Like the Tesoro Ixtapa, this is an older building and probably more along the lines of a 3.5 star rather than a 4 star. The location is good, right in the hotel zone and the pool has a swim up bar with lots of activities going on. A combination of low-rise and a high rise building, the Holiday Inn Resort is a good choice for those who want to be in the hotel zone.

One of the best experiences of my life. Perfect resort for families .. my daughter (11 years old) had the time of her life. The rooms are beautiful and the service was outstanding. The food and drinks were great with everything included for a very fair price. We will definitely be back! 🥹💛
Everything was very good, the attention, the food. The only detail was the elevators, of 4 elevators, one was completely out of service, the second was working at times of the day, so 2 elevators for 8 floors were not enough.

Everything was very good, very satisfied, especially with the service of Alfredo from the room cleaning service and Jesús, a bald waiter who always attended to us 100%
It is a nice hotel, good facilities, I went to talk about membership.
Room with sea view, very defective air conditioning from floors 3 to 7 in the main building does not cool and the room does not go below 23 degrees. Of the 4 elevators, only 2 are useful and they take forever during the high season of Easter. It is also recommended to speed up the meal on its famous Mexican night and increase the variety of foods, on this occasion the experience was very poor. As for the reception service 9 out of 10, the waiters 9 out of 10 and the bar staff 9 out of 10; the facilities 2 out of 10.
