Rooms are spacious and good amenities, but tgey need to upgrade to allow streaming services on TV. If you are stuck inside due yo rain, you only have cable. Even if they had a way to connect your phone or tablet to protect to TV. However, tge resort is lovely and great for families. Short drive from theme parks

Absolutely amazing vacation resort with fun for ALL ages! Try to go every year and never regret it.

Where do a start the place was nice & relaxing but we had bed bugs in the room the only thing they did was move us & clean the room for another guest .. They took my deposit money I had 2 rooms so they took $230 & only sent me bk .1 I’ll nva go bk to this place again …

This place does not act like a typical Hotel. Our rooms were not cleaned and there was no clean towels. I complained to the front desk and they told me this is a time share facility. They do not clean rooms or change your towels. Only do this every 10 days.
Actually they provide you a vacuum, and detergent and expect you to use the shared laundry machines in the hall way to clean your bath towels. I didn't see on the website anything mentioning a time share nor that guests are expected to wash their own towels!! So beware, you are not really on vacation, you still have to clean, and do laundry!!

If you want to spend a lot of money, and get nothing but disappointments in return, come here! No room service. Zero amenities (unless you want to pay ridiculous fees). Takes an HOUR to check in/out. Falema at the front desk is a LIAR, and wouldn’t active our room key unless we agreed to go in a two hour time share presentation. She was extremely rude, demanding I tell her personal information such as my income, my relationship status, and who lived in my home. That’s NONE of her business!
By the end of my 5 day stay, I spent enough money to go to an all inclusive resort in the Bahamas for a week.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Falema and this place are TRASH.

We been here a few times. We enjoyed our stay in the past , however this trip the RCI timeshare people were ridiculously pushy. Once you check in, you are forced to book a session with the time share people in order for them to activate your room card, for a “free gift” like a vacation or free cash. Plus you have to pay a $50 refundable deposit per person to book the time share presentation but you are supposed to get it back after you attend. After we attended the lengthy 3 hour time share presentation the last sales guy was very rude & tried to sell us a 7 day vacation for a couple hundred bucks which was the exact same “ free gift” they was going to give us anyway for attending. We did not purchase a timeshare, we know it’s a ripoff..The next day I check my bank statement & the hotel had charged us $50 each anyway after we had already attended the presentation. These people are professional scam artists… we won’t be going back.

Always very nice and lots to do here. Would be nice if the golf rates were a little more reasonable and they took care of the putt putt courses better but overall a nice place with great food very reasonably priced

Do not book. This place is a time share and will hassle you to take a tour to “check out the resort” and charge you $50 if you do not go. This place is a timeshare masquerading as a resort/hotel.

We love this resort. We're owners since 2017, and we never looked back. We are treated very nicely, they are attentive to our needs, and we stay at their resort for spring break and never have any issues.

I'd highly recommend this resort to any members or non-members to explore. It's HUGE, like its own town. Several villages with multiple different amenities which were all impressive. 💯

Check in. Takes forever! Have to wash your room towels. But it's really nice and lots of things for kids .

This is our "happy place." Can never stay too long and can't wait to get back!

Had a horrible experience with the mandatory timeshare tour. Would not recommend and don’t plan to return.

My wife and I recently attended a presentation at Holiday Inn Club Vacations, and I must say, it was an experience I deeply regret. We went into the presentation confident that we could resist any sales pitch, but unfortunately, the salesperson we encountered was exceptionally skilled at her job.

From the moment we stepped into the presentation room, we were made to feel comfortable and relaxed, which in hindsight, was part of their strategy to keep us engaged. Despite our arrogant belief that we were too savvy to be sold on a timeshare, we found ourselves unable to walk away at several points during the presentation. The sales tactics employed were so persuasive that we were unwittingly drawn into their scheme.

What's particularly frustrating is that we ended up willingly going into extra debt just to make the down payment. The salesperson managed to convince us to apply for the IHG credit card, conveniently coinciding with the exact amount needed for the down payment. Looking back, it's clear that this was a deliberate tactic to push us into making a decision we weren't fully comfortable with.

Furthermore, the promises made during the presentation were far from reality. The resort amenities and accommodations touted as luxurious were lackluster at best, and the overall value for money simply wasn't there. It's evident that Holiday Inn Club Vacations prioritizes sales over delivering a genuinely satisfying experience to its customers.

Moreover, the availability of rooms at desired resorts was abysmal. Despite being promised access to a wide range of destinations, we consistently found that the resorts we wanted were never available when we tried to book. The "ambassadors" assigned to help us plan our trips seemed clueless and unhelpful, merely directing us to the same website we could access ourselves. Their lack of expertise was frustrating and made the process more cumbersome.

Adding insult to injury, partner sites offered through the Holiday Inn Club Vacations program often required points as well as additional fees, ultimately costing us just as much as booking independently. It became clear that the perks promised by the program were not worth the added expense and hassle.

We went to the presentation hubristically expecting that we would decline all sales pitches and enjoy a cheap vacation. Instead, we were total marks. Not only did we buy a useless timeshare, we went into extra debt to do it! I would strongly advise anyone considering attending a presentation at Holiday Inn Club Vacations to proceed with caution. Don't let the charming sales tactics fool you into making a decision you will regret. Our experience serves as a cautionary tale, and I sincerely hope others can learn from our mistake.

Amazing time! The resort is perfect for a March break holiday. It has great pools and amenities and is minutes from Disney! Staff are friendly and when we needed a door lock repair in the room Jorge and Harold responded quickly and provided efficient, and professional service! Merci beaucoup!

The resort itself is extremely pleasing . You have the whole town house to enjoy. Your car is parked in front of the house, 2 nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Fully functional kitchen with all kitchen wares and laundry pair to do your laundry. Everything is outrageous. Here comes the terrible part. We are misinformed to do the presentation , as per the reception staff, it is for the 1st timer to see what the resort facilities and gather customers opinions and it is 90 minutes Only. Next morning, We were carried by 2 gentlemen from our unit to their meeting room. At first, they asked about our view on the resort and what the priorities of vacation were. Everything seems normal at first and then they took us to see a video about the home ownership and then we were taken to another room and they said they would like to give us a limited time deal to join their ownership plan for $50k , deposit of 8k and then the rest will be in an installment of 700 in the interest rate of 16.95. Of course, we turned them down right away. They called the manager to join us and offered another cheaper deal, but we tried so hard to turn down the offer. Finally, they said someone from the management would like to see us for the survey. This guy introduced us another deal for $1499, and we only paid 100 as a deposit. After 3 hours of intense interrogation, they finally let us go. After this, we google this hotel and saw lots of ppl experienced the same thing, and sadly, a lot of ppl joined the program with regrets. Lots of them reported to the best bureau, but this company still doing these practices

The 2 bedroom villa was perfect for 2 families meeting up to spend some quality time together for a weekend. The check in process with the time share gimmick is annoying but being as we were staying for 2 nights and literally had no time, it was immediately aware that we would not be participating. The only other odd thing was someone coming to clean our room at check out at 8:40 when we called to say we were checking out at 9

6 people chatting at check-in. I walked up to 3 of them & The operations manager told me to get back into the EMPTY line. They said they would call when the room was ready. 3 hours later they still hadn't called so I went back to the office and they said they forgot. Forgot? A process that depends on humans best intentions is going to fail 5% of the time. Then the sign said the rooms only went to 3410 on this drive so I kept driving but they went much higher than 3410 and my 3418 room was now in my rearview mirror as I found out when I wound my way to the other gate. That's 2 more stars to take away. Now I'm at my room but the badge doesn't work. I'm on hold.... Nightmare.

Overall it’s a decent place to stay. Went golfing @ Cranes. I rolled my ankle on the cracked sidewalk on hole 8, it was only marked by an orange cone. My ankle is still hurting me. I think with the money this place generates , it should be able to repair the sidewalk . It’s a law suit waiting to happen.
