels need a lot of renovation non-functional air conditioner the roof is not waterproof

To avoid, dirty gastro guaranteed.

A first-class place that closes the pools at 7 at night. People go to do other activities on the island during the day, it would be ideal if they could use the pools at any time they want during the night.

Run down 90s “resort” with terrible customer service since the airport arrival. Unreliable transportation service. Old rooms.

My stay at the Henry Morgan Hotel in Roatan, Honduras, was a memorable experience in every way. The warm welcome from the staff, courteous and smiling, laid the foundations for a remarkable quality service.

The hotel buffet largely contributed to a pleasant stay. It offers a satisfactory variety of choices, with delicious dishes, and a choice of vegetables and fruits beyond my expectations. And this, even if the offer is less extensive than in Mexican resorts. I was able to maintain my moderate eating habits.

The beverage options, including bottled water available in abundance at many refill points, varied alcoholic beverages, affordable wine and quality coffee, were very popular. On the other hand, cocktails are made from preparations found in supermarkets, such as Margarita mixes.

The hotel also stands out for its magnificent beach, offering the largest sandy area on this part of the coast. It is the ideal starting point for diving, practiced just opposite about thirty meters away. Moreover, the rooms offer enough space for storing diving equipment, whether freediving or scuba.

The proximity to multiple affordable restaurants on the beach, offering a variety of dishes from local cuisine to excellent pizza, burgers and fried chicken, enriches the dining experience, most restaurants are US dollars. ATMs dispense Honduran currency.

A particularly charming aspect of the hotel is the presence of numerous cats, which, although they feed mainly on leftovers thrown by tourists, are monitored by a veterinarian once a year, thus ensuring their well-being .

It should be noted that the beach can get busier when cruise ships arrive, but that didn't stop me from taking full advantage of the facilities, always with chairs available for hotel residents.

Le Gula, a small restaurant associated with the hotel and located directly on site, offers meals with Italian and local influences, with a selection of more luxurious wines and a 33% discount for hotel residents.

For the more adventurous, WestBay also offers some condos for direct rental or AirBnB, offering an alternative for those who prefer to travel more intimately and are willing to prepare their meals and explore the surrounding restaurants. Portable water is sold in all small stores and even in hotels to non-hotel residents.

In conclusion, the Henry Morgan is a gem to discover in Roatan for true scuba diving enthusiasts. It is without hesitation that I would be there for a future stay.

Old place. They do their best to maintain. Value for money ok. We're going there for diving
