No suitable bike to rent them 馃槩

The staff make this resort. Beautiful grounds. Perfect location. Rooms a bit rundown. The week I was there was slow so no Buffett. Menu and we could order. Very good. Special shout out to both Kendall and Hazel. Very friendly. Excellent customer service and they make perfect cocktails.

What they advertise in advertising for a la carte restaurants. It's not completely real. Since they say they are under maintenance therefore they are not available.
The all-inclusive is also not real since the meals run out very quickly and they do not replace them. There is never a snack. There are never desserts. The beautiful facilities. The staff tries to do their best although the service is not what one expects.
I give the food a 2 out of 5 points.
I would not go back.

My first and last time in this place, I always read good comments and my experience was not the best, my expectation was very high than what I received.
The room was not suitable for children, the all-inclusive only had two snack options, the buffet has limited food, the chef who prepares food at the moment I only saw him a couple of times and now, as a client, you should not know If they were bad with the food supply, one pays for a complete service. And I really spent time at reception with complaints, my experience was very exhausting... I appreciate the staff's effort, but the administration should be more attentive.

Quiet location with direct beach access. Since it is the hotel's own beach, there are hardly any people. This is really awesome! The rooms are equipped with the most necessary. However, they are getting old and in need of renovation. Perfect for 3 nights. The room card didn't work several times and you had to keep getting a new card from reception, which is very annoying and time-consuming. The breakfast is small but nice. You have everything you need (but in my opinion not worthy of a 4 star hotel). Prices for food and pool consumption are rather expensive.

This is a terrible place to stay. I feel they stole our money. We had to leave due to an emergency so they were paid for seven days for nothing. They wouldn鈥檛 return phone calls or emails. Aside from that, our room stank of sewer from the toilet and the beach is empty because the water is very sandy. You can鈥檛 see your feet when you are walking in the water. DO NOT GO HERE

A little far from the village if you are on half board plan to go to Samara by the beach for around 30 minutes

For last November we selected this option and it's a shame about the money and the length.

We arrived almost at 2 p.m. and the rooms were delivered until 4:00 p.m. These had the smell of fresh paint.

There were never enough dishes for lunch or dinner (waiting for them to be washed) and almost begging for drinks.

I ate the same breaded fish for 3 days because there was very little variety and the food was even lukewarm. To make matters worse, it was a weekend.

At 10 pm. And that seemed like a boring cemetery without being able to snack on anything.

After complaining to the grass about such a terrible option, they let us leave at 3 p.m.

For one and only time. I feel sorry for the employees who had to put up with the complaints and the language of extremely annoying people.

I rarely write such a negative review, there are 8 of us, we all pay the same price and only one couple is in a small chalet that at first glance seems good. The rest are in ramshackle rooms overlooking the wall and near the road. Nothing to do with the stars awarded to the hotel. The door to the terrace is broken, the sheets are not clean and the bathroom glass is dirty, others don't have any. An endless wait before receiving the room. The beach itself looks beautiful without lounge chairs. We have had 2 star hotels that are cleaner and have a small coffee maker.

Overall a very nice facility. Above all, we really liked the excellent location on the beach and the pool in the family area. In our opinion, the service around food and drinks (including the pool bar) can be improved.

Simply spectacular, you can't stop going, the best hotel I've ever been to, magnificent from start to finish, impeccable service, delicious food, beautiful beach in front (with beautiful sunsets), a delicious pool (with many cocktails), many atmospheres , a store with good prices and excellent products, delighted!!! Many thanks for everything! I wish to return soon!

The customer service was very good, the staff went out of their way to help except those at reception who seem to be doing a favor when they are actually providing a service.

Many reviews talk about a smell in the rooms and it is real and unpleasant, but I left the door open for a couple of hours and it was solved.

In the restaurant the food options are not numerous but the few options were good.

At the pool bar, the man who served tried his best to keep the children always hydrated with fruit smoothies and friendly service.

The punctuality of the restaurant is BAD and if breakfast says 7 am it opened at 7:20 am the same with snack or lunch time.

Access to the beach is 1 minute walk from the rooms and the same from the pool, it is very nice and safe.

There are small details that prevent the place from improving its rating, but we are happy and I would return again.

The Hotel in general is excellent, there are few details to mention. Firstly, in the room I stayed in, the bathrooms had a slightly unpleasant smell, and the room service regarding personal hygiene items on the second day I had to request them since they did cleaning and did not leave them. Regarding the food in the restaurant, perhaps a little attention in the preparation since some of the meals lack cooking and flavor, the snacks are very scarce and not very varied. I only think that the excellent bartenders could assign them an assistant on weekends so that they don't get saturated and leave the hotel guests waiting. And finally, at the time of arrival, especially in large groups like us, have a little more order so as not to make people who are arriving at the hotel and tired from the trip wait so long. I highlight the beautiful nature, the very clean and calm sea. The treatment of the hotel employees is excellent and the hotel in general only takes into account the details mentioned.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, the buffet does not exist, they only have 1 food option which is always simple and ugly, they serve what was left over from the previous day, the staff is not in the least interested in the guest, the bathrooms are dirty, the light goes out Every now and then in the villas, not to mention that there are burned out lights inside the bathrooms that simply do not change, the maintenance people are conspicuous by their absence.
A nightmare to never return, much less recommend.

I want to thank you for the great experience I had during my stay, the truth is, the food was excellent, the rooms were excellent, the accommodation was excellent, and a mention goes to the collaborator Carlos L贸pez, the excellent treatment he gave us and an excellent collaborator.

I was there on a mom-daughter trip from December 16-23 2023. My daughter is 19 years old. We had a great time. The staff was very polite, nice and accommodating. The room was very clean. We liked that it was small. The grounds were well maintained as well. The food was good (but I'm not picky as long as I have salads). One recommendation I would make to the hotel is to label the food and make sure the containers are refilled as many times, we went and they were empty.
We liked that it was close enough to Samara. It took us 25-30 minutes to walk to town and 5-10 minute cab ride on those days when tide was coming in.
I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who is looking for a calm place to stay.
