We were there for three nights and they never cleaned/tidied up our room at all. Also we had really really bad experience with the front desk and managers. I never leave a bad review or have issues at any other places but this one actually deserves it unfortunately. The water park was shooting water so hard on all the slides that kids were being knocked over so we just gave up on the water park. On top of multiple other issues we had, I can’t, in good conscience give a review better than a one star.

Good place to go kids enjoyed the pool and waterpark as well as the mini golf. Felt safe a lot of lifeguards to be seen watching the pools. Food was good but no system so it does take longer to get your food drinks were also good. Everything is a bit pricey but expected . Love the live interactive kids entertainment.

Con- due to it being high traffic check in is lengthy took about 30-60 min

The water park water an splash pad waters are SUPER cold the main pool is SLIGHTLY heated but not

Also, keep in mind when going to the pool other guest do not care if you placed your items on a pool chair they will move it and place their belongings on it. I’ve had it happen a few times also after winning a free cabana voucher, I placed it partially under a towel, and after coming back from grabbing some food at Burger theory, someone stole the voucher, I made it known to an employee. She stated she does not believe someone would have done that but if I spoke to the individuals who gave out the free vouchers for winning a game they would assist me.

Everything is outdated !!!

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! Absolutely NOT family friendly. People smoking weed everywhere, on every floor inside every elevator and through out the parking lot. My biggest regret was not packing up my family on day one and finding accommodation elsewhere. We felt so uncomfortable and very unsafe the entire time. The hotel allows people to flood in at night just to party on premises.

Don’t be fooled by the amenities this hotel offers, all the good potential this hotel has is over shadowed by the out of control trashy environment it allows. Nothing worst then having a magical day at Disney just to come back to a hotel as awful as this and let it ruin all the fun you had that day.

Our room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. I shared a two bedroom suite with my girls. Their 2 single bedroom was not decorated and the lighting was not the best. Every interaction with the staff was positive. Yes, the hotel is dated. The walls are thin and the water pressure was not great. We had Eat, Play, Stay, and Park package so pricing was upfront. Of course it's hard to beat the location.

My stay with this location was very pleasing the facility was very clean and the staff was very nice. I traveled most of the day, and when I checked in, I was even offered an extended check out time and use of the waterpark, even though I would checking in and leaving early. Also have the best on site food selections.

There are swimming pools, arcades, restaurants, bars, yoga, gyms, photo spots, and so much more! The rooms are spacious with lots of storage. Drawers, shelves, tables, cabinets… 3+ beds! One of the 3+ are a pull out bed. Bunk beds, full beds, king beds.. Bathroom is clean and well taken care of, also spacious and allows you to shower to take a nice, warm, bath.

I absolutely loved this hotel so much I'm glad I came here with my family over the spring break, we enjoyed ourselves so much. It scared me though because everyone kept putting bad reviews, but going their myself made me realize that they were wrong. I do think the service could have been better but it's okay. I don't like how you have to pay for everything such as breakfast, the pool, laser room, movie room it's horrible like I'm already paying so much to stay here.

Just an "Okay" hotel. Kids loved the pool, but know it's a kid themed hotel near Disney. It's crowded, loud near the pools, but it was safe and good for the cost. A couple overpriced restaurants, but id advise taking an uber to Golden Coral or 1 of hundreds of cheaper restaurants nearby, like olive garden or BJs. Short cab ride to all Disney parks.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! Waited in line the first time to check in for 20mins, waited in line to get our keys, FINALLY 3hrs later to check in for 30mins. Awful service and waiting in line to get a checked in, room wasn’t ready and still wasn’t ready until 5pm, fare after actual check in. We didn’t actually get into our room until 6pm, their check in is supposed to be 4pm and we were here at 1:30 due to being told we could get an early check in. The pool was cold and small. The cleaning staff were in their cell phones everywhere I saw them instead of cleaning rooms. Unfriendly staff and overbooked facility. Severely over priced for what you get!

Over priced ok place, I'm sure there are better places. Just average place. Kids motel, I would not refer to as a resort!

Lots of people smoking pot in the parking lot. No hot water the first night we arrived. Apparently there are new rules about children in the hot tub, that were not posted on the website. Multiple people in arguments with staff and security and foul language. The pull out sofa bed was not level. Head was lower than feet. safe in the room did not operate at all. We ended up leaving after one night and getting an air BNB for the same piece price. Will not be returning here. EVER!

I am so disappointed in this hotel. I have been staying here since it was the Nickelodeon hotel. I had a reservation since December that was somehow canceled. When I called to re book the stay it was booked for $100 more a night. Everyone I've spoken to has not been able to help me. I've emailed corporate as well as the hotel manager. My trip is in 5 days and I am scared that I am going to have to cancel. I cannot afford to pay double for something that was not my fault. This is so heartbreaking. Please be careful when booking this hotel!!

At first I was Skeptical because I seen so many RECENT bad reviews, but I already had paid and it was a last minute trip. The price was fairly decent. Lots of fees tho. Resort fee, parking fee. And like three different taxes you're paying. Also $200 deposit. We had the stay and dine. Which include breakfast and dinner. Food was decent as well. Some days food was better than the prior day. Check in was quick and simple. There are some people with language barriers, but we were able to communicate. The room was simple and cute. 1 king bedroom and a kids room with bunk beds. I checked the sheets and mattress. Everything was clean. No sign of any bugs. There was an old sprite bottle that I found between the wall and bed, which I threw it away. Also I did bring my own wipes to wipes things off and clean the floor because you never know. There are water slides which we didn't have a chance to go on because it was either too cold outside or it was closed, which it's a bummer because the pool is open but not the water slide. It was still daylight it could of stayed open a little longer. Park is close to Disney and only 15-20 min ride from Universal studios. Bedside the minor things I would use them again.

Only if the Bates Motel is full.

We were lured by great amenities, location and price. Don’t be fooled! This hotel is outdated and poorly run.

Our first room was on the 1st floor facing the pool. The pool speaker system was right outside the window, and loud enough to be heard clear as day in all parts of our room. Unless your “resort” vision is a day full of listening to “who let the dogs out” and “come on ride the train” at max bass, this isn’t the place for you.

We were able to get a new room, after a few hour wait, and after returning from dinner, our door was open. No one had gone in, but the lock didn’t work. Not only was it not working, it wouldn’t stay shut.

Plenty of other disappointments with this property, service was poor at best. Also, don’t fall for the free shuttle to Disney scam. It’s small, and fills up fast. Limited runs, didn’t work out for most that stayed there. Our floor smelled like weed during our entire stay, trash in the hallways. Find a better option, even if it’s the Bates Motel

I have been to this property a few times in the past. Every other time was pleasant. This time, I am quite disappointed and will not be using it for our yearly staycation spot any longer.

Fees/ Charges: I am going to start with my biggest gripe. I currently have over $950 worth of holds. I was only told that I would have a refundable $200 charge upon check in. I was charged an an additional $750 dollars over the course of our 2nd and 3rd night there ($375.27 each night for night 2 and night 3 to be exact.). Nobody could explain it to me and assured me that it will be returned along with my $200.

Trying to downgrade room upon checkin: they tried to put us in a smaller room. I booked this in July of last year so that I could get a 3 bedroom. Then tried to put us in a two which at the time was considerably cheaper than the 3. I will say that they fixed this promptly.

Lack of consistency with applying rules: smoking (including weed), kids in hot tub (when there is a big sign that says no kids “strictly enforced”). What is even the point of having smoking areas and signs?

Lack of cleanliness and upkeep: everything looks dirty, on the verge of breaking, or is broken. Floorboards in the room are loose, one of the toilets just ran the entire time, room looked rushed and was missing basic essentials. I will say the staff was quick to fix those issues.

As stated. We have been enjoying this property for a few years. The excessive charges are the number one reason I will not be booking there again, and the little issues helped further cement that. I am so disappointed in the decline this resort has taken over the past year.

The main positive about this hotel is that it's located right by Disney, otherwise, it's a joke to say it's a resort and that they charge you $50/night resort fee and $30/night parking. Some of the basics I expect at any hotel were missing such as daily cleaning and refill of supplies such as hand soap; a working phone (maybe so we can't complain to reception); the front desk is not walkable from rooms and even if you take the car to lobby, they have all these gates that control in/out traffic and one-ways that you can't get there. The "world-reknown waterpark" is nothing special, my towncenter waterpark is same with 2-3 slides and a tadpole swimming area that then turns to 6ft pool. I also didn't like that they didn't give you additional soap bars for a family of 5 besides the trial size one the first day (since I can't get the cleaning staff other days to ask for new soap). I also suspect the bottled dispensers of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are mixed up and they put the wrong ones in each. They also had an issue with hot water first day and we called and they said it was hotel wide and fortunately it was resolved by evening or next day.

I would not recommend if you are traveling with a large family. We made the best we could of the trip, but I will never go back again. Just fyi, they charge you $55 a night for resort fees and $30 a night for parking each car after taxes. I was then charged another $245 after checkout and the lady at the front couldnt explain why. It also took her 20 minutes to print me a receipt. In total, I was charged $1,112.93 for a 3 night stay for a family of 5 because of all the added fees. The place stunk because there's bags of trash and dirty wet towels everywhere you walk in the hallways from housekeeping. A kid almost drowned at the pool and I jumped in before the lifeguard did to help him. The mom thanked me a thousand times because clearly they weren't paying attention. There is mini golf, but you dont ever get a chance to play because its first come first serve and there is no time limit. So if 1 family gets the clubs and balls first, they keep it all day. The pools are not heated. The girl from the icecream stand clearly hates her job and makes it known with her attitude. She also takes 3 or 4 breaks a day and closes it everytime so you can only get icecream when you can.

No frills room. No soap blankets or tissues until requested. Good location and amenities were nice.

Lady smoking blunt in parking lot.
