Came to stay for a fishing trip. Hotel was a bit outdated and I expected more. Not nearly enough parking at all. Questionable visitors on the weekend. I didn't have any problems.
Good location but a disaster checking in late. They were switching systems and it was just a mess. Was given 2 keys that didn't work and then given a room that wasn't a king. TV is very dated with no ability to use Netflix or anything. Just old. Needs some remodeling and better organization. Room and bed were clean though!

What it makes the breakfast great is the great attention to detail and the warming smile of Adriana and Amal. Both have f these two gal are excellent in their job and they go above and beyond making sure everyone is taking care of. They’re so sweet, thank you Adriana and Amal!

Checked in at 330am. Very accommodating and without hesitation gave me a late check out. Thanks
Got room in 2nd building where the room was not renovated. Room and lobby felt painted in yellow and dark. Felt unsafe during the safe because of the condition of the room.
Locker was in bathroom below sink and full of rust. Stain in the bathroom wall.
Photos showed upgraded room but got a non renovated poor room.
The location is great but I’m not sure if that compensates for old outdated rooms, sticky bathroom floors and just general dirtiness.
The shuttle bus hours are useless. Everything looks super old, the room doesn’t feel safe at all. It looks like they haven’t renovated in at least 15 years. It’s not worth the stay, to be honest. Would avoid.
Too expensive for what it is. Clean nice enough hotel if better places are all booked. For where it is and what it is, a resort fee of almost 30 bucks a night was almost funny. It was more like a motel 6 or days inn than what you’d expect for a slightly higher star hotel. They make you think it’s a cheaper hotel but then charge you the kind of fees at check in you’d expect at a 5 star hotel not a 3
The location of this hotel was great. 10-20 minutes drive to all the Disney theme parks. There are a lot of god restaurants close by. The biggest detractor was the room. The carpet was outdated, and everything looked old and worn out. But if you just need the room to sleep at night because you are out all day, this is a good place to stay.
Very nearby a whole variety of food and restaruants, 2 blocks away there is a place full of Hispaniz Food Trucks open till 11:30pm
Dirty dirty dirty!! All they did was slap some cheap Disney logo on the doors and called it a flipping day. Literal trash and food down each hallway! My bathroom smells like pee and there's no one to assist us at all! Spare yourself and your family you will feel uncomfortable here.
Good location for Disney parks. No waste time on free shuttle, it takes over 1 hr, just get Uber.
Slept comfortably and this was next to my hotel.
Excellent hotel if you are planning to visit Disney and trying to somewhat keep to a budget. Incredibly clean rooms and service was top notch.
Only reason service isn't 5* is because the menu at Chandi's is not peanut free and not necessarily called out anywhere. When asked the bartender (who is absolutely fantastic, please visit the bar when you are there) promptly went and checked with the kitchen and verified that no we should not order food as the kitchen can't guarantee things being peanut-free.
Check in was pretty much seamless and Stephanie at the front desk helped us get checked in ~45min before our assigned check in time. The front desk was also fantastic about checking in with us after the first couple of days to see if we needed anything which I honestly haven't experienced at any other hotels before. Checkout can be done via text and was done in the car while leaving the hotel which was extremely quick to do.
Rooms were very tidy and the balconies are definitely an extra. The cleaners were pretty much by every day by ~3:30 and even if we were in the room offered to take our garbage and give us fresh towels.
We will definitely be using this hotel again when we visit the Orlando area and would recommend to anyone that doesn't want to spend 300+ a night on a resort.
Like the hotel, room and bathroom are very clean.
But the staff… AMAZING! Specially from Breakfast lounge. They are kind, proactive and gentle. No doubt I will stay again in this place. BTW, the breakfast has a lot of options and everything is of very good quality ;)
Stephanie was very nice and I come out here often. Location is ideal for you are less than 15 mins to shop at. Its a hidden gem and the price is nothing to argue about.
Roach hotel! Don’t waste your money. Disgusting and gross. Roaches crawling on our cloths. Front desk is of no help at all. Revan is rude and incompetent and lied multiple times to not only us but also another guest I was behind in line. Corporate must know about the sour poor staff here because they took care of it quickly. Thank goodness.
My family and I had a wonderful stay. I want to specifically mention Ms Amal. She works in the breakfast area. From the moment we came in she was kind and made us feel welcome. Our 9 year old befriended her and gave her hugs every morning. She made us feel special and appreciated. It is because people like Ms Amal that we want to select this hotel in the future. Excellent front desk, especially Victoria L! She personally and professionally help me retrieve my beloved sunglasses that were taken from me at LAX airport and left at this hotel, after I tracked them with a tile, in the case. I wasn’t even a guest at the hotel, yet she stayed every step to get the glasses back to me! Thank you Victoria!
