Terrible location. No coffee in the lobby. Everything is EXTREMELY FAR. Resturants are out of date on Google. Starbucks was a mile walk and it's closed down. Very unprofessional staff, diapers on the 24th floor of grand waikikian tower. Staff was notified. This is the worst hilton I have ever stayed. Stay at marriott or anything but this hotel

This is about my three or 4th time staying here. Centrally located to shopping, great restaurants, and the beach. BUT..... a very touristy area, but that is what you should expect in Waikiki—very friendly staff, clean rooms, and very attentive. The WiFi was the most significant issue, especially for someone wanting to work from the hotel. The staff moved me from a high to a lower floor with an ethernet connection. This helped a lot. I will return.

Right down the street from the beach! Staff made my vacation better. Great experience thanks! Although the kids upstairs jumped around all night

Ladies at the front desk are not welcoming and friendly, I thought that I arrived at NYC instead of Honolulu. Hotel is old, they charge for everything even wifi. First and last time here.. People st the cafeteria were friendly tho

Such a fun and lively beach!

Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because parking is not free and the area to pull up in front of the building to drop someone off is a nightmare although the valet staff there are amazing and efficient. The pool is on the 10th floor but I difnt have the time to enjoy because I cared more for the beach that’s walking distance away and one of the most beautiful beaches in the world which is only 30 mins away (Lanikai Beach-thank me later). You use your room key to get beach towels but don’t forget to return it to the machine or else you’ll be charged for it. The towel machine is by the elevator by the hotel restaurant. 24 hr parking is only $25 two blocks away (Waikiki Sunset Parking Garage-attached to their hotel) plus you can go in and out as often as you please as long as you keep the ticket in your car to show the parking attendant (lovely older fashionable Asian woman). The parking one block away at Bayan Parking Garage is $35 but why pay more just to be one block closer ? Anywho…the hotel is not bad, serves its purpose. Get a room facing the water - is my only advice.

The hotel is located a short walk to the beach and all the shopping and restaurants. Our room was very clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. It is an extra $50 per day to valet your car. We stayed during a very busy time and there was never a wait to retrieve our car. Overall we were very pleased with our stay!

It's a rare thing to see the service that comes along with a great hostess to please the customers needs and to make and put the customer first. The icing on the cake
Is the smile they render with their quality service.! Not am I overlywhelmed by feeling the satisfaction of their respect but how much effort they put forth to please me.The care for the customers make me differently want to come back again and again.➡️👉👍1oo% great.!

A good hotel close to the beaches and hub bub of Waikiki. The pool is decent as is the restaurant on site. I am still unsure, however, as to what the $45 a day resort fee entails us to. Seems like a bit of money grab.

Overall a decent stay at waikiki beach. Its at convenient location. We took the breakfast package and the breakfast offered is not buffet but you can order one item off the menu. Most of staff at restaurant were very friendly except on one.
Rooms are quite small, they lack shelfs in cupboards. There are no coffee makers or microwave ovens. Not very comfortable for family stay but manageable. Rooms condition was good and AC was working fine.
We had a special request at front desk, to upgrade the child breakfast to adult one as my son didnt like the child menu. But the staff denied it. So i am taking one star off the service rating. They could have easily done it and delighted us. Staff at this hotel front desk do their work but wont do anything to make customers more happy with stay.
There is no self parking here and we have to do valet everytime which is bit inconvenient and time consuming. But the valet staff were quite punctual and available all the time to help.
We used the business center for printouts, pool towel machine and dvd rental, which all worked fine. Overall i think its value for money considering other expensive hotels nearby.

It's my go-to hotel for business travel. Easy to get in and out of. And they have a generous daily allowance for Hilton Honors members.

Great Service, Amazing Views, Spacious Rooms, Pool With A View and A Quick Walk To The Beach!

Just came by to pick up my family from the hotel.

Rooms need upgrade for the price you pay per night (hallway carpets were a bit loose which caught luggage) Accommodations on site were good. Close to beach and clean.

Well, compared to Alohilani where I stayed before, the facilities were inferior, and as soon as I entered the room, it smelled like bleach, and there was a woman who spoke Korean at check-in, but the response wasn't very good. Even simple questions were annoying... I don't really want to go back.

This could have been an amazing stay. I booked this hotel through a Delta vacation package. As per the rules of Hilton, your Hilton Honors status does not have to be recognized when booking through a third-party. Whilst I understand this I have stayed at a Hilton on a vacation package several times, the hotel always tries to do their best to do something extra. The Hilton Waikiki Beach refused to recognize me in anyway, not even breakfast, or a certain percentage off of breakfast. The Hilton main office was kind enough to request, however they were denied. This is rather silly, because I normally spend quite a bit at the hotel I stay in. I have choices and I chose Hilton because I am an honors member. So, the bottom line is, if you don’t respect me, I will not spend any further money at your hotel, and I will not be returning. There could have been a good well gesture, however, that was too much for the hotel manager. I am currently staying at another Hilton on a vacation package. Not only have I been given access to the executive lounge, and free breakfast, I received a thank you mini-cake.
I will be making sure that the Hilton Honors group I am in knows about how Waikiki Beach Hilton operates. Do not go here.
As far as the hotel, it’s okay, and is of a standard that can be found anywhere along Waikiki Beach.

Very nice room and staff. Note-try not to stay in a room with a "2" or you will be by the elevator.

location is all that counts however, if you came here to rest, relax or have some quite time you're at the wrong place.
Very busy street, traffic and pedestrian 24/7
