Luckily only one night in this hotel.
Terrible is an understatement!
To forget!

I really liked my stay at the hotel

The Pasacaballos Hotel in Cienfuegos, without fear of being wrong, is the best 3-star hotel in the country

Everything was very good.... and above all price-quality - its category.
The Pool Ranch offers fried fish, chicken, hamburgers, and ham and cheese sandwiches. In addition to taking dispensed return. I thought that food was good.

The hotel says it is 2 stars, I give it zero stars. I was with my wife and my daughter and that was a disaster. Nothing works. Terrible service, dirty pool, old and poorly maintained rooms, disgusting food, unprofessionalism, the drink is literally pharmacy alcohol.

I spent 3 nights with my husband in that hotel. We really didn't like it at all. We went last year in the July holidays. There were few gastronomic offers and very restricted, we went with the idea that despite the fact that the food was paid separately it was going to be a buffet table (that was what they told us when we booked) and in the hotel everything was different, the food was directed and little, it was only a breakfast buffet and those who were supervising the food were the ones who served it to you, clarify that it was no longer Covid time. The rooms weren't bad, I think that was the best. The pool is salt water and very large. In that area there is a ranch with offers, which were not many either. At night only one musician played once, the guitar, that is, there was no distraction at night for young people. It is super far from everything. But hey, if you are interested in visiting La Fortaleza de Nuestra Señora de Jagua you can go from the hotel to an area where you can catch patanas that take you to the other side.

It was not a good decision. Old and worn facilities. There is nothing to do in the poorly communicated surroundings. And the service of the workers bad

It was very good I feel pleased I celebrate my wedding anniversary and it was very good good treatment good service for how the country is and a calm environment I really liked it a lot I will visit it again

Bad experience. I have never been in a hotel as bad as this one. Poor service, with very few offers. Queues for everything. In addition to the guests who supposedly paid to enjoy a family weekend, there were athletes and staff from the book fair who arrived at the buffet and had priority. All a disaster. In the pool bar there was only fried food, and the day I leave I am still waiting for lunch, never come here because not to mention the rest

It is a simple hotel just the opposite side of the Castillio de Jagua. You are stuck here very far from Cienfuegos.

Really really loud music by the pool and if you like concrete the hotel was ok!

This place was like staying in a Soviet throwback from the Cold War. It was fine for one night, but I couldn't see basing an entire vacation's stay here. That said, there's a lovely restaurant down on the lower level, a HUGE pool, and it's in a beautiful area with spectacular views of the Jaguar fortress and the Caribbean Sea.

Not too bad. Brunch is good.

Once it might have been luxurious, however time has passed.
This oversized hotel feels cold and heartless. It looks like since 1970 no repears have been done. Rooms are relatively clean (apart from the windows) however the air-conditions are broken or produce the sound of a fighter-jet making a good night sleep impossible.
Because the city of Cienfuegos is more the 20 km away the hotel should offer decent food or activities to pass time. However non is provided. The pool is broken (already for months judging from the view) and the food is barely eatable.

Tip: book a "casa Particular" in the city center for half the price and twice the fun!
