The room was okay. Construction caused us to be "upgraded" to a view of a gravel rooftop, but it had a balcony, and it is in the main building that allowed you to see... more of the gravel rooftop. This "upgrade" was from a King 1 bedroom with a pullout sofa to a studio with no sofa. They did provide a rollaway bed for my child. Everything else was fine, though. The staff was friendly. The location is on the beach. I'm a gold member, by the way, which helps with some freebies, like breakfast buffet and discounts on palaps. Overall experience was fine.

Unfortunately, we only walked the grounds and lobby. It's a beautiful place and terrific location. Would love to stay here but very, very pricey.

The place is looking a little aged and could use some freshing up work. Price quite high for what is offered.

What more could one say? This is perfection personified. And, new expansion will allow more to experience what we have. Reserve early or miss out.

Book the Aruba tower oceanfront and do it early enough (4 months out) great room. Great views. Awesome location and great staff. Huge beach. Reserve the Palapas such a great time. Hard to beat this.

My son and I ventured to the fine dining restaurant in the Hilton Palm Beach. What a huge disappointment in the food and the ambiance . The only thing this restaurant has going for them is an excellent waiter named Errol. I had a steak which came alone a salad and a coke. My son had a salad and chicken parm and one cocktail the bill came to $176 US but for us Canadians that’s $240 cdn. I felt so ripped off. Will never go again.

First time in Aruba. Fantastic place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable . The staff was helpful and accommodating. Although the resort was at full capacity it never felt crowded. Always found a spot to lounge, either at the pool or the beach. The bars, restaurants and casino were also never crowded.
Great location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars.

Nice place. Don’t let the construction scare you. It’s not really even noticeable. Plenty of beach chairs. Balcony makes a great place to watch the sunset. All the food options are good. Staff is very friendly. Really nice open lobby with lots of seating. Staff is always ready to help you get a taxi if needed. The convenience store in the lobby is well stocked with snacks, drinks and grab and go items. They make great coffee and have ice cream. Their food places are all gluten free friendly. They seem to have a lot of activities even though we did not take advantage of any of them.

2018 - This is a clean and well-kept property. The staff is friendly and will do everything to make sure you are taken care of. It's in the heart of everything happening and close to many restaurants and places to grab a drink.

2024 -Sending a big thank you to Claudio who took care of us every day that we were on the beach. I wish you nothing but success young man. Your poise, mannerisms, and professionalism will take you far.

The only bad part of my stay was that I had congestion and unusual allergies almost every day that I entered the room. After looking at the air filter in the bathroom I think I figured out the reason. They replaced it the last day of my trip at my request and all the congestion and allergies were no more. I wished I would have looked sooner. These things happen but my sleep was not restful for 4 nights.

Lovely hotel and atmosphere

DO NOT let the construction deter you from booking. I would not have known they had any major projects going on if they didn’t make it known on their website. Food 10/10, drinks 10/10, service 10/10, grounds 20/10.
My 3rd time in Aruba and Hilton will be my hotel of choice from now on. I also appreciated how clean the beach was. It also wasn’t packed like the other hotels. This place is such a vibe and well worth every penny.

The resort itself is in a great spot, the beach is good, the staff are uniformly positive, the place is well-maintained.

My problem is with the mandatory additional $95/day "resort fee". There was a lot of vagueness as to what this covered when we asked, but eventually saw a description of the fee, which covers "complimentary internet service" (if you're paying for it, it's not complimentary", health club access, in-room coffee, parking, all of which are generally standard in decent hotels. It also covers "complimentary" beach towels and beach chairs. At a "resort", these things should all be part of the experience.

It's very disappointing to find out that the room price is actually $100 more than the advertised price. Maybe this is a standard practice at such resorts, but it seems a little shady and deceptive to me, not to mention a bit excessive. Enough that I'm not going back.

Paris, if get you get bored of this hotel in the future, can I acquire it? Thanks

The Hilton Aruba Resort and Casino is now one of our favorite places to stay. We recently stayed for the first time (January 2024) and had a wonderful experience.

The hotel is in close proximity to all sorts of restaurants and night life. It has great beachfront access and two sizeable pools.

The grounds and buildings were impeccably maintained, including our room. Our room was spotlessly clean when we arrived and the housekeepers kept it perfectly clean each of the 6 days we were there.

The staff-from the front desk at check in, the pool attendants, bar staff, breakfast servers, room housekeepers, and everyone else we encountered were friendly and exhibited amazing hospitality. We saw many guests returning to hugs from staff-it’s clear that the staff has been around a while and guests keep coming back. And we understand why-because we will too!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time in Aruba.

We are currently at hilton and the room is very small. We are at Curacao building and it is an outdated building/room. It is quite with not much entertainment. The pools are small and the Palapas are always booked and unavailable. You can hear load music until 2am. Location is very good, the beach is nice and clean. We complain about loud music and we were told they can’t do nothing.

Didn't stay there, but ate at the Sunset Grille which has a great setting and excellent food. Resort looked nice.

The only bad thing about this place is the beds are hard as a rock. If you like then you will be ok. I am used to a soft bed.
This hotel is off the charts amazing.
The staff go above and beyond no matter who they are. You will not find a single staff member that is rude, ever.
Food is the best you have ever had.
HIGHLY recommend.

Love the hotel and all it has to offer. Everything is well run, and the place is spotless. The staff are super nice and the management focus is clearly customer first here. I highly recommend this hotel if you visit Aruba. I’m definitely looking forward to my next stay here.

Update 01/26/23

Coming to the end of my second trip to Aruba, and another stay at the Hilton. The hotel is really top-class, and have to mention two outstanding employees, Norman, and of course Juan.

Every now and again you come across truly unique individuals that make every day better…..these two are wonderful personalities and do their job at another level. Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality.

Can’t wait to come back in July!

Update 01/22/24

Another wonderful experience here at the Hilton. Really can’t fault a thing. Special thanks as always to Norman and Juan. God bless and will see you soon.

Excellent in everything!!

We really enjoyed our stay here and the ease of walking across the street to a lot of the restaurants and bars. The beach area was amazing as well as the pools.
