Lovely stay
I enjoyed my stay here as it was a great location and staff were friendly. I was disappointed beds were rather uncomfortable and you could hear a lot of noise from the other guests rooms early morning and late at night, so I didn’t sleep great. It is also very odd you have to give your key card back when you leave the hotel each day - I have never seen this anywhere else.
Hotel looked really nice and was well decorated but there were a few snags like bathroom door not closing properly etc.
I do recommend it for an affordable stay with a good location but was a bit disappointed.
The rooms are too small, there is hardly any room for luggage, the bed is uncomfortable and also constantly moves because it is 2 single beds.
The elevator didn't work for half of our stay and we had to go up 4 floors every time, even with our luggage.
Reasonable location, a few minutes walk to the train.
I was very upset with the price we paid.
Very quiet hotel, well located
Very well located. Clean rooms. Attentive staff, you make yourself understood in Spanish. Good breakfast although the dining room is small but it does its job.

Appreciate request consideration of early check-in. No tell, threat etc just a request we had in place to get a room availability at the earliest possible. Please do not put false comments in here. Thanks for your patience and understanding . Customers might not be in the best mood as they travel through several places with all the luggage etc. but it should be hotel management responsibilities to treat every customer with the highest dignity and welcoming nature.

The location of the hotel is nice, but the behavior of the employees is quite adverse and negative, I will not go there again…
Very small shower. It is impossible to wash yourself without splashing anything.
Very good facilities, location and special mention to the hotel staff who did not respond with attention and friendliness. We had a problem in the room that was resolved with the change for a larger one. I recommend the hotel
Good welcome, the receptionist was very smiling, very clean room, well heated, great bathroom too, very well soundproofed room, very nice bar and very smiling bartender too, so a beautiful image of Paris.

So disappointing!
Room 117: dark cellar room.
We were housed all weekend in a room without the possibility of opening the window. The room faced directly onto the sidewalk and the curtains were broken.
Reported the problem with the curtains to reception during the stay, we have been home 4 days ago and are still waiting for someone from management to contact us to offer a solution!

The rooms are tidy and warm, the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great, we can see the Pantheon from our window, it's close to the RER, a lot of cafés and shops around.

Please be careful with the charges they make of one night in advance as a “deposit” after 5 months of fighting with the hotel for the return of this deposit they won’t recognize they never returned it to me and even accused me as lying even tho I send them all my bank statements.
The Hotel is under reparation, they told us one month after we booked and 3 weeks before our arrival . They gave us only 1L or water for a 3 person room one week stay. When we recuestes more they sold us 3 small bottles in 2.5 euros each and then send us to find a store if we wanted more drinkable water , we even had to buy our on toilet paper. Also all the bathroom was filled with black particles coming from the vents and the bath tube was clogged forcing us to unclogged it every time we shower. You can imagine the kind of dirt that came out of it. Fortunately we booked trough Booking and after several hours on multiple days of phone calls they took responsibility for the money the hotel never returned . About 450euro.
